You can do so much better. Trust me. I'm surprised that people give this place anything above two stars. The units are overpriced for what you get. The communal areas are cleaned irregularly, and Management changes with the frequency that most people change their underwear. The current management company is Redside Partners, and they're not interested in maintaining the building or keeping residents. The Community Manager makes no effort to hide the fact that she hates her job. The neighborhood is convenient and safe, and is the only thing that makes this place even remotely worth its rent. But homelessness is a big problem in the area (like all of Seattle), and homeless people have camped in the community areas of the building because the security sucks. If you're thinking about this place because you're low on money, the City of Seattle offers all kinds of programs that can bring the cost of your rent and utilities down. Check those out first.

A great place to call home, right in the middle of Capitol Hill! Super close to local shops & eateries, this place has a modern feel & rooftop view. The on-site manager (Dianna) does an awesome job of addressing issues & keeping tenants informed.

I've been here since May and I'm mostly happy with it. All my complaints would apply to any other place in Seattle at the same price point. (I've lived in three other Seattle apartment complexes over the last 16 years.) It's true that the units are very small, but that's exactly what I was looking for. I'm alone, the only time I spend at home is either at my computer, in the shower or sleeping. I can entertain guests in one of the shared kitchens if anybody ever deigns to visit me. The construction is not high quality, but it gets the job done. The water pressure is low (for efficiency, I'm sure) but it's good enough. The only time I've heard my neighbors has been when my windows have been open. Their accessibility accommodations are terrible but I'm sure they'd step it up if anyone with a requirements asked them to. Because that's the law, of course. I don't know why the two one star reviews are so low. To me one star should be "I had to hire a lawyer," or "they killed my dog." Based on the text supplied I would call them two or three star reviews. Also if anyone else living here wants to hang out, I'm in H201 and my schedule is pretty flexible. :)

I just moved to Seattle and Footprint Eleventh was a great choice for me! The location is incredible! Just walking distance to the year-round farmers market on Broadway, great restaurants, coffee shops, and hangouts everywhere! It's located in a quiet neighborhood with a great sense of community and very close to some nice parks. Maintenance and management is also very helpful and prompt.

I had a fast move out from my e-flat in Redmond and back to Cap Hill. With tight scheduling to coordinate the move out from one place and into a new place on the Hill fast approaching I googled apartments to rent in the 98102 area. My old stomping grounds. I was lucky enough to run across redsidepartners listing for a unit at their New Eleventh location. Perfectly situated 4 blocks from the QFC supermarket, Urban Outfitters, and the old Gold's Gym (Now Pacific NW Fitness), it was the logical choice. The rent was below market for a loft. And the location was not on busy 12th ave or very busy broadway. An easy 4 block walk to the Cap Hill lite rail station. Perfect for those icy, snowy February's that we have been getting. I reached out to Redside Partners through their website and was given clear instructions on what to do over the internet by the manager Diane. Within 48 hours I had secured a home to move to and had everything "zipped up". If Diane had not answered my texts and emails at all hours of the day or night, I don't think I would have been able to do this as fast as I was able to. Hat's off to Redside Partners who hired Diane who answered my texts when I got nervous at 732PM about the move.

The apartment manager Dianna, was very pleasant an easy to talk to. She was very prompted on scheduled appointments to view the apartment available and communication to sign the lease was very responsible on getting the lease easily with very little wait time for responding.

Just no. The location is pretty nice and so does the inside I give that. But that onsite manager I talked to today . Nope! It is you’re responsibility to show where everything is at and not tell the person this is there and that (whilst pointing to wherever that is). She had a bad attitude— woman are you in a damn hurry and can’t be bothered show me what is available. She was like well I don’t want to waste time if you aren’t interested in the loft— where you have to go up and down the ladder everyday to get to your bed. If I would pay $1200-1250 for a micro apartment. I would go somewhere else better yet get a 1 bdrm and yes I have seen better . 🙄Sheesh! She seriously worked my nerves.

Dianna, provide a very detail tour and took time to answer all questions. She made you feel like you were already a part of the community. She is an excellent property manager. Lillie Brinker
