There orange juice is great, well the owner are nice and cheerful too.

Google
Decent selection, fair prices, good quality produce, plenty of little this n that type side items. What makes this place for me is the people are incredibly nice, personable, helpful. It makes me want to go out of the way to patronize them.

Came here to get some cilantro and garlic for my pasta. Cashier was very nice and helpful, sociable too! Reasonable prices, will be back. Checkout my pasta I made below!

Great place near my house. Affordable price. Good quality fruits and vegetables.

Google
Oh my God! if only all the stores in San Francisco were like this brick and mortar establishment! Excellent products! Service is beyond excellent. Heather is a work of art, and beyond amazing. I have actually never known someone as personally caring for a customer as she is! Even though she is not Greek (neither am I but I am trying to be) , she adheres to Spiro's sense of treating every customer as your most important customer. Their produce blows the garbage at Safeway away. I cannot give enough stars for this place!

Google
I don’t make a lot of reviews and after _another_ frustrating experience nearby I decided to review some of the markets in the neighborhood. This place was always next level in quality and reliable compared to all nearby markets, and is seemingly the only market nearby that hasn’t had ownership/management changes. The produce is often the cheapest for the quality. They have a good selection of high quality imported goods and are generally cheaper than Andronico’s. If you really would like something, they may try to order it in for you. The people are by far the nicest and most friendly, and really it’s only improved and expanded to running AK meats next door for sandwiches and meat. I loved AK and the lady who ran it, but it’s even better after they took it over, with meat prices actually going down. You can generally find anything you might need to make a nice meal. They have amazing fresh-squeezed orange juice they make on-site.

Google
WOW, everything in this store is maliciously placed and prices were perfect. All the fruit is so beautiful. Really impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Its rare that you get that old time feeling walking into a place. From the times that people really cared about what they do. This place is an incredible find. Wish we had shops like this on street corners in Idaho. Well done, well done.

Google
Stopped in here while looking for some quick groceries since I'm staying close by. Found pretty much everything I needed and it all looked great. The cashier was friendly and they allow card so it was definitely a great local market with plenty of local produces and eggs. Prices were fair. I'll be back and recommend it.

Yelp
Nice shop and friendly staff. This is the only place in SF that carries the tortillas and chips from Taqueria El molino. If you're around Concord, stop by their shop. Yeah I know there are other tortillas in the city, but places like La Palma are out of the way sometimes.

Yelp
Full disclosure...my photos suck but this okay does not. Amazing market on clement in the heart of the Richmond district. The grocery store is both bougie and approachable...great fruit and veggies. Nice selection of grocery items and a very clever set up...never feeling claustrophobic. Next door is the deli and meat counter..great well priced protein, salads and gourmet items. They make a mean meatball sandwich and soup! The staff/owners are super friendly and local. Love this place

Yelp
When purchasing something that cost $3.99, I gave the checkout person five dollars, and they gave me one dollar in change . I had to ask for the additional one Penny owed me. They refused to give me the penny, saying that pennies are being phased out. iMHO they should either have given me a nickel in change or they should price the bread at four dollars. I wonder how much they do this with their other pricing. It does not engender trust.

Leo L.

Yelp
I used to like them, but that changed when they started blasting pro-Trump propaganda and comments. I no longer feel comfortable supporting their business.

Yelp
I literally love this place so much. The grocery store itself is super organized and always has quality produce. I completely stopped going anywhere else for produce because of how fresh it is here. In addition, the customer service is impeccable. Everyone there is SO kind and helpful. I've even gotten to talk to some of the guys that worked there and one of them taught me how to make salsa, lol. It was really good too. I really love the deli that's attached (A & K Meats). Their sandwiches are the bomb such a good local place, highly recommend. They have cute tables outside for a nice local ambiance too. 5/5 stars, I wish I could give more

Yelp
Friendly and convenient. Lots of products in stock. Beautifully arranged produces. So much pride in their clean and organized store. Prices are competitive and they provide friendly service. I believe same owner with A K meats next door that makes the BEST pastrami sandwiches in SF. We also recently tried their Greek lasagna (no pasta) using some of the veggies from here and it's one of the best lasagna I have ever eaten.

Yelp
Tasteful market and corner store. This is a family run business, the parents are putting the kids through college. I love knowing that the quality and tasty food I buy is supporting a neighbor and their family! This is the spirit of Sam Francisco! It's small but packed with most necessities. If they don't have something, they'll tell you where to get it.
google avatar

Yelp
Best customer service from a local deli store in SF. The owner and wife are so sweet and so kind. They are really nice to everyone who walks through their door. The sandwiches- are amazing. I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich and added jalapeño and onion. OMG the sandwich was so good. I had plenty of pastrami and the toasted French bread with a nice touch to the sandwich. If you were curious to try the potato salad, I highly recommend it! It's full of flavor and creamy and potatoes are cooked perfectly. The owners wife actually came out of the restaurant and even gave slices of turkey meat to the dogs that were hanging out with us.

Yelp
Darned good produce most of the time especially the recent Washington cherries. Their flowers last a long time too. A bit more cheeriness from those who take the money might be good.

Yelp
I stop in here every time I'm in San Francisco. I just love this little corner market. It's aways so clean and beautifully stocked. It looks like it could be a set for a movie. It's really nice. Speaking of nice, the people who work here are nice, too, and that's all part of why I like to stop by and buy a few things when I'm out that way. They utilize every single square inch of the store. It doesn't look cluttered, it looks well stocked, well organized and well cared for. They have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, some prepared foods, some every day grocery items, fresh flowers, and a very nice selection of wine. Stop by when you're in the area. This little corner store is picture perfect!

Yelp
Great corner market. Abundant selection of produce, dry goods, jared sauces, wine, chips, crackers, and specialty goods. One of the reasons I love the store beyond the stellar customer service and variety is the store is extremely clean. During Covid the owners acquired the meat store next-door which I believe they previously owned. It's a small locally owned business. Great customer service. They have the best staff. Victor gives great wine recommendations.

Yelp
Such a cute little sandwich shop in the Richmond area! I had a hot pastrami sandwich & my friend had the combo sandwich, both were super delicious and fresh, the bread they use is also really good. They have some other deli sides like macaroni salad & stuffed grape leaves. The people working the counter are super friendly and helpful with recommendations! Overall love love this place. They even have a small outdoor area with some seats to eat. I was able to sit outside with my pup and enjoy my sandwich.

Yelp
It's rare that I'm willing to go cross town & deal with limited parking at one of the busiest intersection on Clement. I make an exception because the selection & quality of produce here is the best! They are careful to limit the number of customers as the store is small. They also carry pasta & sauces, breads, cheese, jam, peanut butter & other staples. Meats, seafood, fish, Pancetta, and deli items are sold next door. I rarely escape without getting the Canolli. Cathy makes some baked goods like bread pudding that I need to try. Piroshki isn't as good as Cinderella, but minus the attitude, makes it taste better. Finally, the best reason to shop here is that they are all the nicest people ever!!!
google avatar

Tom J.

Yelp
Incredibly friendly staff. Extremely high quality cuts of meat and top quality produce. So happy that this market is in my neighborhood. Always a pleasure to shop locally with such a nice people.
google avatar

Yelp
This little store has everything! I happened upon this store when waiting when for a restaurant to open. I liked the prices on the produced and picked up a couple of items. I then went inside to the tiny-est store with everything from specialty kinds of pasta to a nice selection of wines. It was kind of crowded so I didn't wait around during COVID-times. I will definitely go back when I have more time and there are fewer people. The was someone counting people at the door, but I didn't want to risk it and quickly left.
google avatar

Christine F.

Yelp
Pricey! But really convenient if you're in a bind because they seem to have a good variety of food items offered here

Callie C.

Yelp
This family-owned business continues to be the cleanest store with the freshest produce you can find! The organization and stacking of fruits and vegetables is absolutely stunning. Bright. freshly squeezed orange juice, leafy greens and wholesome grain breads baked fresh daily. The family is super nice and they appreciate your business! Check out their deli next door and try the beef stroganoff!
google avatar

Vivien Lou C.

Yelp
There's no other store in the city that will get you strawberries THIS big !!!!! Thank you to the owners for making life more bearable with the most delicious produce anywhere!!!! :-)

Yelp
25th & Clement Produce is such a perfect small grocery store that I rarely have to go to a big supermarket to buy my food. The owners, Spiro and Rola, put so much heart into this market that you never have to worry about finding the right thing. The avocados are always perfect, the fruit and vegetables are delicious and they even have a large organic assortment at prices that are nearly half of what you find at the bigger markets in laurel village. I also buy cheeses, prosciutto, pastas, dairy and even frozen foods here and they are always fresh and high quality. It's a family owned store so to say they go above and beyond does not even do it justice. The staff from Spiro to Rola to Heather and Victor etc. are so kind and authentic. They will always help me carry my bags to the car if I have a lot (which is often) or if they feel that the produce is looking a little wilted, they will go in the back to find fresher replacements. The market almost makes me feel like it's a European neighborhood market...where people care about each customer and also about having the highest quality at the best price! Bravo to this store and the great team who bring such heart to their business!
google avatar

Janine G.

Yelp
I just want to say that they have the BEST soup. Made fresh everyday! None of this pre made stuff you get at all these other grocery stores. Rola and Spiro are the nicest people you will ever meet. Shop local

Yelp
One of the best corner stores I've encountered in San Francisco. SF, like many big cities, relies on corner stores to serve all the people who don't live within convenient distance of a big name store like Safeway, Target, etc. This is a corner store unlike many others. Approaching the storefront exterior and interior displays, it looks almost like a permanent farmer's market. Stacks of beautiful fresh green broccoli, cauliflower, ears of corn, carrots, lettuce, spinach, turnips, mushrooms, fresh herbs, fruit, you name it. The produce here is top notch, better than many supermarkets. The orange juice they sell is fresh squeezed and bottled on site in the back, and is delicious. Ziploc bags of hand peeled garlic they also process on site are a great convenience for cooking. Wide selection of beer, wine, kombucha, soft drinks. Dry goods such as pasta, rice, beans, canned goods, baking goods, toiletries speciality items. Despite it being a relatively small store, I rarely have difficulty finding a product I'm seeking here. The one thing I will forewarn shoppers is that they do not really have a fresh meat selection. Precooked items like sandwich meat, bacon, and smoked salmon are available, but staples like uncooked ground beef, chicken breasts, pork loin, fish, etc are not. Fortunately there happens to be a fresh meat market next door, called A.K meats.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of this market! Their produce is always fresh (incredibly important to me), they're conveniently located, and the icing on the cake is they are consistently friendly and helpful upon check out.

Yelp
I moved to SF 10 yrs ago, found 25th & C the first week. I've tried all the chains and as many of the small stores I could find. NOTHING measures up to this store. Within 3 weeks they all recognized me. When you're a regular they know what you want. If they are out they will get it for you soon. The people who work there are universally friendly and helpful. I buy everything but meat there.

Bill R.

Yelp
Easily the nicest corner market for produce in SF. Carefully selected quality food and wine items complimented fully by the meat market next door. Both businesses are owned by Spiros and family, My impression is that their employees must love working for them, as they are unfailingly polite and helpful, always cheerful. It has that special "vibe" when you walk in. Every produce item is fresh and perfectly displayed and fronted. My daughter lives nearby and frequents this spot. If I lived in SF, I'd drive here just to support their conscientious approach to business.

Yelp
Cool corner produce store, that's open early. I stop by here from time to time (usually very early) when I'm in the area a few times a year. The produce here is super fresh and inexpensive by comparison to other "grocery" stores. The selection is great for not only the standards you expect to find, but heirlooms and specialty fruits and veggies as well. Additionally they have a decent international foods selection, fresh squeezed made in house bottled juices, and an impressive assortment of dried herbs and spices all reasonably priced. A cool neighborhood market, and in all my dealings I've been treated with kindness and greeted with a smile. Inexpensive for the area and easy access early in the mornings, parking right at the front doors. Well worth a visit when you're in the area and a great local market for the neighborhood. 4 Stars - very nice selection of fresh produce. 00500

Jarrod G.

Yelp
The sweetest lady working the front and the absolute best orange juice I've ever had (expensive, but fresh squeezed and amazing)! Will miss this place as I move!
google avatar

Carole B.

Yelp
This market always has a friendly face at the register - gives you the neighborly feels that warm, fuzzy, happy to live in this hidden gem of the Richmond District way. The produce is top notch, the wine section - though limited - is better than most, and the fresh squeezed bottled orange juice is a nice treat. Not sure if you could shop for a week of meals in this small shop, but you can certainly fulfill your essential needs and get some high quality goodies.

Joseph L.

Yelp
The Best Produce in the city . Check it out , you won't regret it. great customer service.

Bryan Z.

Yelp
The best place to go for fresh groceries, the owner and staff are outstanding. I've seen them hand pick their produce for sale and everything so neatly displayed.
google avatar

Debbie C.

Yelp
Well stocked and reasonably priced store. Very fresh fruit and veggies. A hidden gem in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Robin G.

Yelp
I love this little grocery store! I discovered them since the Shelter in Place order- I was tired of going to the large stores and coping with long lines and shortages. These guys have a fantastic selection of fresh produce and to my surprise, I was able to find pretty much everything else I needed for a pretty fair price. Despite being a small shop they have a good selection of staples. Spiro, the owner is very friendly as is his wife. Shop local!!

Hayden A.

Yelp
I have to say - I've never seen produce so beautifully presented in what is also a spotless grocery store. The produce is not only fresh, but is clean and stocked to the rim with all the fruits and veggies you need! On a side note, they take social distancing very seriously and I thank them for their responsible practice.
google avatar

Amber B.

Yelp
These guys are super friendly and helpful. A much better experience during these times than a crowded Safeway, and very high quality products and produce. Will definitely be returning!
google avatar

Dana B.

Yelp
I cannot speak more highly about this neighborhood gem. Far beyond having the perfect grocery selection, the vibe of this market truly makes it special. The staff genuinely cares about each and every customer, going above and beyond to make their shopping experience--and entire day--wonderful. Thank you, 25th & Clement Produce! You're absolutely one of the reasons I love living in the Richmond.
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
I love this market. Everyone who works there is very friendly and kind. Try the homemade ravioli that they have in the fridge near the front of the store the mushroom is the best!
google avatar

Luke W.

Yelp
Fantastic corner market. The one thing they lacked, quality meat, is now set up next door with the same great owners. It's perfect having a one-stop shop in the neighborhood now. And, the meat selection is amazing!!

Yelp
Update: I am coming back here more and more, now that 6001 California is declining. Still fresh and clean. They have heirlooms for $2.99, 6001 doesn't have any. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * I hadn't thought to yelp the produce market, but it is a staple in our lives. Why? They are consistent in quality and hours. Fair prices and for a small store, you can get almost everything you need. We walk past El Chico to get here. At El Chico, the staff is sullen, sad. On 25th, they are cheerful and polite. El Chico is where produce goes to die.

Frankie S.

Yelp
Hands down the best produce in the area, and great prices. The owner is very particular about his produce quality, and it shows. The staff samples the (excellent) wine selection so they are quite knowledgeable and are very friendly. They even remember you when you come back. A true neighborhood gem. Lucky to have this spot so close to home.
google avatar

ashley d.

Yelp
Perfect little market that has a good amount of specialty items. Beautiful display of produce, pretty good selection of spices and baking ingredients, and my favorite dehydrated pastas. A true gem in central Richmond and a nice short walk from my apartment.

Lysa S.

Yelp
I absolutly love this market. The produce is fresh, selection is good and varied , but most importantly it is the people who run it - warm, friendly, professional, helpful. It is a pleasure to shop there - it is a truly neighborhood place.
google avatar

Lawrence W.

Yelp
They do a great job. Fresh, quality produce, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Really no complaints about this place at all. Lucky to have them as my neighborhood grocer.

Mary L.

Yelp
Just a quick stop to pick up an onion. Not from this area. AMAZED!!! And compelled to point where I just had to write a review. I've never seen such a beautifully stocked produced section. I literally had to stop and just admire the attention and care that was put into everything. Every single vegetable and fruit was meticulously placed on top of each other like artwork. So beautiful! Everything was bright and fresh! It's not like someone had too much time on their hands either. You can just tell that the owners here take great pride and truly care about the quality of foods they sell here. So lucky for the patrons in this neighborhood!

Yelp
Starla's landlord owns this place. He's awfully good looking. (hint: he also owns AK subs next door and works behind the counter sometimes...YUM YUM). Now that that's out of the way, I'm going to whine about the fact that I am on a diet stricter than the nuns at the catholic school I almost got kicked out of as a teenager. The raw diet. Not too bad until you figure out "raw" is basically uncooked fruits and vegetables and not a whole lot besides. If I liked fish, maybe I could incorporate sushi. But as it is, sushi's out too. Nut butters and hummus are about as exciting as it gets these days for me. Luckily, this market stocks mountains of the freshest, tastiest veggies and ripest, sweetest fruits I've yet to curse under my breath, while dreaming of large pepperoni pizzas and hearty slices of meatloaf surrounded by mounds of garlic mashed potato... But seriously, the produce here is awesome and very affordable. They also stock an impressive array of cheeses (can't eat), high end snacks like gourmet cookies and crackers (can't eat), specialty soups (can't eat), high end deli meats and prosciutto and pancetta (can't eat), and an amazing, vast variety of very well-priced olive oils (can't eat). I know they have all of these things because I have taken up wandering the aisles, eating these items with my eyes instead of my mouth. On the upside, they do have an array of nut butters (can eat), hummus (can eat), and chocolates (can't eat but do anyway). The cashiers are always friendly and know most of the people in the neighborhood. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this should be your go-to spot for all things edible. Prices are easily less than the IGA or Thom's on Geary and they have a wider variety of organic and non-organic items than the other markets in the area.
google avatar

Kate R.

Yelp
Apparently my landlord owns this market in addition to my apartment building. I haven't met my landlord yet; but, Starla knows him well and says he's a really good guy. Even if he weren't a good guy I would still love this little market at the corner of my street. I'm all about supporting neighborhood businesses and 25th & Clement Produce Market makes it very easy for me to do so. They are incredibly well stocked - you can pretty much do all of your grocery shopping there - the only exception is that they don't have a large selection of frozen food or fresh meats. That's okay, it makes me eat healthier. Veg is good for you. The prices are reasonable and I simply ADORE Heather (the wonderful lady who works there on a daily basis.) She is super friendly and has two dogs and bought Starla's pussies a laser pointer. I'm happy to live in a neighborhood where I have a business like this to patronize. I may never shop at Trader Joe's or Whole Food's again... well, at least not until the next time I can't live w/out a big, raw steak. ;P
google avatar

jason g.

Yelp
They have the freshest produce next to whole food. I don't think I have ever found another produce shop around this area that produces such quality fruits and vegetables. They groom their onions and produce as if it was their own child. They are constantly maintaining this place. This place and the owner of Drunken Sushi keeps this block immaculate. I am almost embarrassed that my office is not as clean as theirs and I think I have a pretty decent looking office spot. Freshly squeezed Orange juice in the back of the store is definitely worth the money. This is not a cheap establishment but you do get what you pay for. ORANGE JUICE!!!!!
google avatar

Ryan G.

Yelp
WAIT! No need to haul my butt down to Whole Foods or Mollie Stone's for some good produce. Got a nice, little market in my neighborhood that has excellent produce at great prices and it even comes with friendly service. 25th & Clement Produce Market is a small market. Come here to get all your seasonal fruits and salad fixings, and some other small items. The standard "bread and milk" run! And they are more than happy to let you try a sample of the produce!
google avatar

Carol C.

Yelp
This is exactly what a friendly neighborhood grocery store should be! The produce is beautiful and fresh, the prices are very very reasonable. Sure, if you want really cheap stuff, hit up the Inner Richmond. But the stuff they sell here is like Whole Foods level goodness for so much cheaper. I swear, my yuppie organic mongering friends have given me their grocery lists so I can snag quality goodies for them from here. Even more amazing than the products is the people themselves!! I love everyone who works here. They are never without a smile or a helpful tidbit about picking the ripest pineapple or the freshest greens. They really make sure their customers get the best stuff available. They also carry rare Hawaiian papayas (insanely delicious) and save some for their favorite regulars...hohoho. I love just strolling in here randomly at all hours. I never feel the need to buy all my groceries at once anymore. Whenever I need something for a quick meal, I just pop on over to this place for a breath of fresh air and the experience is always pleasant and makes me so wonderfully happy to live here.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
I miss this corner store so much - I have moved from 1 block away to 15 blocks away. The produce here is in such good shape and overall they have GREAT prices! I love that I could come here and get a whole meal: wine, bread and Ben & Jerry's pint included - a definite one-stop shop. sniff, sniff - I miss you 25th & Clement Produce Market.

Yelp
I really love this little market. Great fresh produce. Just about any other quick buy that you might need. Prices are a bit high for The little things. But produce is more than worth a it. The service is great too. Very welcoming environment full of smiles and good energy. This is the only produce market to frequent.
