Started well. Location is good. Slightly overpriced but we expected that in Mykonos in August… Until… we went to bed. Family of 4… The main door wouldn’t close properly. Nightclub is POUNDING in front of our bedroom. Plus the hotel restaurant’s music. Worst night we all spent for a long time. It calmed down at around 3am. Explained that in the morning to the receptionist, she couldn’t care less. Wrote an explanatory email, same treatment. I guess they won’t run out of business regardless…

Located in the center, this accomodation offers an ideal stay for a few nights. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Enjoyed my morning coffee from the balcony. During the night you can hear all Mykonos partying, due to the center location, so noise will be around and might be hard to sleep. Unless you decide to join the nightlife and skip some sleeping.

We weren’t guests of the hotel but just passed by and enjoyed breakfast outside, away from the tourist craziness. Lovely food, Mykonos price level.

Everything was excellent! The place is nice, the room was super comfortable and had plenty of space. Our room had a queen bed and a single bed and the bathroom was quite spacious. The location is unbeatable, two minutes walk from the downtown, close to restaurants and a step away from the beach. Theo and his team were very kind, always looking out for us and helped us with taxi reservations. I would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff. The location is excellent and the room size is very good. Breafkast is excellent and it is served in the table is not a buffet. Sometimes is a bit noisy during night but is something that you expect if you are staying in the heart of Mykonos

BEWARE, STAY AWAY from this hotel! They canceled my reservation, for which I had paid a 30% deposit, without any notification, citing double-booking as the reason. They then refused to refund my deposit to my original payment method, which was my credit card, and insisted on needing my bank information to process the refund. Why would I trust to give them my bank information? I initiated an investigation through my bank's credit card, which ultimately refunded me the payment, NOT the hotel.|To make matters worse, they called to offer help in finding another hotel nearby. Why would I trust them after they canceled my reservation, withheld my refund, and attempted to obtain my bank details? When I originally booked through Booking.com, they called and offered a better room at a cheaper rate if I booked directly with them. This should have been a red flag. |I later discovered that I am not the first person to experience this SCAM from this hotel. They are deceitful, and I would never trust staying there again. I have visited Mykonos at least 20 times and have never encountered such unprofessionalism. |STAY AWAY!

- Great location - Great balcony view if you get the top room. However, even though the balcony is advertised as private, it is accessible by other people on the same floor. We woke up to a random woman sitting on our "private balcony" one morning talking loudly on the phone. The hotel should either not advetise it as private or actually make it private so other people can't access it. - Service is great and I really appreciated the 24 hour reception desk - The pool is nice. Just wish there was shade covering the pool. Couldn't use it during the day because the sun was too hot. - Our rooms were not completely clean. It was clear the floors hadn't been washed and there were stains on the bed covers. Cleaner rooms and using only white sheets and covers (bleached between guests) would make the hotel seem more luxurious. - The price is average. A bit too high considering the small size of the rooms. - This is small point but all the hangers in the closet were mismatched plastic, wire, and felt (like they got them for free). A small fix to make the hotel more luxurious would be to have matching wooden hangers in the closets. - The beds and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is nestled among the beautiful streets of Mykonos Town and the taxi dropped us just a short walk from the hotel. The room had three comfortable beds that we all slept really well on. The bathroom was really small though and there wasn't a lot of space to get ready but it was enough. The courtyard in the hotel looked really nice but the round pool that looks like a hot tub was actually really cold and the only place to lay in the sun was on the wall of the pool. The staff were really nice and helpful. It would have been nice to have been given some extra towels for the pool. Overall it was really good value for money, which is what you need for Mykonos because the town is very expensive. I've included some photos of the hotel and the places I've recommend below. Recommendations for places to go: 180° sunset lounge - truly stunning but it is expensive; Kastros - in Little Venice which is roughly a 5/6 minute walk from this hotel, the food was so tasty but again it is a little expensive; Paradise beach - the beach party started at 16:00 and the food/ drinks are not too expensive in comparison to the town. It was great fun and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. Captain's food for sharing, along the old port: for dessert the praline (chocolate) cheese cake was incredible and so was their ice-cream deconstructed baklava. The seafood platter was over priced for the amount of food you got.
