You know what they say about reviews, “people only write one if it’s really good or really bad. ” Well this one was very good! It’s actually my first review ever and I went there a month ago. They had great service before we even arrived. We were a few minutes late for our reservation and they called to follow up, instead of just bumping our reservation. The host followed up to make sure our waitress attended to us. Our waitress followed up to make sure the food was to our liking and to take any additional orders. The food was amazing. The drinks were amazing. They have a mocktail list as well. The staff was also well versed with the menu and the drink menu. The ambiance was impeccable. I love the details in the walls in addition to the artwork. We will definitely we going back. It’s also very sexy and sophisticated for date night. The entire vibe is luxury.

This place is amazing! Wings were delicious and the red velvet waffles are the best we’ve ever had, a must try! Also, our server Ashley was very genuine, caring and friendly. We would definitely go back. The only downside it’s that the place is very small, so there’s not much availability to choose from. But overall was a great experience!

Google
Amazing service. Great music and vibes. And the food!!!! The food is an amazing. Shout out to Tanya for being an amazing host and Chef Watson!!! The food is amazing! Try the honey wings and skillet Mac and cheese with oxtail! The Carib rum punch is strong and will have you lit after a few sips! A time well spent!

This place is a whole vibe. The warm welcome From the DJ to the emcee, the servers, everything was great. This place makes you feel like you're with family. Even the other patrons there were friendly. The food was great!! If you want someplace to go, this is the place. I'm not a person who goes out, but I definitely will be returning here. Trust me, for a good time good food and great atmosphere this is the place

32 North is a hidden treasure gem. The hostess Tanya was so accommodating. Although my husband and I did not have a reservation, she was able to move some things around to ensure we had a table. The atmosphere was very pleasant with a nice vibe. All the waiters were very nice, ensuring we were taken care of. My husband ordered the Mac n cheese and oxtails and I ordered the jerk shrimp and grits. The food was DELICIOUS!!! It was just enough, we left there very satisfied and content. We will certainly be back again!

Andre was very pleasant! I had the strawberry shortcake, red velvet chicken and waffles and the mimosa flight and it exceeded my expectations! 2nd time here and will definitely come here again. Great music and vibes. 🥳

Babyyyyy 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!! My two friends wanted to take me out for my birthday and they did not disappoint. I wish everyone could experience our server Ashley. Big up the only server I ever want to serve me! Full of vibes, attentive, funny and just a beautiful spirit. Food was phenomenal only thing is it was really cold. However, the drinks will warm you up nicely 😂. Love it here!!

Yelp
Andre was a great bartender and his drinks were amazing! Will be back again very soon Chef Watson was also very nice and accommodating. His Oxtail Mac and cheese was great!

Yelp
This was my first time at this establishment. On Tuesday's it happy hour all day. The anesthetics are nice but it's small and can get crowded. I sat by the bar and was served right away. Gio is a awesome bartender good vides. I ordered red wine (Bartenura) Gio poured me a small glass so I can taste it first. Food I ordered the steak quesadilla. The service was great the food was good nice and hot alot of flavor.

Yelp
This place is a total vibe. The food, music, artwork, everything is for the culture (Caribbean included). Drinks are fire, food is not healthy but oh so good. The wings, drinks, and blackened salmon are all delicious. Not a bad taste in the place. Service was top notch too. Can't wait to go back. Only ding is the place is a bit tight and I'm a big back.

Yelp
Went to 32 North with my bestie for dinner before a concert. A lot of other people going to the concert had the same idea so the wait time was long but 100% worth it! This was the first time going there and I honestly can't wait until the next. The food was absolutely amazing! The inside is small but holds a decent amount of people, there is also a DJ section and there was a DJ there playing some good chunes! Now, for the food! We ordered the Biscuit and Gravys as our app. It comes with three bisuits so its enough for two. The gravy was so flavorful and rich and the biscuit was fluffy. My friend ordered the Salmon and mash potatoes and the salmon had great seasoning, the mash was creamy and the veggies were roasted perfectly. I ordered the shrimp and grits and im sooo glad i did.. the gravy from the shrimp mixed with the grits was amazing.. i cleaned my plate and almost forgot to offer my friend some lol The drinks were also tasty. I got a Lychee martini and they blended the lychee in the drink which gave you a taste of the fruit in every sip. I really enjoyed my time at 32 North!

Yelp
I've been here on two occasions. One with my family to eat dinner and another with a friend for brunch. You definitely want to make reservations for brunch because it gets busy. In terms of food, it was just ok. It came out a bit cold but I did enjoy the wings. Definitely a place to sit at the bar and grab drinks. Our bartender Marley was really friendly and engaging.

Yelp
What an incredible experience. The ambiance was super nice. Great brunch date location. The food was awesome. The creme brulee french toast was really good, not to mention the Baileys waffles and chicken, omg! Our waitress Ashley was so nice. Though busy she was so attentive. When in NY will definitely go again.

Yelp
After hearing about this place for a while, my friend and I decided to come try for dinner and it was great! The decor and music definitely is a vibe we enjoyed. I got the burger with fries and my friend got the mac and cheese with oxtail. We both tried each and they were both delicious! Food also came out pretty quickly and our server was good as well. Overall we both had a good time and agreed we needed to come back for brunch!

Yelp
Brought my family here for Father's Day. Everyone was happy with the experience. The staff were courteous and definitely kept the energy going. The DJ was on point - playing music and reading the crowd. The food, scrumptious! The oxtail was so tender! Grits loaded with cheese and flavor! Steak and eggs were good (nothing to brag about). Shrimp and grits - perfect! Everything pretty good! Drinks were amazing! I can't went to return for a date night or girls night.

Yelp
Walked in on a Friday night around 7pm, no reservations, bar was full. Was seated at a high top table behind the bar. The restaurant is small, dark, intimate, nice decor. The food is delicious, large portions. Shrimp & grits was very tasty , grits were the perfect consistency. Mac & cheese was very cheesy. I didn't love my cocktail, the bartender was great, very friendly, and he switched it for me. I heard the red velvet chicken and waffles are amazing, definitely a spot I will go back to.

Yelp
I am so pleased to write this glowing review of this great Trinidadian-owned restaurant serving up a new take on Caribbean classic and brunch favorites. It important for to give them their culinary flowers during Black History Month 2025. The food is stellar here with shining star being the Oxtail Mac & Cheese. The Mac & Cheese is gooey with generous amounts of cheese through the dish with a good amount of tender & flavorful oxtails on top. I must point out that they didn't forget the gravy. I already planned my next trip back to get another order of it! Shoutout to Shandel, the best server in the restaurant who has the perfect personality and work ethic for this position. I had the pleasure of celebrating our birthdays together amidst Capricorn season. I would also like to take the time to point out that this is a smaller restaurant with 1-2 servers and bartender so bring your patience and dont bring your annoying friends here. The vibes were 10 out of 10 for me! The DJ went from old school reggae to new school soca effortlessly while sprinkling in some hip-hop. Soca is my preferred genre and should be consumed loudly with good bass. Given that, this is not the brunch spot for deep conversation but spot for enjoying the vibes. I highly recommend you stopping in preferably without the kids (because I saw no high chairs) for a good drink and delicious entree!

Yelp
Cheers to the New Year and the Capricorns (whom never let us forget that every year Ends & Starts w/ them... eye roll). Lol Thanks to one of my favorite Capricorns the girls and I stepped into 32 North on the last Saturday of "24" for drinks. My homegirl came across it on IG and wanted to give them a try. I'm always skeptical of the aesthetically pleasing IG spots, because they are a hit or miss (many times misses IMO). However, I was cool with checking them out because we weren't ready for the night to end just yet. Since this was an impromptu stop we were only grabbing drinks to toast the bday girl. I am happy to say I was pleasantly surprised that 32 North was not just IG Hype. We fell in love with the decor, the vibe, the tunes, the service and the drinks. If we didn't already eat we would have definitely tried the food as well. We did do a little bday jingle and ordered dessert. The birthday girl was not a fan of the molten chocolate cake thou. Shout out to our server Shandel who was very pleasant and didn't trip because we only wanted drinks. She just happened to be a Capricorn as well. Just A Note: -Parking.... GOOD LUCK! -The place is on the small side... Reservations are Highly Recommended. -Apple Pay... Not Accepted

Yelp
First time here. Me and my wife were taken and seated immediately. Good vibes snd energy. The waiter was super friendly and welcoming. Accommodated any request we made. The place is small and limited seating but the decor and vibrant setting was relaxing. I had the blackened Salomon and shrimp tempura that was really good. The drinks were just right and had me wanting to take my time and enjoy myself especially being that it was my birthday. They celebrated me and played me a birthday song as well as bring me out a dessert lit with a candle. I was surprised and grateful for the quality service i received here. Would definitely promote and come to this establishment again!

Yelp
I saw this restaurant in social media when they first opened and was eager to go. I finally made there for a girls brunch. I understood the restaurant was small but the entrance/hostess area was uncomfortably tight. We arrived on a rainy Saturday about 15 mins before our reservation. There were about 8 other people in addition to my party of 3. We were pretty squeezed in the waiting area which is an enclosed, what feels like a hallway. Brittany was the hostess and really tried her best to please the waiting and increasingly angered crowd. We asked to sit at the bar while we waited for our table, which may be a while as the restaurant overbooked reservations. We're her advised that there is no standing allowed at the bar. I understood why once we made it in and saw the space. We eventually made it to the bar and Andre our bartender made our drinks and kept us company. He was very pleasant and made good drinks. My only complaint was the glasses were too small. We were finally seated about an hour/hour and a half after our original waiting time. To start we ordered honey garlic wings and the deviled eggs. I didn't eat the deviled eggs but did not hear by complaints. The wings were pretty amazing and even better for us, they brought out 2 orders and said we can keep the second on the house. For our meals we ordered the jerk shrimp + grits, crème brûlée French toast and the skillet Mac and cheese topped with oxtail. I personally ate the Mac and cheese and thought it was exceptionally made. The oxtail was well seasoned and cooked. The manager was also attentive and aware of the wait time. She was very pleasant. While I think there are some kinks to be worked out, I think they have a lot of potential. I will definitely return!

Yelp

Yelp
I had an amazing experience thanks to our bartender Andre he was so helpful in picking good selections of the menu and it greatly appreciated we will be back for sure I praise the quality of the food, highlighting the attention to detail in presentation and flavor. The seafood dishes, in particular, are often mentioned for their freshness and preparation. also appreciate the inviting ambiance and attentive service, which make it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The restaurant's cocktail menu is another standout, offering a variety of craft drinks that pair well with the food. While some reviews note that prices can be a bit on the higher side, most agree that the experience--both in terms of food quality and service--justifies the cost. Overall, 32 North is often described as a hidden gem in Valley Stream, perfect for a memorable dining experience.

Yelp
We showed up on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation and waited about 30 minutes to be seated at the bar which wasn't bad at all. First thing I noticed here, is that the staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was great. A DJ showed up in the middle of us dining and it definitely turned into a bit of a party atmosphere in there. We enjoyed that! We started with the deviled eggs and the calamari. Deviled eggs were soooooo yummy. That crispy bacon on top takes it to the next level. The calamari was good but not memorable. For our entrees, I had the jerk shrimp and grits and my husband had the baileys chicken and waffles. The shrimp was very tasty and flavorful. I didn't enjoy the slightly mushy texture and I think they could've used jumbo shrimp for this dish. The grits were robust and hearty. The dish filled me up but I don't eat a ton. My husband enjoyed his entree. The Baileys drizzle is quite spicy so something to keep in mind. He mentioned that the waffles were cooked nicely and he was happy to have a side of fruit to balance it all. We had both the whiskey sour and the bourbon smash. Both were absolutely delicious and the ingredients used were fresh! So extra points for that!

Yelp
This place is great! I went here with some friends for a weekday birthday dinner. I loved the Caribbean music that was playing and it was a low volume-perfect for conversation. The decor is gorgeous and high class. The food was perfect! We enjoyed wings and biscuits with pork gravy for our appetizer. I had the extremely tasty jerk shrimp and grits. Best grits I've ever had. We all enjoyed our meals to the max. My friends enjoyed their cocktails and I loved my mocktail with fruit. Service was outstanding. I can't wait to return here!!!

Yelp
Ok I'm going to start off by saying the food is amazing! The chicken and waffles was incredible! Easily made it to my top 5 of all time! The strawberry shortcake French toast wow flavors are spot on. Absolutely delicious. Here's where we get to the 3.5/4 stars...we made a reservation for 11 which was right when they open and when we got there the door was still locked and it looked like they weren't yet ready to begin service . The hostess saw me and let me in and I waited in the hallway area until they opened the restaurant . The place is quite small and seating can be very tight . The tables give on appearance as though they are dirty..they are not unfortunately just stained and in my opinion should either be replaced or considering cover with table cloths to give a cleaner appearance. As mentioned in other reviews, the service could be better- more attentive. My sister ordered cranberry juice and it was basically water. We were trying to get the servers attention for forever before he noticed us and worth noting that the table nearby had the same issue the juice and with getting servers attn. It got very crowded VERRYY quickly! I am definitely going back and will try other items on the menu but bayybbbyyy them chicken n waffles is it !!!!

Yelp
Man I love a black owned businessssss! Cons: -I felt fortunate with parking but not sure that's always the case. -Waiting area extremely small. Espcially for our party of 9 -Waited 50 minutes past our reservation time Pros: -Once we finally were seated, our server Ashley was so delightful! Very good! -After explaining what happened to the manager, Kim, she kindly rectified the situation. I LOVE when management knows how to correct an error! -Music was perfect! -Ambiance was cute! Including bathroom. Take your camera with you for fully body photos. -Food was good. Honey garlic wings were great. Biscuits required more gravy which I requested and got. Overall as with any newer business I think just a couple of things to hammer out but overall we really enjoyed ourselves and i hope to return again for a happy hour at the bar or something. Thanks again!

Yelp
Traveled all the way from Brooklyn to try their brunch and I would go back. The space itself is small but cute, the couches are very comfortable. The honey garlic wings were so good! The flavor was great and it had a good amount of crunch to it. I had ordered the red velvet chicken waffles and unfortunately I didn't like them. I ordered the flight of mimosas and my favorite one was the mango flavored. I am sad I don't remember my server's name but she was great, recommend some great choices and was nice. I would like to go back to try other items off the menu.

Yelp
- large portions - friendly service - parking might be an issue during busy times - great Caribbean soundtrack - I was seated without reservation on a Saturday afternoon - delicious garlic wings - alright shrimp n grits - salad was hearty - I ordered the mimosa flight champagne tasted cheap I was feeling it by the third glass tho the presentation was nice tho - the French toast looked like a straight up dessert

Yelp
I was excited to try this new restaurant in the neighborhood. It's a small but nicely decorated restaurant. It doesn't have a lot of seating so I would think it gets really crowded in the evenings and weekends My waitress was Nicola and she was really good. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Marley, he was very friendly, I don't know his position in the business I had a Cosmopolitan and it was good, we had a Marguerita that was good also. The chicken wings were fried a little too hard for me but tasted ok. The quesadilla wasn't bad, you had a good amount of chicken in it. My daughter said the strawberry shortcake French toast was really good. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
Andre is the kind of bartender you hope to find every time you walk into a bar. Personable, attentive, and effortlessly cool, he makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down. And the drinks? Absolutely top-notch, crafted with skill and always on point. He doesn't just make cocktails, he creates experiences. Cheers to Andre!

Yelp
The shrimp and grits are incredible. Actually the best I've had in a very long time. Service is slightly slow but I'm gusting it's because the food is fresh and made to order. It's small and so cute and classy inside. Please go.

Yelp
When I came across this restaurant on IG, I was eager to try it. So my friend treated me for my birthday and we had a Monday Brunch. Let me first start off my saying that this restaurant is beautiful inside. Kudos to the design team. I do recommend you make a reservation especially if you plan to visit on a weekend. This place has limited seating and heads up - the parking sucks. Good luck with that! On to the food - what I enjoyed? The crab cakes. Absolutely delicious. Just too dang small for the price. They consider it a starter/appetizer but it should be categorized as bites. You literally can put the whole thing in your mouth in ONE bite that's how small they are. Overpriced in my opinion (to no surprise tho), but scrumptious. For the entree I got the regular chicken and waffles. They have a few varieties of chic and waffles by I kept it simple. Wasn't what I was hoping it would be. The chicken was crispy but was expecting it to be more flavorful and it was dark meat. Not necessarily my choice. The waffle was a bit hard for me and barely provided enough syrup. The syrup was supposed to be flavored. I think with bailies. I tasted no difference. My friend ordered shrimp and grits. Unfortunately she didn't enjoy it. She mentioned the shrimp was good but them grits were not. So that was disappointing. Drinks? We both got a mai tai. Eh. I don't know if I forgot how they should taste but I will say I had better tasting ones at the late Friday's. Just saying. I swear these prices be on swole. Again the size didn't match the price. It was a nice experience at 32 North and would like to return. Next time I'll order something different. Nice vibe!

Yelp
The drink selection is impressive and also instagrammable. The mimosa flights are a crowd favorite, offering a variety of flavors. Bartenders are not only skilled but also incredibly hospitable, enhancing the overall experience!

Yelp
My friend and I came here on a Friday to take advantage of their $8 drinks. Let me start off by saying that we gladly enjoyed our time here. Upon entering we were greeted by the hostess and our server Melanie who was very nice and attentive throughout the night. The bar was full at the time we arrived so we sat at a two seater. The restaurant is quite cute and quaint so there weren't many seating options to choose from. We ended up sitting right underneath the Dj booth but eventually moved because we were feeling every bit of the vibration from the music. The Dj and music were great btw. He played a mixed of old school music, reggae, soca, & kompa. Also, the decor in here is simple but super elegant and gives an upscale look. On to the menu. They were right when they said brunch all day. The menu is full Of brunch items. My friend and I ordered several different options which we went able to share. The crab cakes were our favorite! They were crispy, hot, and DELICIOUS. The jerk wings were "ok" not bad but certainly did not trump the crab cakes. The jerk shrimp and grits were also good and filling. The grits were super creamy which we both liked. The portion size is big so you can def share this if you wanted to. Our drinks were both very good and were really $8. One negative I did notice was that there were guest next to us, as they wet done eating and vibing to the music. I assume this woman was the restaurant manager, she asked the guest to leave or sit at the bar giving the reason that the restaurant is small and she needed to seat incoming guest.

Yelp
I had a good time yet again celebrating my birthday. The decor is really nice, the place is small but it's cool. The wings were amazing, I also had the deviled eggs which were good. The first round of drinks were better than the 2nd. Our waiter was also the bartender so I don't know if that was really fair to him. He had to tend to the bar & also us so the service wasn't as great as I would've hoped. However, I've heard other people say the service is good so I would go back.

Yelp
This was my first time at the restaurant.. It was a random pick last minute pick, and I was pretty pleased.. Entrance is very pretty and nicely designed but , small and not really fit for a crowd or a group of people waiting to be sat. But once you get in, the space is beautiful.. from the black walls with the green velvet chairs, and gold utensils were gorgeous . It has a great vibe and chill environment. Worker were all very nice and attentive, manager came over herself to apologize because they didn't have a selection that was on the menu, it wasn't a big deal for me, but appreciate that she came over. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the lord music. When we first walked in the music was at a good volume for me but, it gradually got louder. I did notice the manager signal to the DJ to bring it down a bit ( which was nice she notice) Don't get me wrong, I love music in the background at a restaurant, but it should never be so lord that we can't heard the people we trying to enjoy.. The food selection on the menu were all appealing. I ended up with Chix and red velvet waffles and a drink called Heat Wave. My husband ordered the deviled eggs for a starter, the chicken BLT and mango mimosas.. I don't have anything negative to say about the food, everything taste delicious.. Food presentation was beautiful. Food came out fast which is always good. We went as walk ins, had to wait about 30-40 minutes. The Host , waiter and manager all apologize for the wait, I was impressed. Must restaurants don't take the time to acknowledge that their customers waited longer than they were expecting.. You may want to make a reservation if you're going on the weekend, I did notice people with reservations did get a table right away or in a timely fashion. As for cost, prices were not bad ( for me ) we spent with tip included under a Hundred dollars for a party of two. This is a place I would definitely go back to and recommend. Great place for a couples date or a girl friends bunch.

Yelp
W the outside of this restaurant is not reflective of the inside. When you arrive inside, the place is beautifully decorated, but if you said a window seat and are looking out, it definitely takes away from the atmosphere. We were greeted by very friendly waiter who helped with all the meal accommodations I needed. The mimosa fight was worth it for the quantity but the flavors honestly fell short. They brought us out random flavors and some of them tasted like cough medicine but definitely get the lychee mimosa if it's available. The food was good. It wasn't great nor was it the best brunch food I've had, for the price you could probably get something similar in the city. But this is a great addition to the Long Island area.

Yelp
* UPDATE... I have stomach pains and diarrhea. I looked at the health report and it was disheartening Service , we waited 20 minutes for a waiter and that was by accident. Another waiter happened to notice that we haven't even received water. Wasn't impressed with grits--- not sure how it was made because it was too rich like heavy cream. Took away from the grits. We had to asked for the rest of our order multiple times and we never received our drinks. Waffles soggy and the boneless chicken wasn't clean of chicken fat. The overpriced wings were not impressive. We wrapped our food to go however, we threw it out it in the garbage, wasn't worth the reheat. FYI I frequent many restaurants and I am a foodie and a chef. This food was inedible. I was so excited to support a small black owned business, however I probably won't go back and won't recommend.

Yelp
This place is my go to brunch spot . I've been here several times and they've yet to disappoint me . Drinks are strong and tasty and the food is amazing . I suggest the tempura shrimp and oxtail. Customer service is good and the dJ was pumping tunes, adding to the vibe . I will be back !

Yelp
Two stars for the aesthetics and our amazing server Nicola. It's a narrow space but decorated beautifully. Crowded on a Friday afternoon at 5pm - came in with my parents, my sister, and my two small children. We ordered the honey wings, the burger, steak and eggs, shrimp and grits, chicken & waffles, and deviled eggs. We were really excited to try a lot of things on the menu because all of it just sounded so good. My sister said the burger was excellent......but unfortunately that's where the praise at the table ended. The fries that came with her burger weren't fully cooked. The steak and eggs we ordered for my daughter was EXTREMELY bland. Like, the meat wasn't even seasoned with salt and pepper - seriously. The meat was also very tough and my daughter refused to eat it. I tasted it myself, and I honestly couldn't force myself to eat it either. My mom also tasted it and passed. My dad had a shrimp and grits and said the shrimp was very flavorful, but the grits had no flavor. The chicken with the chicken and waffles was "stringy," but the waffle itself was actually light and fluffy and yummy. The honey wings were ok. The flavor of the honey wings were good, but the chicken itself was hard. I was really looking forward to tasting the deviled eggs, but unfortunately, they never came out. We also ordered lemonade (which was awful - literally just tasted like water with simple syrup), and the rum punch - which literally just tasted like wray and nephews on the rocks. Our waitress Nicola was the epitome of class and patience, as it seemed that she was the only waitress working in the crowded restaurant. She was awesome. I think this restaurant has potential for sure. I love that it's in the neighborhood and is black owned, so I'm willing to come back in a few months to try it again and show support. Hopefully by then things will be better.

Yelp
Excellent food and service! The ambiance is chill and classy. Absolutely fell in love with this place. Brunch and lunch menu are perfect! I was visiting from San Diego and I haven't seen the other menus. Just didn't have the opportunity. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Went to 32 North for my birthday last week. Music was good but too loud. Could not have a conversation with my friend. Service was horrible. And the food was not great. My friend ordered the shrimp tempura with truffle fries. When the order came the server who brought the food out spilled all of it on the table. She cleaned it up and said she'd bring a new order. When the food came out the fries were cold and the shrimp was so tiny (see picture). Nothing like the pictures of shrimp tempura on their Instagram. I had the baileys chicken and waffles. It was ok. Not enough chicken and it was thigh meat which I do not care for. I thought it would be breast or wings. The server hardly came to check on us, never refilled my water. The servers and bartenders were dancing with guests. They spent more time partying than paying attention to their customers. When she finally came over and we told her about my friends food she later brought out regular fries we didn't ask for after we'd been there for two hours already. She didn't offer to take anything off the bill or get my friend anything else. I mentioned it's my birthday she asked if I wanted cake so I said ehhh...sure. She then said it's not complimentary. So I said no thanks. I was full anyway. The drinks were good and the decor is beautiful. But that's about it. They were seating people at tables that were not fully cleaned and walking away. The DJ had to go clean trash off their table and chairs because the party being seated was just standing there looking like they're not sitting at a dirty table. Nor would I! 20% gratuity is included for all parties of 2 or more. The bill was over $100 for two small not so good meals and 2 drinks.

Yelp
For Starters I'll Say They Informed Us That This Was Only Their 3rd Week Being Opened. So Congratulations To You Guys & All The Best. We Have A Reservation For 4pm. The Wait To Be Seated Wasn't Long At All. However When We Sat Down We Were Brought Water & Then Left. I'm Guessing The Owner (Maybe) Came & Asked Were We Being Helped. This Was About 20/5 Minutes After We Were Seated. She Then Sent The Waiter Over. & Before I Get Into It I'll Just Say The Waiter Did A Good Job. So We Ordered The Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits. ( They Have Sausage Gravy For An Extra Charge) This Should Be Offered Immediately When Ordering Charge Or Not. Second Avocado Toast W A Side Of Bacon. The Strawberry Short Cake French Toast W A Side Of Chicken. 1 Sidecar & 1 Sunset. They Had A Very Good Selection Of Music. The Tables Are Rather Small So Once The Biscuits & Avocado Came Out Both Main Courses Came Out 2 Minutes Later. So There Was Literally Minimal Room To Put That. I Reminded The Waiter About My Side Of Bacon For The Toast Immediately After I Didn't Receive It. However It Didnt Come Until After I Was Finished With The main Course. So At This Point Im Ready To Pack It Up & Bring It Home. Overall The Experience Was Okay & Maybe Some Point Down The Line I'll Try Them Again After Everything Is Up & Running For A While.

Yelp
Okay, first of all, this place exceeded my expectations. I live in the neighborhood and there are only so many hidden gems here. This place happens to be one of them! From the hostess to the servers, to the atmosphere and the decor, it's all so amazing. Let me just tell you that I had an amazing time here. Everyone here was so attentive and caring and it made me feel so at home. Our server, Lilly was an absolute delight. She made us feel very welcomed. I came here on a busy Saturday and although they were super busy the hostess was still able to accommodate us. She even walked around the restaurant to let us know the parking attendant was nearby and to check on our parking meters. The service was quick and the food was really good! We enjoyed the mimosa flights, honey garlic wings and chicken and waffles. I would definitely come back here! Thank you so much for providing our town with this beautiful establishment!

Yelp
I was so looking forward to going here. The decor is nice and the ambiance is cool. The serve is slow especially for a place with limited items on the menu. I had the Macaroni and cheese with oxtails. I was not a fan....way too greasy. I felt sick after eating only a few bites. My husband had the red velvet waffles and chicken which were okay. The drinks IMO were over priced. The bartender was the best thing about my experience...he was dancing, smiling and laughing..

Yelp
My friend and I went here for brunch and we were really excited. I ordered the jerk shrimp and grits. She ordered the fried chicken and Bailey's waffles. We also shared a mimosa flight. Let's start with the ambiance of the restaurant. The venue is small but the decor is nice and modern. If you're a tall person you may be uncomfortable at the tables and more comfortable at the bar because the table seats are very low. The music was a combination of afrobeats, reggae, and r&b. The level of the music was comfortable. We were able to have a conversation without yelling. Now the food. The jerk shrimp and creamy grits were really good. My plate was clean! There was a nice amount of sauce to grits ratio. The fried chicken and Bailey's waffle was good but the portion size of chicken was minimal. It left more to be desired. It looks like they took a small chicken thigh, sliced it up, and then put it in between each waffle piece. This was by far the smallest portion of chicken I have ever seen with waffles. Now onto the mimosas. These were very disappointing. They don't put juice in the mimosas. Looks like they use some kind of syrup flavoring. You could literally see through the glass. If it was a high quality champagne I wouldn't mind but it wasn't and I ended up wasting my money on this item because I didn't drink them. The mango didn't even taste like mango. The most flavorful ones were the Lychee and watermelon. Service was okay but could have been better. Our server only checked in on us when we were already done with our food and were ready for the check. We weren't offered water upon seating, even though the glasses were already on the table. We saw a server bringing someone else water and asked if we could get some as well. All in all this is definitely a place worth trying because the food was good. It's also a very new establishment so there is room to improve service with time.

Yelp
Loved it here! Staff, food, ambiance & drinks were great. Definitely a must. Both the margarita and mimosa flights were delicious. & the crab Mac and cheese was amazing.
