From the minute we checked in, our experience at 3HB Faro was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, and the customer service genuinely stood out. A huge thank you to Kelyane Santos and Daniel Jesus at reception — they were absolutely amazing and surprised us with a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room, which honestly made our stay even more special. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set the tone straight away. Customer service throughout the hotel was immaculate. As soon as we walked in, the hotel felt super clean, calm, and well looked after. When we got to the room, we were blown away — it was ridiculously spacious, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly laid out. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake: spotless, relaxing, quiet, and luxurious. There was absolutely no noise from corridors or outside, which made it ideal for rest and relaxation. The room was exactly what you need — comfortable, pristine, and generously sized. Breakfast was another highlight. A big thank you to the kitchen and breakfast team, especially Paulo, Elizabeth, Gustavo and Tatiana, who went out of their way to accommodate me by making gluten-free pancakes, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. The breakfast itself was excellent — eggs cooked perfectly, food areas very clean and well organised, and again, a lovely calm and quiet atmosphere. We visited in the off-season, which made the experience even better for us. We also had a look at the spa, sauna, steam room, and pool, and everything was immaculately maintained — clean, quiet, and extremely well kept. The heated pool was a great bonus and added to the overall relaxing feel of the hotel. The location is another massive plus — right in the heart of Faro, within easy walking distance of everything. It couldn’t be more convenient. I’d also like to mention Joanna from customer relations. I emailed her before our stay, she replied promptly, and we also spoke during our visit. She was genuinely kind, friendly, and very considerate of our needs, which really made a difference. Honestly, I didn’t meet a single bad member of staff during our stay. Every single person was professional, welcoming, and attentive. After reading reviews online, I thought expectations were already high — but somehow, the hotel exceeded them. Without a shadow of a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for years, especially for customer service, cleanliness, and room quality. I genuinely can’t think of any improvements to suggest. 10/10 — highly recommended.

We arrived in Faro during the heaviest rainfall imaginable but received the warmest welcome on arrival at 3HB Faro hotel. ||The concierge guided us to our room and explained the door key, lighting, air conditioning panel etc which was helpful and we were grateful for an early check in so we could dry off.||Our room 319 was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and balcony and plenty of storage. There were robes and slippers, Molton Brown toiletries, a well stocked tea tray, easy to use coffee machine, easily accessed safe and a fridge with complimentary waters and coke which were replenished daily.||As we were settling in, fresh cookies were delivered to our room with a welcome message, a lovely touch. ||The large bed and choice of pillows ensured a sound sleep in a very quiet hotel.||Housekeeping standards and attention to detail are incredibly high. Our room and all areas of this hotel, including a luxurious spa, were immaculate and welcoming.||Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, served in comfortable surroundings which also doubled as the restaurant where we ate one evening. The Italian menu was extensive, service was excellent and food well presented and delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and reception gave us a gift card for complimentary sparking wine and desserts, another lovely gesture. ||The roof top area with infinity pool, fire pit and plenty of sun loungers is spectacular, with 360 degree views of the city. There is also a bar / restaurant inside for snacks and drinks during the day, becoming a fine dining restaurant in the evening. ||This is a beautiful hotel and service throughout is excellent with friendly, welcoming, professional staff in all areas. ||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We appreciated very much the staff, in all departments. We stayed for four days in Faro and this Hotel is 100% recommended. The friendly reception staff (Joao/s and all others) , they took care of our needs and helped in all situations. The friendly staff in the restaurant (Paulo as well as all others) as well. Stayed here at the beginning of December! What can I say!! An amazing experience from start to finish- the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was beautiful with a balcony and super shower. Also complimentary soft drinks in a mini fridge. The location is so central to everything and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Thoroughly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is faultless. They clearly recruit well and then train all to achieve high standards of care. Great enthusiasm from the team when we asked for foodie recommendations - loved that! Have never witnessed such a hardworking housekeeping team. Room spotless. Breakfast was good quality and stations kept very clean and tidy. Mix of à la carte and continental buffet. Special mentions to Ricardo, Joana, Henrique & Jorge.

This hotel is amazing. The property is very clean and super modern. This was our second time staying here. When we arrived at our room, they had a hand written note and a bag of cookies. The rooms are nicely set up, and the bathroom is huge. Plenty of water in the room. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My only con is the location. You need to keep in mind that it is locked by pedestrian walk ways, so it is not accessible by car directly. You will need to walk a brief distance to get to the hotel. The attached restaurant by the lobby Nero Forno is a great choice. I am doing a separate review on just them. English widely spoken. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely stay here again.

First of all this hotel is beautiful with contemporary design and a color palette from the earth of Portugal. The lobby, the restaurant, the rooftop pool and cafe + the spa are warm and welcoming. | The rooms are spacious and feature city views from cozy balconies. Best bed and pillows in Portugal. We are happy that the breakfast had many gluten free options including a great GF pizza crust. The spa and rooftop pool are luxurious and well designed.| Of course all this would not matter without the amazing staff and obvious training and attention to detail. Loved loved loved our stay.

We loved this hotel. It's stylish and relaxed. Staffed by a team of professional, helpful, knowledgeable, engaging staff who did everything to make our stay special. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. I would happily return on another occasion.
