Stayed here with a friend for a night stay while having drinks in Brighton. Really good communication from the owner, extremely clean and easy access. Complimentary cold bottle water in the fridge and vanity sets which was a nice add. Really good for the price we payed. Would 100% recommend.

cozy and lovely room. small but well thought and perfect for a single traveller. there was no in person exchange, everything went through (smoothly) by texts. situated right near the sea front but 15/20mn away from the popular street of Brighton.

I keep going back because I love the charm, style and location. I had the suite this time which was a treat, large bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with access to a private garden as well. |As usual I was impressed by the furnishings and huge bed! |It's very well located being about 5 minutes from the beach, loads of pubs,bars and restaurants and a short stroll to the Lanes. |Definitely recommended, I'll be back!

We stayed in the Thomas Kemp Suite for a week in June 2025. From start to finish we enjoyed the flexibility of being able to chill out in the lounge and being able to have the outside space to sit and have a drink in the evenings. The suite is exactly as it is shown in the pictures , clean, comfortable and 10 minutes walk from The hospital. From booking to checking out, nothing was too much trouble ,it was great to be able to purchase parking permits in advance and be left at the suite for check in. Would definitely stay again , thank you .

The room I stayed in - Great. I had the smallest, which is perfect for 1 person. I would Live in a room like this, even though it is pretty small, it's that nice. Best shower I ever had. The service - good. I had the foresight to request a contact number - that was how I got the Wi-Fi password, which was not provided otherwise. The location - Okay. It's a long residential block away from the action, and as a solo traveler I wasn't sure I wanted to navigate that alone after a pub crawl late at night

Just arrived home from a beautiful anniversary break. From arrival Antony was so helpful. Our room was beautiful, the decor was fantastic, clean , comfy bed , water in fridge coffee and tea facilities in our room . Even thou on the main road, we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was lovely, Antony’s scrambled eggs!!! Are delicious…… will definitely come back Antony xxxx thank you for your great hospitality. Jane and sam

We stayed 2 nights and will return again. Definitely recommend.||Antony was a thoughtful and friendly host, breakfast was very tasty. I appreciated that I was able to have soya yoghurt. Loved the view of the sea in the sunny window seat. ||The room itself was stylishly decorated with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but well set out

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in the compact double room. I really liked the decor and the atmosphere of the guesthouse, you can see the sea from the doorstep. Although the room we had was small, it was very well laid out, especially the bathroom. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. |Antony is a brilliant host, he gave us tips on which pubs to visit in the area and was very welcoming. The guesthouse is within walking distance to the Brighton Dome where we were attending a gig, and countless bars and restaurants are nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Brighton and wouldn’t hesitate to return to the guesthouse.
