This is the best kept secret in this part of the Pyrenees. The cuisine is creative and scrumptious. Reservations seem to be a smart bet, though they do take care of walk-ins. It is small but they have tables for each individuals, couples, medium and large groups. The atmosphere is lovely and not loud—perfect for conversation. For lunch today, quiet piano jazz music was piped in adding to the meal. My daughter had the shrimp couscous and I enjoyed the hamburger which as Japanese surloin on local toast accompanied by traditional potatoes. Dessert was Catalan Crème for a gluten free needles as well as the wonderful apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. Oh! Wonderful glass of local red wine. And our hostel also was the server and worked the room (every table seated) by herself and the service was quick and beautifully handled.
