We stayed in apartment 2. Everything was clean and well fitted. Would have easily slept 4-6. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions. Although there was a bar downstairs there was no noise. Lots of great eateries nearby. The only downside was the sofa - which converted to a sofa bed - had seen better days and was stained. Other than that it was well maintained and clean.

The apartment is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained — ideal for exploring Prague’s Old Town (Staré Město), just a short walk from the Astronomical Clock Square. Compared to other accommodations in European cities, I really appreciated the convenience of having the AdrezLiving reception office nearby. A special thanks to the staff for their outstanding professionalism and helpfulness. The free luggage storage service was also a great plus and made the stay even more comfortable.

Had an amazing stay in the #2 apartment of the building. The location is literally 4 min walk to the clock tower and same to the Charles bridges, it is very central. Room was large, clean, comfortable beds, good WiFi. The charm of an old building but the comforts of today. The room looks onto a terrace/beer garden which closes at 22:00. Until 22:00 you can hear some noise (we were in the second floor) after it was quite.

Absolutely amazing apartment (Flat 2 Kate), photos did not do it justice it was incredible. Easy to access and a short walk to old town square. The bar to the side of the apartment block was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful, we either sat in the beer garden or took the drinks up to our apartment. The inside of the apartment was extremely spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. We would totally recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Thank you for a perfect stay in Prague

Our family of five stayed here for four nights, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The listing clearly stated that the apartment had a washer, which was one of the main reasons we booked it during our 10-day trip through Europe. When we arrived, there was no washer, and after contacting the host, we received very slow responses and no real solution. The host eventually apologized and said she thought there was one in the unit, but by the time she offered a laundromat option on our last night, it was far too late to be helpful. Because of this, we had to make do with only one towel per person for a four night stay and a single dish towel — not nearly enough for a family. Communication was poor overall; I even had to reach out myself to get the check-in details and directions, which should have been provided in advance. On top of that, there’s a bar downstairs in the same building that can be noisy late into the night. The only positives were the excellent location — close to major attractions — and that the apartment was clean when we arrived. However, the lack of promised amenities and slow communication made this a frustrating stay and not one I would recommend.

Beautifully designed & really spacious apartment, fantastic location in the old town with gorgeous restaurants & bar close by, would highly recommend! Staff super friendly in nearby hotel palac where you can leave your luggage before checkin

We arrived at the apartment late evening, access into the foyer and into the apartment was easy with the touchpad keycode. The area was well lit and was impressive from the moment we walked through the door, we were not disappointed when we entered our apartment which exceeded the photos listed. It was extremely large and both bedrooms were a very decent size. The bathroom was incredible and we felt very privileged to stay in such a beautiful place. It is situated within a short walking distance to Old Town Square and the little bar downstairs was a amazing. We either sat in the beer garden or collected drinks from the bar and took them back to our apartment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we look forward to returning. We would highly recommend this apartment to others, thank you for an amazing stay in Prague

We stayed in the Barbara room one night and the Agnes room the next. The location is incredible — right in the heart of the city, with rich history (apparently King George once lived there!). The Barbara room was lovely, but the Agnes room was massive — truly fit for a king. Both rooms were spotless, well-decorated, and had excellent bathrooms. Check-in was easy with a digital code, and staff were very responsive to our questions. We appreciated the early luggage check-in option, which was especially helpful. The main office was just a short 2-block walk from our building. One highlight was the fantastic craft brew pub on the ground floor — great beer lineup and a nice terrace. However, it’s worth noting that the music and conversations from the terrace went on until midnight. While the Barbara room (3rd floor) was quiet, the Agnes room sits directly above the pub and was significantly affected by the noise. Because of that, we wouldn’t choose that room again.
