Loved the service here and the views. Oysters were fresh and succulent. Greater selection of all sort of food, not just seafood. My wife was happy with her clams, my grilled catch of the day was ok-ish (but did the trick as I wanted something light).

We did some tapas and wines there and it was amazing. They have a very good wine menu with some options for you to drink by the glass - they even include the Vivino score so you don’t have to search for it LOL The food had ups and downs. The oysters are fresh, but the Tempura Fusion we ordered had too many Jalapeños and few Prawns - it felt like a very small portion. The best option was the Bao trio, they were awesome! Nedie, who served us on that day was awesome, always attentive and asking for any needs.

What a disappointing experience. First, the waitress got our order wrong, which meant we didn’t even get to eat together. She never asked how I would like my steak prepared, and my sirloin arrived overcooked and tasteless. My husband ordered the creamy chicken bake — what a disgrace. The portion of pasta was the size of a starter, with only one piece of chicken, no creaminess at all, and to top it off, an oily hair was found in the food. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this restaurant.

The Parmesan Hake ist really good. Don't miss the Oysters. To the Owner: The Design of the Menu is pulling down the quality of this place. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is good (thx Dillon), but the first impression after looking into the menu is, you ended in a fast food Shop, rather than in a nice Restaurant. I recommend this place to any seafood lover.

My partner and I did the Oyster Experience, which comes with a glass of bubbly. Clearly a favourite. It was delicious. We then shared a Sushi Platter and Calamari Rings which was equally delicious. Service was outstanding and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Well done Stalin. Such a lovely setting and vibe.

Delicious food with a very relaxing atmosphere. There are lots of options to choose from. The breakfast was very good value for money. Would definitely recommend them if you're visiting Knysna.

It was my first time seeing Abalone at a South African restaurant, and I simply had to try it. It tastes like a combination of a mushroom and calamari, but it's a bit chewy (almost like the texture of a calamari steak). Will I order it again.... honestly no..... for the price paid and the fact that it's a bit chewy, I would rather pay less and go for the calamari. My husband ordered the calamari and it was perfect. The atmosphere is great, but be sure to book as to not be disappointed.
