2nd Chance Resale

Tacky, rude, unprofessional....need I say more! I went in with 2 boxes of fine China. The lady behind the register said we don't take China, you would have known that if you would have went to our website. Not expecting that response I was taken aback but felt the need to defend myself. So I stated Im clearly out my mother's belongs and I've been in contact with several consignment shops so I must be getting them confused (which is true). The entire time Im talking she proceeds to speak over me and get louder. There was no need for her to be so unprofessional and based on the other reviews I've read, customer service is not their top priority. Im telling everyone I know not to ever shop there or open a consignment account.

I am really not sure why Holly didn't respond to me. I had a swan creek candle that was apparently defective. Had only a response on how to burn a candle. I had hoped 😞 To atleast have a apology but unfortunat ly not I was hoping for a replacement but no communication was offered unfortunately 😕 . But I would have at least liked to have a response . f or pickup. That is my thing. But no response is disappointing 😕 😞I1vwatchiandpurand I have not bedisappointed until this incident happened. More importantly with no response watching and have purchased several items

Seems like a nice store. Definitely skewed towards feminine clothing but they also have a small section for home decor.

I've never been inside this place, but my wife loves it! At least once a month I take her from our place north of Dayton to Fairfield just to shop here. She swears it's the best consignment shop around.

Nice place but pricey for a "second hand" store

Second chance usually brings forth images of good deals, right? This place has many used items, but still expensive. Many new items,repeats of them throughout the store. Very somber staff, did not engage even when I took the lead. Not on our return list when we are road tripping thrift shops.

As a nearly 30 year old I have such a hard time finding clothing that isn’t cropped but still trendy, it’s been so long since I have walked into a store & felt I genuinely liked most of the items there! Such good finds, great brands, very fair pricing. Only sad this was my first visit! I will definitely be back.

The store was nicely organized. I was there for 30 minutes and was never greeted. They weren't busy, I had questions but decided to leave.
