It’s a great hotel. 😊 it could be an amazing hotel. The rooms are big and cozy. the staff is friendly and mostly professional. Unfortunately they can’t always get the small things rights like eg leaving a bottle of drinking water in the room, which is crucial in Africa since you get sick from drinking the tap water. Every day I called and kindly asked for drinking water 4-5 times which they sometimes eventually brought - often a tiny bottle which wasn’t enough to brush your teeth. Another thing that’s confusing for guests is the parking situation. I had a reserved hotel guest parking space, and still parking was rarely available and people outside the hotel tried to charge me extra for parking causing problems on a daily basis. The facilities are Great not least the bar and restaurant. The food alone is worth a stay here. See my review on the “Patron” restaurant.

And Chayema was so kind n attentive during our breakfast mornings Hotel is centrally located , 2-3 km from the center. Easy to walk or cab (MAD 20-30) Staff smiling and welcoming It’s a small boutique property with rooftop pool and bar restaurant. Also has spa facilities and a buzzing restaurant bar at Ground floor We experienced lifestyle suite : Spacious well lit room, the WC seats are worn out; rest was ok. Prestige Suite : Spacious room, with terrace. 1.5 bathrooms. Clean facilities . Except kettle was dirty and the room too dark for our liking at night time. Lovely hotel with exceptional service. Rooms were large and bed was so comfortable. The welcome plate of sweet treats and fresh fruit was a great start. The breakfast was a very nice selection of hot and cold options all with delicious coffee. The pool area was a perfect place to relax and have a light lunch. We chose the club sandwich that was perfect to share. In the evening we had cocktails and tapas in the Patrons bar the tapas were delicious. The staff here in all capacities were always helpful and smiling. Thank you all at 2 Ciel making our stay memorable ❤️.

Mediocre hotel, first night there was an absolute disaster. Woke up at 2am to a strong sewage smell in the room as if a pipe had exploded. The smell was so unbearable and had to ask reception to give another room. The only other room on that floor available was across the room which had a bad smoking smell. In the end we gave up as we couldn't wake up our kids to move to another floor and was moved the next morning. Hotel breakfast is not the greatest. Limited options. Staff however were great, my kids enjoyed the pool and me and my wife enjoyed the spa. Other then that theres a few nice places to eat on the same street.

I am sorry to say my stay here has been a bit of a disappointment. The location of the hotel is convenient and on the surface the staff is very friendly. I will say the room staff was lovely, but our room was quite hot and the temperature control in our first room on the Third floor did not work. The management staff did not admit this until they had the maintenance staff come twice to the room supposedly to fix this, and no alternative was offered. Since we had three nights booked, we asked our tour guide to intervene and they assured him they would help us but ran us around the same loop into the second night. We ended up that second night keeping our balcony door open in order to keep a reasonable temperature in the room, and with all the noise on the street did not sleep well for a second night. Finally before the Third night they offered to change the room but wanted us to make the move in 10 minutes….which was not possible as we were not packed….all in all not a very hospitable way to treat guests, and therefore I cannot recommend them.

Our first experience in Marrakech didn't go well at the beginning as we were shocked by the state of our Riad when we checked in. I found 2Ciels hotel online and just walked in to ask about availability. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we booked for the next night and stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely fantastic, I could finally relax, the staff were super helpful and nice always, the restaurant has amazing food and a variety if it and the rooftop bar is GREAT! Would totally recommend!

Only stayed one night but it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful especially Fatima the Guest Services Manager. |They booked a lovely restaurant for our dinner but we were so impressed by the hotel restaurant’s menu and ambience we decided to eat there. We were not disappointed. The food was great and not too expensive. There was an impressive bar within the restaurant as well as a swimming pool adjoining it at the back of the bar. Breakfast was served overlooking the outside pool. behind it. The breakfast had a wide choice of various foods from different countries and the quality was impressive. |But the rooftop terrace bar and swimming pool were even more impressive. The snack bar menu was extensive with a good range of tapas included. |We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a lovely verandah overlooking the tennis club. The bed was extremely comfortable and the suite was large and beautifully decorated. |We will definitely return for a long weekend in the Spring with some friends. |A big thank you to all the staff at the 2 Ciels.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly and very helpful staff. |Good breakfast. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but the restaurant at the hotel seemed busy.|Location great! Away from the hustle and bustle in quiet location.|Lovely roof top pool and bar.
