"Guests feel like they’re staying under the big top in the quirky, colorful, circus-themed Vienna location of 25hours Hotel. Opened in 2011, this adventure in fun, affordable luxury is found at the edge of Vienna’s Museum Quarter in one of the city’s more fashionable districts. Each room has its own flavor and features wall art by Berlin illustrator Olaf Hajek, including drawings of ringmasters, clowns, trapeze artists, and the occasional risqué character. 25hours doesn’t attract only visitors. Guests can mingle with the hip Viennese crowd while enjoying drinks at the Dachboden, the hotel’s rooftop bar. The staff will even help guests explore the city with a free bike or MINI rental—a nice choice for reaching the famous Heuriger (wine taverns) outside the city."

Loved our stay at this hotel! Great location walking distance to the old town and sights, museum quarter a short walk away. Our room (gigantic) was quite large and comfortable with small kitchenette and sofa that could serve as a bed for a 3rd person. King bed was very comfortable. The circus themed decor and quirky touches were fun and humorous. Be aware, the rooftop bar with a spectacular view is very popular and can be noisy especially on weekends. Our family (with adult children) enjoyed it and even while staying on the floor below, were not bothered. If you are sensitive to sound, may want to request another floor. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 nights on the 3rd floor street view. Hotel is quirky but everything seems thought through and useful. We had breakfast locally (Erich and Ulrich) so can't comment on the Hotel breakfast. We are once in Ribelli which was very nice (pizza very tasty though my wife noted there the octopus salad was a bit short on octopus). Location is excellent, staff are friendly, efficient, polite and helpful. Room was clean, nicely made up every day. Bed was comfortable. It could be perceived as a bit noisy due to the traffic and people late at night but I sleep with earplugs so it didn't bother me. Nice little area at reception with thoughtful and useful things that you might need. Rooftop bar was nice but busy and mostly standing outside. Highlight for us was the sauna and wellness area. Huge sauna and not busy. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. Super well located , metro stop 2 minutes from the door. There’s a sauna, steam room, gym, Italian restaurant and the most wonderful rooftop terrace. If not mistaken is adults only which was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and kind. Gave us extra pillows and kept luggage the last day. You can upgrade your room ask for early check in and late check out too. Rooms aren’t y big but enough for 2 and well equipped, free mini bar for your stay super quiet rooms. Best thing : I could NOT hear the usual hotel noises with housekeeping team going up the down the corridors and opening cupboards in the morning. As I said super quiet! When in Vienna… Come here!

This hotel is beautiful! The fun, circus-inspired decor adds a playful twist to the whole stay, even the parking exit has a rope pull that made us laugh. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Vienna’s top museums and surrounded by amazing architecture and art. I highly recommend!

Google
Great hotel. Fantastic vibe with a funky décor. Excellent friendly staff. Funky rooftop bar. My only suggestion would be to move the smoking area away from the front door for a more pleasant entry for guests. Look forward to the Sydney venue opening soon.

The location is great. Free minibar - really cool. What I didn't like started right on checking in. We were asked to pay extra 75 euros as a "deposit" in case if we steal or break smth. Common practice as they told but I never did that before. Returning the deposit took some time and patience. Regarding hotel room - I liked the bed mattress but the pillow was just terrible. Also no place to sit. Bathroom - yeah, the soap is great but where should I hang the towel ? AC - it worked really hard. I mean it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. That was the only function it performed, it was super hot in the room. And no chance to turn it off. Will definitely avoid this hotel.

Google
This is a great hotel if you want to party, but if you want to sleep well, it’s pretty bad. The rooms are hot, so you have to open the window at night; this means if you’re facing the park, you will hear noise until about 2:00 am. The beds are hard as stone, so if you’re a side sleeper you’re screwed. The breakfast is good. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The wellness center is nice. The gym is small and sparsely equipped, but i’s fine for aerobic exercise. The hotel seems to be a destination for partiers, so if you can’t sleep because of the heat, the noise, or the hard beds, you can join the fun.

One of the worst hotels we have ever been. We paid 220 Euros/night expecting a decent, comfortable room. Instead the "double room" we got, was hardly enough for one person. There was only one hard wooden chair and a small table, so only one could sit somewhere to relax besides the bed itself. No closet, only netted selves and hangers along a metal tube. The bed that covered the largest part of the room left only narrow “corridors” around it to move around. No amenities such as a boiler and coffee/tea bags or cotton swabs and conditioner in the bathroom. Cleaning the room and changing bed and bath linen was not automatic, but had to be asked for the previous day. And on top of that one rainy day we had to wait for 30 min to be allowed to enter the dining hall and have breakfast, because as we were told -believe it or not - all the guests came for breakfast at the same time!

Yelp
This hotel is pretty awesome!!! The lobby itself is very well put together. From a wall that is made of all old instant cameras to bikes hanging from the ceiling. The room itself was nice. Comfy bed and the shower was amazing !!! They have shower gel and shampoo in big containers mounted in the shower. Love it! The bar and restaurant has a great outdoor area for eating and drinking. Great wine selections to choose from. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Oh and it's basically a short 15 min walk to many major city attractions

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for a week with our dog, while my husband attended a business conference. The staff became like family towards the end of our stay. I have to give a special thanks to Yusef and Victoria. My dog's foot became infected the first day of our stay and they helped me find a vet, arranged needed transportation and checked in on us for our remaining time. They were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. When we first arrived, we arrived late and there was no available parking at the hotel. Unloading is a bit challenging since there is no carport or entry driveway, you just pull up onto the curb beside the hotel to unload/load your luggage. That was the only down side. But Killian at the front desk was very helpful in assisting us with information on what to do and where we could find less expensive parking nearby. Our room was wonderful, comfortable and quiet and the items in the minibar were free. We ate at the restaurant a few times. The Breakfast buffet was fantastic, lunch pizza was very good and our late night drinks and cheese plate, yummy. They also allowed us to bring our dog into the restaurant. The upstairs bar and roof-top view was also nice. The fitness center is not the best, but with a little creativity you can get the job done. Loved the art and quirkiness of the atmosphere. It's in a great location, I was able to walk to most parts of the city only needing a cab for the furthest city points (Schonbrunn Palace and Hundertwasserhaus)

Yelp
A circus-themed hotel didn't exactly sound like my kinda thing but the 25hours Hotel in Vienna won me over. My ROOM was sizable and included a kitchen. You don't realize how nice it is to have a fridge and a bowl and utensils in a hotel room until you start spending more time away from your home than you do in it. The bed was awesomely comfortable and the sheets were super nice too. I also liked the bath products. The rooftop TERRACE is spectacular and provides a wonderful view of Vienna and a nice place to have a meeting over a drink. BREAKFAST is substantial (as I have come to expect in Austria) and can fuel you for the entire day as it includes breads of all types, cooked to order eggs, as well as a variety of cheese, meat and fruit. The LOCATION, in the 7th District, is convenient as you can easily walk to a lot from here. A cab to/from the airport takes about 30 minutes. It's brand new so there are still some kinks to be worked out (wayfinding, for example, so you don't end up in the sketchy kitchen of the attached building.) But if my go to hotel in Vienna - the Holmann Beletage - is not available, 25hours Hotel will be my runner up for sure.

Yelp
Love that chain and the Vienna one specifically! Great location in the center, nice staff. We just had a rocky start at this visit - let's not working and no parking but hey - it hopefully gets better :-)

Yelp
Great boutique hotel! Close to the volks theater metro stop and located in a safe, clean, quiet area. The hotel is a bit loud. It has a hostel vibe but it's a lot nicer than a hostel for a great price. I think I paid under $100/night for a double room. I would recommend this place to anyone since the crowd is young but the rooms are pretty quiet. The front desk staff spoke perfect English and we're soooooo friendly and helpful. The front desk is open 24 hours and is so patient when pointing out all the tourist spots. The amenities are very unique. There's a travel bag in the room to take on your daily outings free of charge. You can rent bikes or a mini Cooper for free. The room is cool, colorful, clean and comfortable. There is a bar area that I wanna check out. I'm sure I'll love it.

Yelp
I stayed for three nights in mid April and found the hotel to be in an excellent location next to the Museum Quartier and its associated U-Bahn station. The hotel had a circus theme and had weird arty decoration throughout, it did have an odd shape which would not appeal to all visitors. The staff were really friendly and able to make some good recommendations like suggesting a cheap way to get to the airport when you already have a travel pass. At the top of the hotel is a roof top bar which enjoys great views over Vienna and brought a lot of people to the hotel. I'm showing my age but I wish it were a little quieter so I could have read my book with a beer. As we stayed on Friday and Saturday night it was busy both nights I went up there. I would stay here again if I return to Vienna,

Yelp
The coolest hotel I've ever stayed in. The ambience and staff here are excellent while the décor is interesting and quirky. The whole floor I stayed in (possibly the whole building?) was circus themed. The bicycles and Mini Coopers that are included for your use are a great touch, although the location was perfect so a quick walk to wherever you needed to go was not unreasonable. The rooftop bar was very popular it seemed with locals or other visitors not necessarily staying at the hotel. I didn't stay close to the top floor, but the rooms were very quiet in relation to how loud and booming the bar was. Best of all, was their pizza. It was the best pizza I've ever had. I would normally not recommend eating in a hotel in Europe (there are very few exceptions) but their pizza was out of this world. Even if you decide not to stay there, I would highly recommend getting pizza there.

Yelp
Upon deciding to go to Vienna as the second part of our visit to Central Europe, I looked up Yelp and saw that the 25Hour Hotel was the number one hotel. This warranted closer inspection.... woah, this place looked amazing and that was just the standard room. So as a treat to ourselves, we booked a panoramic room. And we were so glad we did. We arrived to be quickly checked in by Florian, one of the many cool young hip people to work here, wearing their sailor striped tops. Up to the sixth floor we were stunned by the room. The ceiling to floor windows truly did give it the panoramic status. Fabulous views, really stunning. The room also had juggling balls, a hula hoop and a floor mat. All in keeping with the circus theme of the hotel. There was loads of storage and handy furniture i.e. desk, chairs and a sofa. Sofa wasn't the most comfortable to be honest. And there was a flat screen TV, but we didn't turn it on truth be told. The toilet was separate to the bathroom, which is always a good idea. A semi-open shower with two shower heads to chose from, how posh. The hair dryer rocked, one of the highlights for me (it's the little things). I loved the hand-soap, shower gel and shampoo. Its called Stop The Water While Using Me!?! You can buy it down in the shop for a nice price. Everything sold in the shop had a very nice price indeed. I also managed a keyring, but everything else was too expensive. The air con was a godsend as a heatwave had hit Austria. Everyday in the early afternoon we we would come back to the room, shower and then just cool off. Bliss. And it was so quiet. It made the AC in our hotel in Prague sound like a jet engine. The room also had a fridge and double hob, which was perfect for us. There is a spar and an Aldi around the corners (in opposite directions), so we stocked up on food and drink. We had breakfast in our room every morning, so we save money there. The hotel itself is set in a great location, the Museumsquartier. Close to the U2 and U3 underground line, you've access to the whole city. For food there is the handy Burger de Ville outside and 1500 Foodmakers on the ground floor. While on the top floor there's the fabulous Dachboden bar with terrace. Amazing bar. One thing that annoyed me (and they lose a star for this) was the Mini-bar team. In the afternoon they would knock on the door, if you were there and not quick enough, they'd let themselves in. On the first occasion the guy was very gruff (I nicknamed him the fridge police). I told him we hadn't used anything in the room, but he pointed out that we'd used the Nespresso pods. No we hadn't, there was none there when we checked in. Then every other day when we hadn't met them, a few more new items would appear in the room. Like bottled water and then crisps, neither of which were there when we checked in and neither of which we asked for. But they were added to the bill when we checked out. So I'd advise you to double check your bill when leaving. There was no problem, they took them off when we pointed this out, no questions asked. Apart from being vigilant of the fridge police, I would highly recommend the 25Hours Hotel. It's an experience.

Yelp
I really loved this hotel. By far the best hotel room I have ever stayed in with a floor to ceiling glass window as a wall and funky decoration it was amazing. The whole place was funky and fun and didn't take itself to seriously. I hate normal hotels they generally remind me of hospitals however 25h's didn't. With two nice places to eat and a great rooftop bar, great staff, panoramic views across vienna and the museum quarter I honestly cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my stay here. Public transport is a short walk away and there are lots of places near by to eat, drink and sight see. A brilliant location. The only downside was that it was so hot outside, but then again it was great to have an air conditioned room where we could chill out. We did stay in the most expensive room, i'm not sure what the normal rooms were like but if the rest of the hotel was anything to go by I would imagine they were nice. But if you want to treat yourself, try the panoramic suite out. So nice. All in all great. I know my partner had a few qualms about the room staff, they were a bit pushy. But I'm still giving 5 stars because the rest of it was great.

Yelp
The 25hours hotel at museumsquartier in Vienna is a lovely, quirky and relaxed place to stay at a central, convenient and well-connected location with excellent staff and a really friendly atmosphere. When I asked a friend from Vienna about nice hotels, he recommended the 25hours hotel at museumsquartier to me - a good choice. The 25hours hotel at museumsquartier is entirely different from many traditional, stuffy hotels. When you walk in, it feels more like a hostel. Something I like, because I also enjoy staying at hostels. The email support before the trip was very friendly, and when I arrived, check-in was smooth. Despite me getting there a bit early, the room was cleaned and ready, so I could drop off my bag and explore the area around the hotel. Something many people from outside German-speaking countries might not realise is that some of the staff, not all, start talking to guests using the informal "Du" instead of the more formal "Sie" you usually expect at a hotel. I liked that, because it works great in this down-to-earth setting they create within the hotel. Throughout the hotel they have some kind of circus theme going. Few of the details look weird, but altogether it is not overpowering and works fine in creating a unique and playful atmosphere. The room was probably a bit on the small side for that price, and the view of the park was more the view of a rather small park and playground. But it was facing the city, so we could see some of the beautiful, iconic buildings from our window. On of the selling points of the hotel is free wifi. Even before I checked in, I had already bought a SIM card for just €9.90 from an A1 store with 1 GB preloaded which was enough for my stay, but I still value the free wifi and do not understand, how many hotels nowadays get away without that. The "iPod dock" is a little bit useless since Apple changed the connectors, but they also have a simple audio cable attached to the sound system, so you can really hook up any device, which is all I ask for. It is convenient and we used it to put on relaxing music when we got back to the room after a long, busy day out. The bathroom is nice and functional with a great shower. The room comes with a desk, a little fridge and a small safe in the cupboard, as you would expect. So the room has all the standard features. A funny detail is perhaps the little wooden bench between bed and window. I often sat there in the mornings or evenings to plan the day ahead, so it turned out to be quite useful. The room also had a TV, but having an iPad with me, I did not even bother to turn it on. The only downside of a room on the first floor is perhaps the noise that you can hear from the restaurant below. It did not really affect me too much, but people who are sensitive to noise when they get to sleep might be annoyed by the humming bass...at least until the restaurant closes. We were once at the 1500 FOODMAKERS restaurant in the evening for a coffee and a tea. As a visitor from London expects at a fake-vintage, contemporary-styled restaurant, they do not only offer Viennese classics but also a flat white. They could do with a latte art course, but hey, it was a good effort. And the tea was delicious. Apparently, the Italian restaurant is a popular dinner spot, not only for hotel guests. A couple of times we asked the staff at the reception for help, for example when we needed to print tickets or boarding passes - they were always very friendly even in the middle of the night and quickly helped us printing our documents. You could also use one of two iMacs in the lobby to print documents yourself. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the 25hours hotel at museumsquartier in Vienna. The location is central and great, you have subway and tram stations nearby and the connection to the airport by public transport is straightforward. In combination with friendly staff and the nice atmosphere, this hotel is definitely a place I can recommend. But it is perhaps not be the cheapest option around.

A H.

Yelp
The building in itself isn't very promising... but once you passed the nice children's playground and used the elevator to go on the roof, you won't regret stopping by... The view from the terrace is simply amazing! Here you can enjoy the sunlight and an impressive view over this beautiful city: Vienna :) As for the bar, it is irie and comfy, with several couches and nice seats. The staff is friendly and fun; as for the drinks, you are in a true Austrian bars (!) with a lot of beers, Austrian wines, soft or long drinks... If you are feeling hungry, you can order a piece of home-made cake or some snacks (like the typical "Brettljause" served on a wooden plate). A place to recommend to anyone loving Vienna!

Yelp
This is a great hotel with a personality of its own! Our room was tidy and newly refurbished, thankfully without a wall-to-wall carpet which tend to haunt so many hotels Europe wide. All is clean and up to standards and even the WiFi access, we being digital natives, was quite good and better than most hotels even in our room. Good work guys! (you have some todo's on the roof top wifi-wise though...) The breakfast was not quite worth the cost and the outside areas on either the rooftop or the restaurant is quite sparse and crowded. We're used to having a late-night rooftop drink after a busy touristy day, which was a bit difficult as the joint at this particular hotel was completely packed with party people. If possible they should really consider expanding their terrasse. But if you're a 20-something looking to mingle, the rooftop is the place for you. Crowds aside, the staff is very friendly, easy going, hard working and very accommodating. I just hope we tipped enough. The interior of the hotel both in the common areas and in our room made for a unique touch and is perhaps one of the major things why I'll actually remember this hotel more than most I've been to. All in all this is a hotel which we would be more than happy to revisit on our next journey to lovely Wien. It's perfectly placed nearby the Museum Quarter with lots of stuff to see and restaurants to try.

Yelp
Ok now seriously. They let you check out a car at the front desk. What's not to love about this hotel? I sent my sixth grade teacher a postcard from here because I was feeling nostalgic. And yo- if you're the kind of person who avoids hotel restaurants like the plague GET OVER THAT PROBLEM because not only do they have the best pizza in Vienna, they have the best business cards. No, I'm not gonna explain. Go see for yourself. It's why they made airplanes, y'all.

Yelp
Just visited this hotel and the owners have remodeled and added a food truck. This outdoor space provides families with the ability to have their kids play while they enjoy some great foods. In fact, this place serves fries with garlic and parsley that is absolutely incredible, and burgers that probably compete with 5 Guys (that's a bold statement for anyone that knows 5 Guys!) Great place to catch a freebie, picnic and have a beer!

Yelp
Excellent business hotel in Vienna. Rooms are creative and well designed. Awesome rooftop bar and very nice people.

Yelp
Very nice hotel, good rooms, fantastic bathrooms, very stylish in a quirky way, room full of nice little touches. The staff at reception is really friendly. Restaurant is very nice the staff there is a bit of a hit and miss some are very nice some others quite rude, the same goes to the roof terrace bar. Prices for drinks are a bit stiff but nothing too drastic. As someone already said the restaurant menu should have a bit more more food choice. Definitely worth a stay!
