Stayed in for 1 night with family. Warm welcome, and added bonus with Daisy the dog who is the cutest. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you needed. Rooms come stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and complimentary homemade cakes/cookies. Breakfast was beautiful and you get to order what you want on day of check in via a breakfast sheet. Lovely little B&B, would stay here again

From start to finish everything was fine. We received a message on the morning of our stay asking for our ETA and giving us a few handy details, we messaged back and said we would update them if necessary. As we had left earlier than expected we messaged again when we were about 30 minutes away and the reply came back ‘no problem, the kettle will be on’. We were greeted by Mark and Dawn and made to feel at home, we were offered some suggestions on where to eat that evening.|After a reasonable night’s sleep we went down to our preordered breakfast, plenty of options, there was a wide choice of fruit, cereals and yoghurts to start with and this was followed by our freshly cooked course. Plenty of tea/coffee and extra toast if needed.|Yes, rooms are a little dated, but they are clean.|A good value B&B if you’re staying in Moffat.

Once again great stay, lovely clean warm room, very warm welcome, great breakfast would highly recommend. Great coffee and home made biscuits on arrival., fresh milk each day in our room. Thank you Mark and Dawn looking forward to another wee trip soon.

Fabulous location for exploring right in the centre of town. What a fabulous find, exceptionally clean with very accommodating hosts. I visited with my dog and was a little nervous as this was my first time away alone. The hosts made me feel very welcome and welcomed me on arrival with a fresh slice of cake to go with the coffee provided in your room. The room was spacious with a king size bed and all the trimming you need for an overnight. The breakfast the next morning was fresh, good quality and cooked to perfection. Would 100% recommend. The price tag was reasonable too. What a very unexpected pleased stay.

What a lovely cosy B&B Mark & Dawn our host cannot do enough for you and are so friendly. Our cosy room which was room 2 was perfect & immaculately clean and fresh. They have thought of everything and the little added touches of homemade biscuits in the room were lovely. Well Street is very dog friendly and our 2 collies were welcomed with open arms even getting a sausage each for breakfast which again was absolutely delicious highly recommend this place its lovely and would definitely stay here again if up when next up this way thankyou for a very warm welcome.

We stopped for one night on our way to Skye in 2022 & always said we would like to return & stay longer. |So here we are, April 2024 4 night stay & we were not disappointed. |The double room, which allows dogs, was perfect for us. As we had our dogs with us. We had our own entrance, so we didn't have to go through the house with them, which was handy for the late/last toilet!! |We couldn't fault the room, faclieties, shower was excellent. Breakfast was to die for & and cooked perfectly every morning. ||Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. ||We will be back. We love the area.

Stopped at 29 for one night before heading further north. What a guest house, absolutely brilliant. Drinks and cakes on arrival what a lovely touch. The room was Spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable we did not want to get up. The breakfast was out of this world. Mark and Dawn certainly know how to make you feel welcome. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for the week. 29 Well Street is fantastic and Moffat is a lovely welcoming place. Hopefully see you next year. Many thanks Mark, Mandy and Jasper the dog

Lovely b&b, cosy and welcoming. Right in the centre of town, the location is fabulous.||Room a little dated but comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.||The owners are really lovely and we had a chat with them over breakfast.||On street parking but not a problem, we were able to park right outside the door.
