Braised Beef Rice Pot with an extra Cured Egg Yolk and Pan-Seared Beef Bao at this cool Hong Kong/Cantonese vibe place is just the bomb.
Jumped in late so menu was limited but can’t complain, still lots to choose from. So based on small talk with chef decided to start with their Pan-Seared Beef Bao - the lime on the side gave it that perfect kick. Moved to main dish, the Braised Beef Rice Pot topped with a Cured Egg Yolk - the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and that salty/fishy dip with a squeeze of lime took it to another level.
Love how they’ve done up the place with industrial brick walls and an open kitchen. Great vibes, awesome service, and killer food - what more could you want? Definitely a must-visit.
