Quite impressed by the standards and value for money. Location is superb, food and hospitality on the doorstep. The place is double glazed, warm and quiet. The 2bedroom apartment was roomy enough clean and tidy aswell. Good water pressure in shower! Will definitely keep this on my list for future travel. A+

We booked two executive suite that comes with one big king size bed and one single sofa bed, ||We love every bit of the motel here is why||1. Unbeatable location, you are at the heart of the Dunedin that gives you convenient access to the shopping area, ||2. Yes. I had the same question pertaining how to find the entrance, from google map street view, I bet you will feel that the entrance looks like a narrow in between two shops. Thankfully before I flew I make an inquiry to George. It is not narrow at all||3. Free car park, there is covered car park, and open car park around the motel. Please make sure you only park at the designated signage car park lot ||4. Unbeatable service, George is a great host that will guide you||5. Comfortable bed and ultra clean||Will definitely choose the motel again should I come back again

For anybody who is unsure where to stay in Dunedin, this is your place! Perfect location for good food and central to everything you need. The room was nice and clean, comfortable and very affordable! Staff were very professional and nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this location which is in downtown and convenient walking distance to the main attractions - Museum, Railway station, The Octagon, many restaurants and cafe's etc. The receptionist 'George' was a cool knowledgeable mate, and very helpful in suggesting various attractions and food options! (Maybe the George Street on which this hotel is located, is named after him - just kidding!)

Location is fantastic. Car park, new apartments. I am very impressed with the place. There is no view and the car park in the middle is a bit weird but it's definitely worth it. The guy at reception was outstanding, very helpful and informative. He made our trip so much easier.

Without a doubt this is Dunedin s best place to stay. 20m from the main street yet so quiet. Super king comfortable bed, great shower, lift, balcony. It's got everything. One way street with seating and planting tops everything off. We'd give it a 10.|

A super little motel within very easy walking distance to Dunedin hospital. Rooms were clean and brightly furnished and free parking was a real bonus. The only minor criticism was the beds could have been firmer. But it will definitely be our go-to accommodation when we're next in Dunedin.
