"4 Pines Brewing Company One of the pioneers of the Sydney craft beer scene, 4 Pines opened in 2008 in a space that overlooks the shores and famous Norfolk pine trees of Manly Beach—one of the city's dreamiest locations for a brewery. The upstairs brewpub serves the whole 4 Pines range of natural beers, which includes a hefeweizen, Kölsch, pale, amber, bitter, stout, IPA, and the Keller Door (a small-batch seasonal release that intends to challenge the beer industry). Order a tasting flight to determine your favorite. The brewery also offers a full menu of not-so-typical pub grub and operates a downstairs bunker for more innovative food and drink pairings. Great hospitality and an eclectic atmosphere (especially at sunset). Catch me in there seven days a week getting a Red Pub Soda from Corey (served with a smile), then a Peach Iced Tea from Jack, coming with a free high five. Then a Japanese Lager from Louise, with a warmth that instantly makes you feel like a regular. Aaron will be there to clear your glasses with banter, a laugh, and a smile that’s unbeatable. Get yourself down to this establishment sooner rather than later — or you’re missing out on your new regular. If I could associate the pub with a song it would be A Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay. Doesn’t that say it all.

A great pub, wicked trendy staff and so many good drinks. The food is also fantastic and the house rosé is delicious which makes me very happy. The beer range is amazing and very well priced for such a good location. I go so often that my parents were a bit concerned, but I took them and they loved it and fears reduced. Me and a few mates occasionally take a friends dog for a walk as an excuse because we secretly want to go to the pub, and it’s a real treat. It gets pretty busy but the staff are amazing and keep the pints flowing and people very happy. They also promote their free water station to keep us healthy. The balcony section is excellent for people watching. A plethora of sights from the city slickers returning home from a boozy lunch, to the awkward first date moments we all don’t enjoy experiencing but enjoy watching. Also the occasional beautiful sunset enhanced with a delicious beverage. The nitro stout is a firm favourite and the lemon squash is the perfect gateway drink if the dust hasn’t settled from the day before but you still want to have a lovely time. My friends also really love the Japanese lager and the new world pale ale. In summary, I love it and if you are in manly you have to visit.

We tried beers and a fish and chips. They offer 12 beers on tap along with other alcoholic brewed beers and drinks. The brewery offers a non- alcoholic beer that was okay. Good fish and chips, service and a nice view seating outside.

Excellent works chaps 🤙. A pub so good you’ll swear the tap sings. Come from one, stay for 10. Once you are served by Georgia, Aaron, Jack, Lina and Corey (the fabulous 5 if you will), you won’t be able to leave and you won’t want to. See you 12 sharp tomorrow for my daily 4 pines fix. Got fired from my last job because I kept asking my boss if I could go for 5 or 6 lunch beers. Best Pub in I’ve been to in Australia.

Took the wife and kids (11 and 13) here for the first time and absolutely loved it. At first, I wasn’t sure. Let’s be real, it’s not the prettiest place, and I was a bit skeptical. But then I reminded myself it’s a pub, not a fine dining spot. Once I got past that, we ordered a mix of dishes. The steak, burgers, and salads were spot on. Way better than a lot of high-end restaurants I’ve been to. Super impressed. Just keep in mind you’ll need to place your order at the bar. Prices were really reasonable for what you get, which was a nice surprise. Only downside was parking. Street parking is pretty limited, but there are Wilson and other local car parks nearby. At the time of writing this, we paid $20 for 4 hours, which wasn’t too bad. Overall, a solid experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Been there for the first time. The place was cozy but atmosphere as really amazing. Its a small brewery but wonderful to have some chats with friends and drink. They have tasting beer and you can choose from different variants. And while they serve, they even let you the which one’s are the soft and hard with receipt of drinks simultaneously. The food runner ladies were very friendly. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the sunset. Overall my experience was wonderful. Might visit their very soon.
