The owner was very communicative & helped us get to know the neighborhood. She gave us great tips on what to see & where to eat. The rooms were comfortable & we loved the breakfast.

A very warm welcome at the check-in and assistance in all matters. Breakfast starting at 06:30 is convenient for morning flights. There is also a 24/7 coffee station. Also, in my opinion, a very good and safe location in Lima. In general, I highly recommend this hotel.

This property exceeded my expectations on all counts. An easy three block walk to the ocean, and about 15 minutes to the heart of Barranco. The surrounding neighborhood has everything you need including good restaurants, markets, pharmacies, atms. The entire facility is sparking clean and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, breakfast is made on the spot based on your order (including freshly cutting the fruit and juicing the oranges), and great coffee is always freshly brewed in the morning. The shower has good pressure and hot water is plentiful. Daily housekeeping. Elizabeth recommended a tour company and we booked a half day market and food tour that was one of the best I’ve ever taken (Lima Experience). There is some traffic noise at times which I didn’t find bothersome. We could hear another guest using their bathroom one night but again nothing overly bothersome. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Book direct for the best price and email the property with any questions. Elizabeth is very responsive and helpful - a perfect host!

First, we arrived very early at 6:30am. The staff allowed us to drop our stuff, go enjoy breakfast and return at 7 when they allowed us access to our room. They spoke English well and helped us so much!! The owner arrived and was AMAZING! Lisa was so helpful for us understanding the area and helping us with our Peru Hop and our Uber to get to various other little tours! I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the breakfast and the beauty of the stay. They also had shampoo, conditioner and soap which hasn’t been the case in every hotel thus far. It was a GREAT way to begin our trip in Lima!! We ventured out at night and felt safe navigating a few blocks even though the lighting was great, it was enough! We also had easy access to great WiFi too making it easy to get set up for our trip ahead!!

EASY 5 stars. This boutique hotel was impeccably clean and cared after. I felt just as cared after as the hotel itself. Elisabeth and the other staff were very sweet and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and light with big windows. The breakfast is tasty. And the location is walking distance to like..everything. Highly recommend.

This was one of our favorite hotel stays in Peru. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The staff were so hospitable and friendly. It truly felt like a B&B experience. Everyone knows your name and they ask about your day and give recommendations. Upon checkout, one of the ladies from the front desk ran out to say goodbye while we were waiting for our bus. She was so sweet during our whole visit. As for location, Barranco is definitely a better option (IMHO) than Miraflores. It’s quieter and has more charm. There are cool shops and it has an artsy vibe. If I’m ever in Lima again, I would 100% seek this place out again to stay here.

Nice bnb within walking distance to the heart of Barranco. Showers have great pressure and get plenty hot. Rooms do not seem to have individual thermostats but no problem during our stay as we were provided a space heater upon request. Breakfast was fairly basic but made to order and included with our stay. Extra thanks to Andrea who was sweet and provided the best food recommendations. She helped us with both our check-in and check-out and gave top notch customer service.

As another guide stated, EASY 5 STARS. Nestled in the heart of Barranco, within walking distance to everything within the barrio, quiet, safe, private space in a great district. The location alone would make this a superb value. Nevertheless, the help and care I received from the staff (kudos to Elizabeth and Nicole) made me feel like I had my own personal concierge. Having had extensive global experience both in exploration and work, this place and these great people were simply priceless. As a simple example, Elizabeth worked her extensive contacts to help me take a local bus to a relatively unknown airport to join a small charter aircraft that overflew the Nazca lines, a dream I've had for three decades. I not only was saved a huge expense by not booking with one of the agencies that "specialized" in these charters, but also saved 8 hours of additional bus travel that the other agencies required. A big shout out to Nicole as well for recommending a local seafood dive that was so good I ate every dinner there after my first. If you are a seafood and local food lover as well, check out Canta Rana. My first dinner there was caldo de choros, muchame de bonito, y copa de vino gran bodega blanco. If you like that as much as I did, return and simply work your way through the rest of the menu. I thank all of the staff for making my stay a truly wonderful one. Anytime I'm back in Lima, this will be my home away from home.
