Will squeeze every cent out of you for every single thing you do. You can't even cancel your parking subscription whenever you want. There is a cost for that too. Not that it matters as preferred parking owns many of the parking decks that people need to park in of you work in Charlotte.

Do not park here under any circumstances. According to the hotel, there have been a number of recent break-ins, something that I experienced first hand this past weekend. The complete lack of security cameras or some sort of attendant/guard is inexcusable, especially if theft is a problem. On top of this, I paid my ticket at the pay station which was $20, and then on the way out it wouldn’t scan my ticket and when it finally did I was charged an additional $30. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not park here.

The stairwells do smell like an outhouse as one other poster said. But the deck itself is good. No issues with monthly parking. Plenty of open spots in the upper half and you're not stuck parking on a roof in the sun. Elevators work fine and are clean. Pedestrian exit to both the Overstreet Mall or the ground floor corner of Tryon/3rd. 3rd street isn't very populated with walkers, so fairly easy to get out of garage at night.

When entering, their machines weren't providing tickets. If you don't get a ticket to scan on the way out, you're charged $40, which is so expensive when you only plan to park for an hour.

This parking deck is chaos. The attendant was confused, parking is tight as hell, the stairways smell like an outhouse and there are homeless people LIVING in the stairwells. Not my idea of a great place to park. Hope my car is still there and in one piece when I get back...I’d recommend finding an alternate parking garage!!

BEWARE Parked here for a panthers game - a man at the entrance was collecting money for parking. However we still had to get a ticket at the gate which charged us another 20 dollars to leave. Get your ticket from the gate only.

Parked here because the hotel where I was staying doesn't have a EV charger. Parking was $4/hr on weekends. Charge was slow at first so I moved to a different charger, it eventually sped up.
