Great location. Mostly self service. Quick response for luggage storage and check-in. There are chargers and cables for borrowing for free. Room is small, just enough to open a medium sized luggage (roughly 24”?). Bathroom is decent sized. Cleanliness was good enough. Could hear sounds from the corridor but not really from other rooms. Curtain was not blackout so you may want to use an eye mask if sleeping in. At this price you can’t really complain right?

Pros: The room is clean and comfortable, with a good location near the subway and bus stop. Self-service check-in only.Cons: There is no elevator, and our room was on the 5th floor, which was very tiring as we had to climb up. The bathroom doesn’t have a door, only a curtain. Be careful during showers, as water can easily spill out.

Well, the location is so convenient like in front of our house place. It has a bus stop and also Dimetro, but it doesn’t have a elevator. The room kind of small. The toilet is also small. We book it with four of us. Same room is a bit small, but our wall is OK for this price

Self check in was very convenient. Location was easy to find (though be careful not to confuse it with the other Sinchon branch). Room was big enough and clean. Luggage storage, water, umbrella etc provided.

From the very first day of my stay, something strange happened. While I was taking a shower, a woman tried to enter my room by typing the door code. She eventually managed to open the door, but luckily I had locked the latch from the inside, so she could not come in. I was shocked by the situation, but I tried to think positively, assuming it was a mistake—maybe the hotel staff assigned the wrong room, or the room codes were duplicated.Then today, while I was resting in my room, a hotel staff member suddenly tried to open my door and told me to check out. No matter how hard I tried to explain the situation to him, he ignored me completely. He did not listen to a single word I said and acted as if I was invisible. He even started removing the pillows, blankets, and bed sheets from the room. I had no idea what to do, so I decided to leave.I truly hope you will speak with the staff and handle this properly. I also hope that the staff will treat guests with more respect and professionalism in the future.

Booked here since the location was optimal. It was indeed close to Sinchon station, and there were plenties of restaurantsts/convenience stores around. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was super smooth. Room was clean and AC worked flawlessly. Shower room/ toilet was clean too.Overall, this was an absolute bargain considering the price. If I were to visit Seoul as a solo traveler again, I would seriously consider booking here again.

To let you know what to expect:1) I read from the reviews that the access code only provided on the spot, but sometimes our phone battery runs out after a long day outside. So I emailed to ask for the access code one day in advance, but they don't entertain. True enough, my battery was dying, it was nerve wracking to try and get them to respond quick enough when phone battery is only 1%. Not sure why is there no better way to check in. Counter area is messy.2) Smell in the room, loud water noise from the air conditioning, early morning has loud high pitched sound (like from the film Psycho)!3) Wired mattress, can feel it on the back, couldn't have a restful rest.4) Says has window, the window is fully white tinted, cannot be open, and can't see anything outside. Might as well just say it is a white frame.5) Most furnitures lost a bolt or nut, not in great condition. - Pros: In Sinchon happening area, has a private bathroom, washing machine and drying machine available. Overall: A place that I wouldn't want to stay for long, I left the place as early and quickly as possible the next day.

The guesthouse is located around 5 minutes away from the exit of Sinchon Metro station, convenient for travellers. Also located at the busy Yonsei-ro, Sinchon shopping district, many food and shopping options around. Check-in: Process was easy. Scan QR code to text manager via WhatsApp to receive room number and passcode to enter.Room: Space sufficient for solo traveller. Bed was not the comfiest. Toilet was small and hard to work around with. Cleanliness is so-so. Hairdryer, shampoo and body wash, and toothbrush with toothpaste provided in room. Can't complain much for a room of this price.Cost: Cost-efficient especially for its location and the amenities provided.
