The canopied entryway recalls the St. Regis New York, while the lanes of Kyoto inspire the foyer’s crystal tree. The 12th-floor lobby, with its high ceilings, is dominated by a mural symbolizing the sun. Rooms have headboards made of Kawashima silk, with motifs of gingko and cherry blossoms—symbols of Osaka."
