I lived in a student apartment at Magill Hartley. It was not very clean when I moved in. Dirty floor, tape and marks all over the walls, broken furniture and appliances on the balcony. I was surprised they did not paint the walls before each new tenant. Hot water went out a few times (always over the weekend!) and took forever to get it fixed. No information about the laundry room or parking spaces, which would have really been appreciated. Sometimes the door to the laundry was locked, other times it wasn't. Random people would park in the spots, and other tenants would leave nasty notes on your car as if they thought the spot belonged to their apartment (they didn't; anyone could park anywhere). The lack of information was the most frustrating thing. Irresponsible tenants (not all are students since some units are owned by other companies or individuals) were also annoying with the amount of noise and throwing rubbish/even electronics in the wrong bin (which were indeed assigned to an apartment). A bit expensive too, for how small the place was. I was able to rent an entire 3 bedroom house for the same price in the same neighborhood.
