2nd Street Bistro

I had a wonderful experience at 2nd Street Bistro. My husband ordered the prime rib, and he absolutely loved it. The rib was cooked to perfection, and he wished he had more room in his stomach for a second helping. I had the turkey club sandwich, and the turkey tasted incredibly fresh, as if it had just come out of the oven. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly and attentive, even considering how busy the restaurant was. This is a definite plus, as it shows that it's a local favorite.

Our server Sharne was absolutely amazing! Very welcoming, tentive and on point every moment since we stepped inside.The food was very good and filling, best cowboy burger I think I ever had. The salad was awesome but tell them no onion or tomatoes if that not your think because it's loaded. Cucumbers was delicious with the salad. 4$ for a fountain drink is quite high and is the only thing I would change and get a water. Other then that huge place,very country vibe and lots to explore. And out side seating with a full liquor bar inside and out. With very good drink specials including frozen ones. Hope this helps drop a like and follow. I'm also at Brantbfishing

Always delicious food! Service is great. Greg is awesome and attentive. Highly recommend. Menu has more options for adventurous taste buds. Very much enjoyed the Ham & Brie sandwich and sweet potato fries!

The new renovations and decor at the restaurant look absolutely amazing, it is so fresh and welcoming! But what really makes the experience special is the service. Our waitress Lynn, is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had! She’s not only attentive and professional but also makes you feel completely at home the moment you sit down. Every time I’ve been lucky enough to be seated in her section with friends and family, the experience has been smooth, fun, and personable. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Lynn, she’ll take amazing care of you!

I’ve been to this spot twice now, and it’s definitely got two sides to it. The first time was a Saturday night — live DJ, great energy, solid bar service. I didn’t eat, just grabbed a couple beers and enjoyed the scene. If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy night out, this place does the trick. But don’t come expecting a quiet dinner — you’ll be shouting over the music. The second time, I came during dinner hours, ready to finally try the food. I have a shellfish allergy, and unfortunately, they use the same fryer for everything — shrimp, fries, chicken, all of it. With half the menu being fried, I was left with very few safe options. cross-contamination is a serious issue, and it’s something anyone with allergies should know before coming. On top of that, the service this time was… meh. I had a waitress assigned to my table, but she didn’t take my order, didn’t bring my food, and only checked on me once. The guy who originally seated me ended up checking on me more than she did. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely didn’t leave a great impression. Overall: great for drinks and a party vibe, not ideal for those with food allergies or anyone expecting attentive dinner service. Go for the fun — just know what you’re walking into.

Great place! Good food and atmosphere. We rented the hideaway room and bar to celebrate my daughter’s baptism and are very happy with the outcome. We had a misunderstanding and the day before the event realized we were only renting half a room and not the entire room. We were freaking out! Luckily we found Gary who helped us and took care of it at the moment. (Thank you, we truly appreciate it) - The room is great for parties, they take care of everything which makes it so convenient for the hosts. Food was delicious. My husband and I were able to enjoy time with family and friends. We definitely recommend this place for small parties.

2nd Str is local for us and we have always enjoyed it. They certainly have a large enough menu that you can go often and try something new even if the shrimp and grits calls your name every time! Even the pickiest in our crew enjoys 2nd St. Bistro. Don't forget the bar is packed with favorites, too! Patio dining is a must!

2 Stars because the food was good. New owners and remodeled. The food was good, service was subpar. New menu isn't as good as before, very few of the "old favorites "! Also $$$$ very expensive and they charge you for extra plate to split dinners, automatically add 18% gratuity. Plus I ordered an old fashioned and they added $2.50 for it being on the rocks!!! Really!! 1 ICE CUBE!! They also charge $5.00 more if you pay with credit card. I don't like all the extra charges! We won't be back!!

I wish i can select 5 negative stars for this place, i would Never recommend this place to a four legged woman with 3arms on her last breath! It took our food roughly 3 hrs to get, so not pleased nor empress .. Ariana was extremely rude and unprofessional! For chicken tenders and fries!

We had dinner there tonight and Kelly was a great server.The food was not good. We ordered the exact same thing and it was bad. you guys really need to step it up or when the snowbirds come they are not going to help you.. we won't be back for a long time.

I've heard many people rave about this place for years so I finally decided to try it out with a few friends. Big restaurant located in the heart of downtown Fort Pierce with lots of bars and other restaurants, bar and brewery along with a nice little pier. The place is not bad, lots of options to choose from the menu. Average price for all the items. It's not bad and it has a nice southern Florida vibes/ambiance.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had!! The bang shrimp was delicious too! The pizza maker brought out our pizza himself and was so nice! Be sure and ask for the "best pizza maker"!!!

Wanted to give this place a try to watch football game. This is a good atmosphere to watch football but unfortunately service was horrible although our waitress was nice. It took a long ttime for someone to take our drink order, a long time to get drinks then another long time for food. My boyfriend said the liver was good. Otherwise the food was okay. I probably won't return.

Made a trip to Ft Pierce with my GF and her son so we could go to a store in the area. We were pretty hungry when we arrived so we decided to go here to eat. We were seated promptly. The restaurant is huuuuuuge and has a sports bar type feel but it's more family friendly than a typical sports bar. Our server was awesome and told us we may want to order quickly as there was a 60 person party in the room next door. I got the Cobb salad, he got pizza and she got taco salad. The portions of the salads were MASSIVE and had fantastic flavor. Fresh ingredients and great ostentation make for a great experience. The boy LOVED his pizza. The price was reasonable as well. We don't go to Ft P often but if we do go, this place will be on our list of go to places to eat.

What a great place to dine. We got the bang bang shrimp, Cuban sandwich, and the 2nd street burger. Our waitress was very friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent. We will definitely be going back next time we are in town.

I was on vacation, visiting a relative and we found seating at this restaurant during winter break. It was busy for sure, but we were seated quickly. They were having Trivia night, but that didn't deter us. I ordered Jambalaya and I have to admit, the dish met all my expectations and filled me up. I was one satisfied camper! If you are in the area and looking for a casual dining experience, try their outside seating. It is a nice setting. I recommend!

Lynn was absolutely fantastic during our visit to 2nd Street Bistro. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, she made our dining experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Even when it was busy she stayed upbeat and on point. Great service like hers is hard to come by. We'll definitely be back and hope to sit in her section again!

We really like this place, great food nice TVs but we don't like the surcharge on the bill (is this more tax?!) and market price for Gators?! No wonder this place has only 3 1/2 stars.., Ok so to the business owner you have no clue! The point is we understand everything went up but don't put the surcharge, we don't wanna see that!! Instead why don't you just raise the price on the food, when we see the surcharge, we usually subtract that from the tip..,

Menu has a lot of variety and choices. Drink and food were average. It was a loud venue (loud music).

2nd Street Bistro is a little gem we stumbled upon a few years ago while visiting friends in Florida. Today,we had the shrimp&burger that our server Shawna recommended...usually we only have drinks on the deck. Shawna has been our server every time we've been there and she is the reason why we will continue to come back every time we are in town! Thanks for the good food&GREAT service!

We stopped in during Oktoberfest and did not regret it. Wanted German food and they delivered! Crispy and juicy schnitzel along with the best potato cakes I have ever had. Service was fast and courteous. Drinks were well made (I am picky with my martinis, but the bar tender nailed it). It is a bit noisy because of the high ceilings, but was very clean.

A taphouse that doesn't have a printed beer list, the server doesn't know the beers on tap, and describes the draft beers as "old". We left without ordering and walked down to Sailfish.

We were stopped in Second Street for a later dinner and were lucky to get Lynn as our server. She was attentive and offered great suggestions for menu and specials choices. The ribs and chicken wing combo special was outstanding! Our drinks were never ignored either. Outstanding experience as always!

Food isn't so great, shrimp and grits with a tomato paste sause on top doesn't mix well. Margarita pizza was horrible. I ordered scrambled eggs, but received omelet eggs chop up. Burger w/ cheese no flavor. Bad experience. Sorry no pictures, I was too upset.

Hey food loving people. Just walked into this place and within 10 minutes walked out. Disappointed since it was a cool spot when my wife and I came 2 weeks ago while checking out the area for lunch. That lunch experience was great from the service to the food. Tonight, it felt so awkward due to the lack of hospitality from the staff. Basic hospitality is eye contact and a hello. Nope. I felt weird feeling that way since the staff of 5 FOH employees couldn't muster that. My wife and I walked out. We are foodies, people loving and great restaurant supporters. But today, 11/11/24, have felt embarrassed for the owners because we didn't see that a beautiful establishment had people that gave a shit about hard earn money spent. We are buying in the area, so some advice... Owner, talk to you managers, and employees greet the people with hospital respect. See you for another opportunity

We had been going to 2nd Street for 17 years. The food has always been great and the bar was always fun with great servers. Last year and early this year the atmosphere had gotten impossible to feel inclusive in. All news channels were on FOX news, all other programs were very masculine. We had stopped going so much. Today we saw many different news channels were on, and many variety shows were diverse. The music was absolutely fantastic, and food is still great as always! Thank you to the manager for making 2nd Street friendly and fun again!! A sports bar as large as 2nd street has enough TVs to include all tastes, and it should be fun !! We will go more often again !

Came in for lunch, seated right away - ample seating and outdoor patio in the back. Staff was friendly, courteous. Had an awesome pina colada! Also had a salad with blackened salmon, it was the small size but it was still big and the salmon was a larger than average portion. The Cobb salad - large size, could probably fill 4 small salads, it's huge! The salads were great, big portions but great combinations and dressings. Definitely a great spot!

Ran out of corned beef and cabbage before 5 pm on St Patty's day. Our waitress was so nice we decided to stay and make the best of it. Service was slow and some food was cold, but we had a good time anyway.

Love the food .. service is usually pretty awesome and the ambiance is perfect! My favorite Thing is the silly quotes in the small monitors. Happy hour daily 3p-7p ( nothing is ever perfect BUT I will always give this place top stars! They have a TOP PAW MENU!

The food is very well prepared and there is something to eat for everyone. Service is spot on and there are plenty of workers to help. The resturant is large with plenty of seating and the outside deck is also well sized. Families will be happy to eat there.

We're local and eat here all the time. It's awesome. They have brunch, which is my favorite, the pizzas are scrumptious and the tacos delicious. The kitchen is always consistent and I've never had a bad experience. Staff is always lovely and drinks are always good. My only "complaint" is that there should be more vegetarian food options available. Mac & cheese, grilled cheese with tomato and soup, falafel on Greek night instead of just lamb. Maybe even impossible burgers. All in all, great atmosphere and good food.

We had breakfast here on a Saturday morning. We were in town for an overnight stay, to see Tesla at the Sunrise Theater. This place has a great nostalgic ambiance with tons of vintage signs, but it would also be a great place to watch football, with a dozen TVs along the back wall.of the bar. Other TVs are sprinkled throughout the rest of the dining areas with nature and wildlife shows for those that don't want to watch sports. Now, to the drinks and food! I built my bloody Mary and it was perfect! Then, I ordered the Avocado Toast and it was fantastic! I loved the fact that there were 4, diagonally slice pieces of rustic toast, each topped with something different, on top of fresh, crushed avocado! Great variety! My over-medium egg was cooked perfectly, I subbed ham for the bacon and it had a delicious singe on the edges that made a nice crunch. The tomatoes on the next piece of toast were beautiful, red, tasty slices and the last piece was just crushed avocado with everything seasoning. There was a small batch of fresh spring mix, which I enjoyed with every bite. My husband had the classic breakfast, which he thoroughly enjoyed and his potatoes were cooked perfectly as was the seasoning. Lori was our server and she was on top of everything, and super friendly. When I told her my over medium egg was perfection she beamed, and said her son had cooked it. Overall, this place has great food, excellent service and a pub-like ambiance. We would definitely go back!

Like the bathroom update but it's not fitting the rest of the restaurant is this a sign of things to come? Most importantly thank you for removing the service fee! That did not sit so well. Even if you raised all the price a dollar

Thought this would be an OK place to stop by. The atmosphere looks very welcoming and unique. Came for breakfast waited over 40 minutes. Food was still not made or being worked on. Ask the waitress what was happening and she said if she had to ask the manager, he would lose his mind and she had no idea how long it would take. Canceling and going to SUBWAY®. How sad.

This place is a local favorite and pretty consistent in serving good bar food with some unique items and a great champagne salad dressing. It was taco Tuesday so the specials menu includes all you can eat tacos, burritos, and a Mexican rice bowl. I passed on all of that (we have great authentic Mexican places in town so I'm not having tacos here, but the tortilla chicken soup sounded good on a chilly day. Best I can say is that the soup was hot. It was really thin, somewhat greasy, and mostly tortilla chips and not veggies or chicken. Should have stuck with my instinct. But that is the extent of my complaints. My cheeseburger was so good. Perfectly medium well as I requested, thick, seasoned and juicy. The fries were hot and crispy and plentiful. I'll be thinking about that burger until I come back for another. I was tempted and ordered apple pie a la mode and it didn't disappoint either. Service was attentive, friendly and prompt. As I said at the beginning, consistently good food in an inviting local environment.

LISTEN UP.... DISABLED VETERAN IS RIGHTING A REVIEW!! First I want to start by saying this is one of my FAVORIT places in town. The food is very good (better than the chow halls in the MARINES.. LOL) and the wait staff is freindly. I alsp would like too ad that this this place is conviniently located right down town. So the food, service and location are good the bar stools don't provide support for my back (I am a disabled veterin) but the booths provide enough support so I sit in the booths when I go here. I was totally amazed I had Thanksgiving Dinner here this year and it was the first time I've been here! The food was outstanding service was fantastic and definitely didn't leave hungry . Went to toojays last year and that was extremely disappointing and have never gone back! But I will definitely be back to 2nd street bistro again soon

Friendly service, great food, and good selection of NFL games every weekend. If you're watching a 1:00 game, be sure to order the lobster cheese grits. Heaven! (They're the only grits I will eat!)

they changed the jambalaya recipe to this tomato based sauce & it's just awful now man , my host didnt let us know not sure if she even knew.

Not on Sundays though the kitchen is always backed up. They won't seat you until there's a break with the kitchen. But every other day the food and service is awesome. Just go with the flow and not be in a rush.

Service is crap. I called days before to make a reservation for Mother's Day and they told me they don't make reservations. Drove 2 hours only to be told I needed a reservation for the buffet. Again, no one told me. General manager is horrible and is telling me "no one on my staff told you that". It's a complete joke of a place. Just avoid.

There menu is HUGE! I had the taco special and my partner had the Italian Panini Press which he thought was 4.5 the fries were just ok. My tacos were fine, average, the rice was ok, not a lot of spice to them didn't get the beans. Actually adding the inside of my taco to my rice made it the perfect flavor together. The server was nice a long as you are. When I pointed out something was incorrect on the bill she got snippy. I wouldn't go again, if he likes the sandwich he can get it to go.

Amazing food and ambience a bit pricey but the service and food make it worth it. Went there with my girls for brunch and there lobster grits were amazing.

Don't reward bad behavior. Over the years, my wife and I have frequented the 2nd Street Bistro. This year, we purchased an Entertainment book as part of a fundraiser from a local church, and it had a coupon for the Bistro. The voucher was typical, "Buy one menu item and receive a second item of equal or lesser value free" (Valid until NOV 1, 2023). So, we ordered a couple of lunch sandwiches, and the server informed us that they were no longer accepting the coupons. The manager confirmed this was the case because they felt they had honored enough coupons for this year's campaign. So, as I see it, the Bistro committed to an advertising campaign to attract customers and then later changed the terms of the campaign to their advantage. That's like advertising happy hour pricing, and then when customers come in for happy hour and go to pay their bill, you tell them happy hour is only for the first ten customers in the door. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this? The manager also told us that they have already committed to coupons for next year's book. Really? It may be a small thing, but it tells chapters about the owner's character. See the reviews about surcharges and other shenanigans. In a tough market, these tactics don't usually fair well for the business, and news outlets love reporting about this kind of stuff. Cobb's Landing has better food, a better view, entertainment, and ethical owners. I'll walk down the street and spend my dollars there.
