The view is very nice and I enjoyed a quiet afternoon tea, sunset into the night. Tea/drink quality is very good. However, the food was .. substandard compare to other elements. I enjoyed the view and would recommend if you are looking for a wonderful lookout and quiet afternoon in such a busy city. I enjoy visiting different lookout buildings where ever I go. This one ☝️ is a good choice.

An exceptional afternoon tea experience with a breathtaking view over Osaka. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, and every item was beautifully presented and delicious, with a perfect balance between sweet and savory. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making the moment even more special. A truly memorable experience! Especially when shared with someone dear to you.

Jaw dropping architectural design ❤️. Came for afternoon tea and the experience was very nice. Great staff. Food was good but not spectacular. Choices of teas were limited. The view of the city is breathtaking.

Incredible view - I’ve traveled around the world and the rooftop view at night is the most beautiful I’ve seen thus far. Great service, dessert and smoothie drinks are pretty good, nothing spectacular but above average desserts. Expensive. Great live music intermittently

Very relaxed bar with nice views, especially during sunset. Service is exceptional!! Better to invest the money in a drink than as entrance fee to other viewing platfotms in Osaka 😉

The restaurant offers great afternoon tea set with very beautiful views, but reservations are required. Please arrange your reservation in advance, as it will be difficult to secure a seat on your scheduled date.

Amazing view of Osaka with a relaxed ambience. Service was not so great, we were told we had until 8:30 at our table as they said they were fully booked out, 8:30 rolled around and there was over 20 tables still empty with the place Clearing as the night went on. Waiter was very blunt and rough. Drinks were as expected very expensive, which wouldn’t be an issue if the service was up to par. In the ends it’s a nice place to wind down to have a cocktail and enjoy the views, shame about the service.
