I came all the way from the other side of Brooklyn to come to this little spot, cause I saw the reviews here, and as well on google. I specifically came to try the oxtail. Its a tiny place, but long line that was out the door signified to me that the food was good. I ordered my oxtail, and as the woman at the counter prepared my food, I asked this little old woman on the line what she thought of the food there. She said she was from Jamaica and had been coming there for years! It was her go-to spot. She even recommended a cake I try a cake they had. I took that as a good sign. I went home and tried food, and believe it or not, not only was it a good portion of food, it tasted delicious! Exactly as the reviews below stated, the oxtail was so tender and well seasoned. It was not sticking to the bone, which again verified what others had said. The rice and peas were scrumptious too. I'm definitely going back and recommending this place.
Also, I kept eyeing their fried chicken and their rum cake. Those two looked soooo good.
