Came here for a quick dinner with my family, as I was craving for fried seafood. We ordered the fried clam strips, and it was so good. The batter was very light, and it wasn't greasy at all. It was fried to perfection. I ordered the fried oysters for my entree, with a side of Cajun fries and it was again, delicious. The seafoods were very fresh, and the price was reasonable. Service was amazing as well. I definitely recommend coming here for seafood!!!

We had a wonderful experience at 291 Ocean. The food was great, but really this is all about our server, Aubrey. She was spectacular. So attentive and friendly. I felt like I knew her my whole life within 5 minutes. She always checked in to be sure we had everything we needed at all times. 12/10 experience, made possible by Aubrey.

We had a great dinner at 291! It was our first time there and our waitress Deb was phenomenal! We were a party of 9 and she didn’t skip a beat. Food was great! Delicious appetizers to share. We will be back!

Our bartender , Becca, was very courteous, friendly and helpful. And what a great smile! Regarding the food, we only had an appetizer but it needed to be a bit more flavorful/spicy. We had the bacon wrapped chicken. Bacon needs to be cooked more and add some spice. Brown sugar and chili powder an option. Some sweet and spicy. Who doesn’t love that😎

Went to 291 Ocean Street last week while visiting my family from NYC. Solid seafood and the restaurant gave me all of the New England vibes I had missing since moving to the city. The icing on the cake was my server Aubrey was an absolute delight, knowledge of menu and wines (I am picky with my wine), perfect amount of check in and we wanted for nothing. Great overall experience!
