OMG! The Champagne, Chicken and Caviar event was delightful!! Tony and his partner are the perfect hosts. Warm, friendly and welcoming! Tony was very attentive to our every need and eager and patiently recommended wines we might like. The yard bird was kickin ass good from the "I Believe I Can Fry" joint in Bayview. Effin YUMMY wings and tenders! Tony also make a helluva good Negroni🥰 Stop by the next time you're in the general vicinity. Perhaps for wine, beer, spirits or charcuterie. You will not be disappointed. Cheers🥂🍾

2A is the premier wine merchant and tasting shop in Milwaukee but also in the entire state of Wisconsin. I was blessed to live within two blocks of 2A for a few years while living in the third ward. 2A has the most knowledgeable wine merchants in all of Wisconsin. One of the main reasons why this stands true is they will tell you “if anyone ever tells you they know everything about wine, run in the opposite direction.” Rob runs an absolutely awesome shop and ensures that all his employees are armed with the knowledge and experience to ensure your wine journey ends exactly as intended. I recently was lucky enough to experience a private tasting with my wife held by Jen, the General Manager of 2A Wine Merchants. Jen made sure to include wines that she felt my wife would enjoy based on recommendations she had asked for via email weeks before the tasting itself. Jen set us up in a private area in the back of the shop and had a small charcuterie board available for us as well. Jen explained every wine in full detail, what we were going to taste and background around the vineyards as well. It was the best experience I’ve had in a tasting setting whether wine, food, etc. Jen made you feel as though you were right at home and she just brought over a bunch of bottles for you to try. The experience was worth every penny and I HIGHLY recommend scheduling a private tasting with 2A and traveling to their shop for any of your wine needs!! We love you, 2A. (They also have a shop dog named Ham and he is the bestest boy).

Attended a phenomenal wine tasting with Rob. He was incredibly knowledgable and introduced the group to a lot of great new wine. Would highly recommend setting up a private tasting!

How have I not written a review?! You know those places where you tell EVERYONE you know to go to? This is it. Honestly, people are probably sick of us telling them to go here. Rob, Jen and Kayla are the best. The wine is the best. Ham is the cutest shop puppy. We’ve pretty much stopped buying wine from anywhere else!

My friends and I went for an event and had a great time! The staff is Amazing! They were SO helpful and knowledgeable on the wine. They explained the grape varieties, notes, and suggested pairings. Wine bottles were range in price. The inside was cozy with a variety of seating options, couches and tables. Will definitely be back!

Super cute wine bar! It is so nice to buy a bottle of wine and sit and chat with friends or family. The workers are very friendly, and they sometimes have their dogs walking around the place, which is so cute. It is a very comfortable, cozy spot. Would definitely recommend checking out if you are looking for a chill drink spot!
