Excellent service and a wonderful dining experience! Everything was perfect — food quality, ambiance, cleanliness, and overall service. A special thanks to Daniel, our waiter, who provided outstanding service. He was very polite, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Daniel truly made our experience memorable with his excellent customer care. Highly recommended restaurant with top-notch service. Will definitely visit again!

We had lunch at Ella Hotel 360, and it was a great experience. We ordered the cheese chicken kottu, and it was truly delicious. The flavors were perfect, and we really enjoyed the meal. Also, a special mention to Daniel who served us. He provided very good and friendly service, which made our visit even more pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely place to have lunch in Ella. Highly recommended! 😊

The waiter with the most wonderful name Daniel took good care of us. We had delicious food with a nice view of the street. Highly recommended! Edit: Went back today and was again met with excellent service from Daniel. The food was amazing, just like last time. Tried the Watalappan for dessert and it was a pure delight. Well worth a visit!

We had a Great time at the Restaurant. Pur waiter Daniel did everything for us to have a good time. Food was amazing and the Portion size was Perfect. Live music was a Bit too Loud but that always depends on where you are sitting. Overall would recommend this Place

Had a really lovely experience at this restaurant in Ella. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, exactly what you hope for after a long day exploring Sri Lanka. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the local spices and care that goes into each dish. A special thank you to our waiter, SAMAN. He was attentive without being intrusive, genuinely friendly, and happy to explain the menu and recommend dishes. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we sat down and added a personal touch to the whole evening. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re in Ella. Great food, warm service, and a memorable experience overall.

We had a lovely meal here, Daniel was great as we had someone gluten free in our party. He explained to the chef and that he would be the only one handling the food - a great chicken fried rice was produced! Very happy, would recommend!

Good spot for dinner and drinks. They had a fun live band playing some good tunes. I had a steak which was okay - I’d probably recommend ordering something more local as the rice dishes looked really good. But that’s my fault!! There was a drinks special - buy 2 get 1 free cocktails.
