25hours Hotel Frankfurt The Trip

I’ve stayed in several Accor hotels in Frankfurt before when here for business and was a little anxious when arriving for the first time to 25 hours Hotel and my Uber driver said it’s not a good area and I should change hotel. However, I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable when I entered the hotel foyer and was attended to by Natalie. She was super friendly and attentive and I’m already feeling because of her, this is a hotel I could come back to. Customer service is so important and Natalie has done extremely well to impress on that front.

I liked this hotel. It had a chilled vibe and friendly staff. It has a cool courtyard in the centre. Nice for breakfast and a drink. The only issue is that it magnifies the sound, so can feel a little noisy from your room.

This hotel is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Justin who recommended some fab places and an amazing restaurant that we tried too! |The hotel is so quirky and modern! A real fun vibe! There is a restaurant/ bar attached which is very lively but couldn't hear from room. The rooms are well designed. Beds super comfy! It was a good location to the station and walking distance to all the sights! Ooo nearly forgot to mention the free minibar!!

Located directly next to the main train station, good hotel - just the homeless outside

I'm a snob when it comes to hotels. I will admit that. The only stars I sleep under, is 5 stars, maybe 4. Therefore it was with huge reservation booking this hotel, based on the pictures. I was in Frankfurt for business, it is part of All Accor, and close to the Messe. I like boutique hotels so we gave it a try. The location is walking distance to the train station and the Messe. Very convenient. There are some great quick restaurants and pubs around. The area has a lot of poverty and drug users, however. The hotel is funky, great vibe, and clean. I loved sitting in the lobby doing some work. The staff is amazing; Ordinary people putting a great product together. Always helpful, always in a good mood and friendly. The attached restaurant has a god breakfast menu but pricy for what you get, if you take the buffet. The menu itself is cheap. The restaurant is a gem in the evening but make sure you make a reservation. It was the best food I had in Frankfurt. Rooms are clean, interestingly designed, and comes with a FREE mini bar. I don't need the lifejacket or oxygen tank on the wall as artwork, but I would book this hotel again when visiting Frankfurt. I really felt at home here.

If you are walking to this hotel from the train station you will be shocked with the amount of unsavoury people in the area. |The hotel itself is pretty stunning. The check-in was easy and the rooms are bright and funky. The foyer is an oasis of colour and comfort. |The sleep was pretty good apart from the crowd noise on a Friday night and the staff cleaning up in the early hours.|Our final stop in Europe and we are glad we stayed here.

Not a very scenic area of Frankfurt. There is a bar in the hotel which does attract local teenagers. The rooms are nicely decorated and gives a good sleep, shops and rail station not too far. Be careful at night though it does get interesting.

The room was good and the bed was comfy, you can screen share to the TV and the minibar has water and cider for free. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep on Friday or Saturday as loud music was being played all night. There was no warning online or from the staff that this would be the case. More soundproofing on the windows wouldn't work because the bed shakes even on the top floor.

An oasis near the train station! I can't say enough nice things about the 25h The Trip hotel in Frankfurt. I'd just come from a week in a slightly run-down hotel in Cologne amid hot and humid weather. Arriving at the 25h after that and the adventure of plowing through the crowds at the train station was like stepping into another universe: a calming air-conditioned oasis with cool art and friendly people. I was so happy with the room that I didn't budge that first evening, opting for snacks and the cozy bed in favor of exploring the city. The next morning, I enjoyed a light breakfast in the hotel and then prepared to hit the streets for a few hours before heading to the airport - now, those streets are a little bit sketchy, even for this city-living city lover. But that's only for a few blocks. In retrospect I'd be a bit cautious about this neighborhood in the dark though. Wouldn't you know it, it was starting to rain as I got ready to go - but of course, they had umbrellas at the desk. I felt well taken care of. "Well taken care of" really sums up my whole experience at the 25h. I wasn't there for long, but will unquestionably look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

This hotel is awesome! Its got a really cool vibe, nice rooms, rooms have great AC, and Susana at the front desk is beyond awesome! Yea the neighborhood to the left is a tad sketchy, but for the most part if you mind your own business you are fine. Just exit to the right when you come out of the hotel

Very cool hotel in a strange neighborhood. Surprisingly amazing food at the restaurant and cool people. If you're in Frankfurt you have to come here
