Came here recently with a group. Dined at the buffet area . The meat and fish fillet was quite alright. what was that chicken in that bowl though. That definitely wasn't chicken, it didn't taste like one FOR SURE. Either it was half cooked or smthg cuz that meat was wayyy too hard and it had a strange taste. I had really bad stomach ache for consuming that strange "chicken " or whatever that was.

The restaurant is clean. Well spaced out tables. The person who served us seemed to be new. He made several mistakes, giving us wrong bill twice. Also, food was very late, two people got their food and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. Food must be served at the same time. The waiter also forgot our chapati which came way late when we had finished our meal. Most things on the menu weren’t available. The food was really really nice though. They just need to work on their Service. The restaurant needs to invest in liquid soap. Having a bar of soap which had turned black for everyone to use to wash their hands isn’t hygienic at all.

Last month I visited Uganda and my quest for local food ends here. The restaurant is popular for local food and 3 branches in Kampala. Though I already had Matooke and Rolex but i was looking for Luwombo (lamb one). So our guide Derek brought us here. The restaurant has buffet and ala carte both. Buffet serves at 1st floor. Not very well decorated one but service was good and food was really tasty. The buffet covers most of the local dishes. Food was really good. Buffet covers appetizer, main dish, drink and fruits. No idea about price; the lunch was included under our deal with Lulu Safari.

Very nice place where you can try a lot of real ugandan food.

What can I say they have the best food clean and best customer care. I have come here a couple of times the service doesnt change they are the best in local food in uganda

One of the best meals you can get anywhere however, the service is lacking as after ordering the servers disappear and Incase you need something else, you have to really look keenly so as to spot somebody, they also delay the bill otherwise no other complaints
