Staff very helpful when had an issue finding the hotel carpark. A lot of thought has gone into the internal decor. Bedroom linen and bath towels good quality. Good attention to detail. Staff ver friendly. Breakfast excellent with a good choice for vegetarians. Location also excellent. Had a room at the back that didn't have a view bur was very quiet. Would recommend

The terrace with its 9 guest rooms is a pleasure to stay at. Our room was in what could be called the basement, which in itself was lovely with a great shower over the bath. We had a small window that opened directly level with a busy road, that we kept closed due to noise and fumes. It did get very warm down there, but at least we had an air conditioner that was on most of the time. The comfort of the bed helped me forget. The location is good with a walk down hill to the main town area and harbour cafe and restaurants. The service at the hotel is to class from signing in at reception to sitting down for breakfast where a lovely young lady was in attendance for your every need. We enjoyed it so much that we will return, but we will book a room on the upper levels now we know.

Visited St Ives for a quick two night break at the end of August. We had a lovely room with beautiful decor and furnishings, but the best of all was the view over the sea - amazing. Breakfast was also a highlight with lots of choice and friendly staff. Pity we only had two nights!

This hotel is a little gem. We stayed for two nights in a gorgeous room with a view of the sea. The people who work here are so welcoming, always smiling and happy to help. The hotel is a very short and beautiful walk to the harbour and beach. The breakfasts were delicious with everything you desired. I really hope we get to visit St Ives and stay in this wonderful hotel again.

The 2 receptionists/staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. Not forced they were just genuine and down-to-earth. The room and on suite were clean, spacious and very well equipped for a long or short-term stay. The choices for breakfast were plentiful and to a high standard, the breakfast room was very well laid out and had a very nice view overlooking the bay. Would recommend.

Well where to start. What a beautiful place to stay, staff were brilliant and very happy to help. The rooms were spacious and clean with all you need plus the sea view was amazing, lovely to wake up to. We loved it so much we stayed another night in a different room with garden view and still pretty. The breakfast was beautiful with plenty to offer, filled you up for the day of walking. Id definitely stay again no questions asked.

A well decorated building lovely large rooms. Pleasant staff. Most guest only stay one or two nights and move on. Lovely breakfast. Good parking. If you are looking for a traditional b&b with atmosphere and homely host this is not for you. All in all a present stay (7 nights) in a good location with parking.
