"High Flying Drinking and Dining Aptly named 37 Grill & Bar is set on the 37th floor of the Conrad Hotel, and overlooks the Han River and the Seoul skyline. The slick, dark wood-and-glass establishment is famed for its wide variety of beef, including cuts from Korea, Spain, Australia and the US. The menu is rounded out with a few seafood and pasta options, making 37 Grill & Bar a popular choice when one has overdosed on the kimchi. Thirsty? Snack on curried popcorn as you choose from a classic cocktail on the drinks menu, or a vino from the hundreds of choices on the wine list, including a 1994 bottle of Château Pétrus for a mere $8,000. Don’t forget to bring your gold card. 10 Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul"
We likes meats and Korean usually eat pork, beef and chicken and also we do.
We ordered The Log which is composed of various meats. It's a kind of a sharing platter.
They served bread and truffle butter, before meat, that was really good.
Truffle odd remained continuously in my mouth and that odd was coated to meat whenever I eat meat.
So I asked extra bread and truffle butter, staffs served them without charge.
After dinner, we ordered some desert, that was also fantastic.
I can't explain realistically. Just go and eat.

Visited for the bar during the daytime. The wide-open view and the general ambience are superb yet the wines by glass are surely overpriced. 30,000 KRW for a mediocre Italian red? You can do much better.

What makes this a great experience is the excellent service and the Han river view. We had Jason as a server and Fred as the bartender--both were so welcoming and attentive. The food is pretty good. I'd recommend the Lyonnaise potatoes for a side. Definitely get the deokgalbi!!
For timing, the restaurant wasn't too busy at 6pm on a weekday. You can make a reservation on CatchTable if you're worried about it.

Attentive service by our server Sam. Professional and pleasant. Also a lovely touch of offering us the signature Conrad bear. He probably saw us taking photos of our plushies with the food endlessly and thought the bear could join them for more photo ops. I would highly recommend this place as the food was delicious. They have a good selection of wine. Korean beef steak in medium rare was excellent. Warm bread with truffle butter was addictively yummy. The local squid dish and the tart were also memorable. Chef did a great job. The restaurant is located on the 37th floor of the Conrad hotel - quiet environment with great night view of the Han River. Also this place opens till 10 pm which was great for a relaxing dinner after shopping late and coming back to stay at the hotel.

Great spot to end your day in Seoul! Relaxing and the view is awesome from the bar where we sat & enjoyed their Caramel selections as we sipped Whiskey. They have whiskey selections from around the world including Kentucky Bourbons!

Located on the 37th floor of the Conrad hotel, this restaurant is one of the famous spots in Seoul for dining with a great view.
When I recently came here for the 3 course lunch, I was fortunate to snag one of the window seats where I got a good view of the city and the Han river. Unlike the traditional lunch courses where appetizer is served as a dish, they had a salad bar in a buffet style. While I didn’t find anything particularly interesting from their cold buffet selections, it was definitely nice to try a variety of different salads.
For the entrée, I had the beef tenderloin which came with standard garnishes including a shallot and some beet purée, and it was executed flawlessly. I also added a grilled abalone, and similar to the meat, they were absolutely on point with the seasoning.
The finale of the meal was a gorgonzola dessert which was served with vanilla ice cream. The cookie crumbles on the side added a nice contrasting texture to the ice cream, and the gorgonzola dessert was indulgent.
