4,5 stars to be exact. Like the other 25 hours hotels in the chain, The Trip is unmistakable in its quirky style and unexpected amenities. The former visually spices up an otherwise boring business stay and the latter, like the rooftop sauna with view of the skyscrapers, the amazing pillows, the schindelhauer bikes and the free minibar content are endearing extra points. The location within the walking distance of the Central Train Station is both a boon and a bane. During my previous stays the friendliness of their service had been a little underwhelming, but after giving my feedback to the GM I saw a remarkable improvement, which is truly admirable.

This is a good hotel conveniently located at the heart of Frankfurt. Rooms were clean with good design, there are complimentary drinks in the fridge and the whole place has a very nice vibe to it. Breakfast was also very good with awesome, thick french toast. Few downsides: the area is super sketchy with open drug use around the hotel and I would not travel there with kids. Also somebody was plying loud Italian music throughout the night was was somewhat annoying and somewhat funny as the song of choice was “volare” 😆. Overall I think I will visit again especially since the value for money was amazing there. Safe travels !

Good hotel with unusual interiors. |Nice rooms, clean and well maintained. |Good variety of food offer at breakfast, but on some days it is not self service and it takes some time to have breakfast. |Great that they still offer hand made espresso. |I heard the restaurant is good too, but it was closed when I was there. |WiFi is okay but could be more stable. |The surrounding area is not the best walking space in Frankfurt…

The hotel itself was wonderful and has a quirky decor and style. The room was spacious and fitted out well. It was fun in one of the elevators that had a tv display on the ceiling that played a video that gave the impression of being under a glass roof with it raining or with aircraft or stars wars cruisers flying overhead. Much fun. Location being close to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof was an easy short walk.||||The part that wasn't fun is all the drug users on the street near the hotel either smoking dope or using crack plus the drunks and crack whores hanging around too. If Frankfurt council wants to promote tourism they really need to do something about cleaning up the area, improving the street lighting and using the police to enforce drug laws. The hotel should have security staff outside to make patrons feel safer too.||||The other big problem is the noise from a neighbouring night club. We stayed on a Saturday night and the music (doof, doof, doof..) shook the hotel until it stopped a bit after 7 am the next morning!!!!!!!!!||The poor hotel staff got to hear all the complaints from customers.||||Good hotels warn people on their website before you book that the hotel is in close proximity to a night club or construction site and rooms might be noisy. ||||This was beyond noisy, it was like actually being in the night club !!!!||||So although I rate the hotel highly, I warn potential customers not to stay here on weekends due to nightclub noise. It was horrendous.

Very nice hotel except that you can’t get a goodnight sleep. the rooms have a really nice and special design. Very clean and the staff is nice but the fact that there is a club in the courtyard makes it impossible to sleep. Me and my colleagues all had a terrible experience, same for other people who slept here last year. This is a big problem that kind of cancels all of the other pros of the hotel. The area in which the hotel is isn’t the greatest, near the railway station. Doesn’t feel safe when walking back in the evening

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my recent three-night business trip. The hotel's unique concept was quite intriguing, and it brought back fond memories of my teenage bedroom. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the hotel even had an on-site restaurant and bar for my convenience. Additionally, there was a complimentary sauna on the top floor, which provided a wonderful opportunity to unwind after a busy day. The hotel's location was particularly advantageous, as it was merely a three-minute walk from the train station, making it ideal for my business-related travel needs. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with soft pillows and a cozy blanket that ensured a restful night's sleep. However, I must mention that the surrounding area of the hotel was not particularly pleasant. There were a noticeable number of individuals engaging in drug-related activities in the vicinity, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to walk around, especially during nighttime. Nevertheless, if one is aware of this situation and takes appropriate precautions, such as walking briskly and avoiding eye contact, it is possible to navigate the area without significant concerns. Furthermore, the hotel's bar provided a welcoming and secure environment for those who enjoy staying up late. Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had the pleasure of staying at the 25hours Hotel The Trip, in the heart of Frankfurt, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A special shoutout to the reception team: Anna, Savio, Catinca and Simon – they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made my stay even more memorable. The hotel’s restaurant served absolutely delicious food. Each meal was a treat, and I could tell that a lot of care went into preparing the dishes. The staff there was equally exceptional, making each dining experience a pleasure. And I must say, the bar was a highlight! I had so much fun there, enjoying great drinks and a lively atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. A huge thank you to the entire team at The Trip, you truly made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back!

Don't take a room on the street. I stayed 3 nights, impossible to sleep lots of noise, a bar is next door and people scream in the street all night, probably because of the alcohol. It's a shame because the rooms are fun and the decor is great. but really expensive for no sleep Catastrophic!

Yelp
An oasis near the train station! I can't say enough nice things about the 25h The Trip hotel in Frankfurt. I'd just come from a week in a slightly run-down hotel in Cologne amid hot and humid weather. Arriving at the 25h after that and the adventure of plowing through the crowds at the train station was like stepping into another universe: a calming air-conditioned oasis with cool art and friendly people. I was so happy with the room that I didn't budge that first evening, opting for snacks and the cozy bed in favor of exploring the city. The next morning, I enjoyed a light breakfast in the hotel and then prepared to hit the streets for a few hours before heading to the airport - now, those streets are a little bit sketchy, even for this city-living city lover. But that's only for a few blocks. In retrospect I'd be a bit cautious about this neighborhood in the dark though. Wouldn't you know it, it was starting to rain as I got ready to go - but of course, they had umbrellas at the desk. I felt well taken care of. "Well taken care of" really sums up my whole experience at the 25h. I wasn't there for long, but will unquestionably look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

Yelp
This hotel is awesome! Its got a really cool vibe, nice rooms, rooms have great AC, and Susana at the front desk is beyond awesome! Yea the neighborhood to the left is a tad sketchy, but for the most part if you mind your own business you are fine. Just exit to the right when you come out of the hotel

Yelp
Very cool hotel in a strange neighborhood. Surprisingly amazing food at the restaurant and cool people. If you're in Frankfurt you have to come here
