Stunning Architecture, many beautiful shops and coffeeshops, the place is a piece of art by itself, and the metro conveniently stop right underneath. The outside, where the 9/11 memorial is, was amazing as well except for the sad feeling about all the victims that lost their lives there.Unfortunately I didn’t have time to visit the upper floors during my short visit to New York, but definitely it will be on my to-do list when am back to NY !!

PROS: •One of the few places you can visit to convince yourself not to dump NYC and move to Florida. •Fantastic views. The One World Observatory elevator ride is mind blowing. CONS: Can't afford any of the NYbits rental listings I can see from One World Observatory..

Absolutely beautiful So many stores and cute places to take pics. The gelato section is my favorite. It’s spacious and face mask is required to enter.

The 29th floor is a nice shared office space. A bit pricey but still good. I had a Covid deal and it was the best at that time. But I left when they raised rent.

Spectacular view and modern building. Port authority building so security is high but a lovely place to work.

Yelp
I am campaigning "Four World" peace. It's not working. I just miss the old buildings honestly. Yeah these can be beautiful if you catch them from the right angle in the right light like I just did but I still really miss the old ones and I'm always going to miss the old ones.

Yelp
Upon entering the lobby you will be in a huge wide open marbled space. After checking in and you proceed to the elevators you will notice floor to ceiling moving art. The scenes constantly change from a waterfall to trees etc. Beautiful! This particular nite I was headed to the 68th fl which is an event space in the building. WOW! & WOW! The view was stunning and totally picture worthy. The space itself is huge and versatile. Could be used for all types of events. I cant wait to attend another event here.

Yelp
4 world trade is also known as 150 Greenwich St. Great views, modern facilities. A variety of businesses are hosted here. Building security is good with check in required for guests. But the elevators. The badge allows you access to the floor you are going to. If you get off on the wrong floor you need to go back to the lobby and then get on the correct elevator to go back to the floor. Complex for first time visitors.
