We really enjoyed our stay at the French Quarter Cottage. It was clean, spacious, and the overall feeling was very warm and inviting. We loved how tastefully decorated the inside of the house was, as well as the beautiful patio and gardens surrounding our cottage. The A/C was ice cold and there was plenty of natural light to fill the space and privacy curtains for every window. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed- plates, glasses, silverware, cookware, seasonings, etc. and there were plenty of towels for our group of 4(bath and hot tub). We loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer on site. The BBQ and hot tub made us feel very welcome, and relaxed and we wish we had booked a longer stay! There were only a couple of minor things we took issue with during our stay. One was that there were not liners for the kitchen trash can, and the other was that there was not a cutting board to be found in any of the cabinets. The counter tops are polished stone, but we prefer the ease of cutting on a board. The king mattress was a little firm for my liking, but overall an amazing experience. 3 Dogs and a Moose is a great property. Last year my boyfriend and I stayed at Kenzie's Cottage, and loved it there as well. We will definitely book again and are looking forward to our next trip! :)

We felt simply blessed to be able to stay at Three Dogs and a Moose while on our vacation in Moab. We stayed in Bogie's Bungalow, and found it perfect for the two of us to spread out and relax for three nights. The loft area is the perfect place for kids or a third person to sleep. This place was clean, clean, clean. I mean, spotless. Updated and charming decor. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The showers were lovely, as was the coffee in the fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated the efforts toward being "green," like the recycling bins and the water friendly facilities. We loved the back yard, particularly the hot tub and the little side patio, which was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sunshine. The property was quiet, beautifully maintained, from the flowers to the fountain. When we had an issue with our room on a Sunday, (user error), we called the phone number provided and got a response back right away. We appreciated that they are dog friendly, even though we couldn't bring our little pup with us. I also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk downtown to shopping and restaurants. Most notably, we got engaged while on our vacation, and I have to admit that our stay at Three Dogs and a Moose was a large part of what made our vacation exceptional and one that we will never forget! On our last day, I didn't want to leave. We hope to return many more times in our future adventures.

Went down with some friends for Moab Pride. Moosewood was PERFECT. The location in town means you can walk to everything. The property is super clean and just plain fun. Three separate bedrooms meant lots of privacy with plenty of common space. Heley our reservations agent was very friendly and made sure everything was set prior to our arrival and got us extra blankets and towels. There is a nice outdoor private space along with a hot tub. Kudos to ownership for keeping such a wonderful and magical place alive for travelers to experience when chain hotels are going up all over Moab.

My husband, son (13), and I recently stayed with 3 Dogs & A Moose Cottages in Moab. The French Quarter unit was welcoming, with an open floor plan both up and downstairs. The courtyard provided a relaxing setting each evening. The location is convenient and within walking distance to Main Street store and restaurants.||||My only caution (for awareness, not a complaint) to travelers is there is limited parking available (one car per unit) and the sleeping / sitting area is one, large open room with TV, loveseat, 2 twin beds, and a queen bed. This worked okay for us, but had we been traveling with friends, it would have presented a challenge for the week's stay.||||Parking: The owners and staff helped us arrange for additional parking arrangements.||||After stay support: We left an expensive accessory light behind and realized it over 150 miles away. The owners and staff went the extra mile to store the light until we reached home (2,000 miles away), and subsequently assisted with arrangements for packing and shipping the light across country. We travel often and not all properties would have been so accommodating and helpful.||||I highly recommend 3 Dogs & A Moose for your stay in Moab!!

We rented all of the cottages at 3 Dogs and a Moose for our daughter's wedding. What a wonderful location and space. The gardens are beautiful ! We stayed in a great house with air conditioning, washer and dryer, great kitchen . Hailey, the manager was wonderful. My husband wants to return and stay in the French Quarter. It was too hot to try the hot tub, maybe on our next rip.

Such a cute place! The house stayed cool with the swamp cooler. The landscaping was awesome. It was roomy and stocked with everything we needed. Great place to hang out! The location was perfect, we could walk to all the restaurants and the main strip as well as only about 15 mins to the national parks as well as petroglyphs! I would highly recommend this place!!! The only suggestion would be to have a washer and dryer… however the laundromat down the road was exceptional.

We (a couple, 32 and 347) stayed here for 3 nights in May and had a great time. The grill was excellent to have outside and it was huge, so while we never ended up using it at the same time as another cabin, you certainly could have. The tiny house looked exactly like the pictures and was so clean. It is small (they dont hide that fact in their advertising though some reviewers seemed surprised), but the set up actually makes it feel pretty spacious considering. I used the steps up to the loft area as like shelves for our snacks and to lay out our clothes each night for the next early day and we never really felt cramped. There is a bathroom right outside (as well as the one inside) that we actually found very convenient for when you need a little more privacy if your tummy hurts. Awkward, but true in such a tight space. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the bathroom sink inside was weird for those of us not used to recycled water, but we just used the kitchen sink that's 5 feet away if we felt weird about it. The shower was fine for us, but fair warning in a non judgmental way, if you are a large person it may be too small. We aren't tiny and it was fine, but the door to get in may be a tight squeeze if you are big. Check out the pictures, they are very true to scale looking and decide for yourself. The kitchen could have used a few more sets of silverware, but it was certainly doable for two people. It has a hot top/stove top thing with two eyes that worked well, a mini fridge with enough of a freezer to make a little ice but not much more, a microwave and a nice coffee press thing. They also had a water boiler pot for tea/coffee which was nice. The little seating area makes for a great prep table and then a good place to sit and eat if you dont want to eat outside. I thought we had a private-ish patio, but that wasnt true but I misread the information so that's on me. Most of the other homes did. The outdoor furniture over by the grill and hottub which is what we used for outdoor seating were fine, but could use some new cushions and a little love. Overall, we really loved our stay and nothing was surprising to us which is such a great thing in a rental! If you are comfortable in a tiny home, this place is definitely great, clean, wonderfully located and just a blast. I highly recommend it. However, if you are iffy on the tiny house, not quite that comfortable with your travel partner or are worried about space being an issue, this may not be for you.||||Side note, I did see that the loft being is aa potential place for a 3rd person or a child. I think this would be difficult. There is enough space up there (though an adult can only sit up, not fully stand) and a sleeping mat so it's definitely possible, but I cant imagine a third person down in the regular space with us while making dinner or eating or whatever. I personally think it would just be too small.

My husband and I stayed in the Bogies Bungalow Cottage which is basically a tiny house. It was a very short walk to the main street in town and pretty quiet. As for the cottage: while there was a loft area with a single mattress where a third person could have slept, we would not recommend it. Small window AC barely kept the main living area cool. Queen bed tucked back between two walls, so my husband had to climb over me to get out of bed during the night. No nightstands; some track lighting over the bed. Ample kitchen area. No real living room area; two occasional chairs placed awkwardly in the small open space between the bed and the front door. Very small TV on wall across from bed; not much selection of channels. The real problem for us was the size of the bathroom-tiny space with a tiny shower and no counter space. Bad lightly for applying makeup; I ended up using the kitchen area. Can't really use the tiny sink on the top of the toilet for anything - it fills the toilet when you flush - cold water only. On the last morning of our two night stay, we ventured out the back door into a common courtyard area and discovered a full-sized nicer bathroom that was for Bogie's Bungalow. We could not understand why the nice bathroom required you to go outside - made no sense. But, the place was clean and we made it work.

Yelp
Admittedly... I selfishly don't want to say how great these cottages are to keep it a hidden gem! But seriously, what a treat this property is! We splurged a bit & stayed in the French Quarter. Totally worth it. The inside is adorable and so big! I loved the tin-lined shower!! And they are dog friendly, so we brought our fur babies. Fortunately they have a solid list of rules for bringing your dogs (for example tick & flea treatments for any visiting dogs, no animals on furniture etc) so it's very clean. The property is manicured, very well taken care of! Lots of outdoor seating & lounge areas. Plenty of opportunity to meet fellow travelers in common areas. We booked on airbnb.

Yelp
I've stayed at this property twice and will be back. It's well kept and very clean. Close to lots of restaurants. Affordable and stylish, I love Moab and these great cottages!

Yelp
Stayed in Bogie's Bungalow for a few days. Great location, easy walk to all shops and restaurants in Moab! Loved the decor inside, and the beautifully landscaped courtyard area with grill, firepit, fountain, and hot tub. Comfy beds, great water pressure, full kitchen with coffee beans included and ready for brewing! Overall a great experience.

Yelp
This was our first stay here! We stayed in Moosewood and loved it. The cottage was very comfortable especially the beds!!!!!! The kitchen was adorable and loved the fresh coffee beans. Our dogs loved the back yard area and all the wonderful natural shade! We will be back and want to have our family fly in from all over and have a family reunion here!!! Love how close it is to everything and yet you feel like your set far back. Great place can't wait to return. The only thing I would change is maybe have a private fenced in area for every cottage for the dogs that stay here...not everyone has a dog friendly dog.
