Okay, let's first start with the quirkiness; it's a lot. If you have low tolerance for quirky, you will hate this place, but if you can stomach it, there are amusing little details and little eye-rolling never hurt anyone.|So, to the real points;|First, our room was suprisingly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. First night we didn't have that good of a sleep as the pillows were flat, but we did get extra pillows that fixed the situation. The free minibar was a pleasant suprise. There was no safety box on the room, which was a minus for slightly paranoid person like me, and there also was no kettle, which was a shame as we usually do use it. Also, the rooms floor plan was a bit weird; the toilet and the sink were on different rooms (the sink is in the same room as the bed, only separated with a curtain), so taking that midnight dump and washing your hands without waking up your partner with light/noise is quite difficult.|The breakfast had a good selection. Bacon was crispy, but the eggs were a bit overdone and under-salted.|The sauna section was good and the relaxing lounge was comfortable, and we used it practically every night.|As a nitpick I was kinda disappointed upon arrival as we informed when we were coming and got the "we are trying our best for you to get the room asap for you"-message (I'm paraphrasing here), but upon arrival we were immediately told "check in is at three, not earlier" without even taking our names. While I do get that an early room is a bonus thing, the "we are trying our best!" combined with "nope, it's at three." kinda felt like no, you weren't trying. Mind you, you don't have to, but just don't give me false hope, okay?|And lastly, there was this stupid thing when we arrived where we couldn't get to our room as a influencer was jamming the elevator on the first floor for photos. This is not a critique towards the hotel, just know that the elevators are so cute you might have to fight an influencer to get to your room.|Overall I could see myself returning here. This wasn't cheap or anything, but the pricepoint was reasonable enough.
