24 Guesthouse Sinchon

I really enjoyed my stay here. Not only is it in the middle of vibrant Sinchon and hongdae (bar/ shopping/ student area), but the facilities were really clean and the staff spoke English, Chinese and Korean and also they had free laundry services. The dryer did take almost two hours to dry my clothes but it didn’t shrink them so win. Everyone was really kind and it was easy to find but be careful not to confuse it with the other 24 guesthouse; this one is Sinchon Avenue.

The area is safe and there are shops nearby, so the location is great. I had a comfortable stay in the hotel room. winters in Korea very cold for me but the heated floors and electric carpets made it warm. The owner is kind and responds to messages promptly. I will stay here again. Thank you so much.

Location is best with many eateries around, and a subway station not far away. Room is rather small but comes with simple facilities that make a traveller comfortable. Water and towels are freely available, also with common cooking facility. Will stay here again definitely. Highly recommended

that's a really good hostel in affordable price. the room is as clean as it can be ( it had some stains on the bedding, floor and the wall). the location is great and even tho it's a self,check-in, the service is pretty good. it has some amenities but I'd recommend to get your own shower. anyway... I as I mentioned the price-quality ratio is well satisfied. I can higly recommend this stay.

Terrible Winter Experience – Unacceptable ServiceI stayed at 24 Guesthouse Sinchon Avenue, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. First of all, be cautious—there are two hotels with the same name, and I ended up going to the wrong one initially, which was very frustrating.At first, I thought the guesthouse seemed decent. It has a self-check-in and self-check-out system. However, I stayed during winter when the outside temperature was -7°C, and from the moment I checked in, my room was freezing. Despite their claim that the floor heating was on and there was a heating pad on the bed, the room never warmed up. I waited, went out for a bit, and returned late at night only to find the room still unbearably cold.The thin blanket they provided was completely inadequate, and I became extremely sick due to the cold. I contacted the staff, and they told me to wait, but nothing improved. Later, they mentioned the heating pad was broken and would be replaced the next day—yet I was checking out the next morning!I couldn’t sleep at all that night because of the freezing temperature. I begged for extra blankets and asked for at least four to keep warm, but they told me to go upstairs to get them myself. To my frustration, there was only one extra blanket available, which was as thin as the others. I had to wear my thick jacket to try and sleep with just two thin blankets, and I felt so helpless and miserable.Their complete lack of responsibility for providing a warm and livable room during winter is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially during cold weather. The experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had.

Good location, simple and small room but has sufficient necessities a traveller need. Downstairs and surrounding have a lot of eateries which are good and value for money. Near subway. Recommended to travellers not looking for posh hotels.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and dining options.

-clean and easy to go- it’s near the sinchon station about 5 mins by my slowing walk - have elevator - it’s proper for solo traveler which want to have private room and bathroom - can leave the luggage before/after stayed- dont have the curtain may a bit too early for wake up by the sunny outside
