Location convenient if looking for something close to the station, but felt unsafe the whole time with people loitering. The attendant was on a personal call and we had to finish before she gave us any attention. Was directed to our room where we had to use a back elevator, it felt sketchy. Don’t be fooled by the photos- Upon arrival the room was dirty and gave an eerie vibe. It does not look anything like the pictures shown. We immediately booked another hotel and checked out. Would not ever come back or recommend this hotel.

The hotel *looks* like the obvious choice for anyone who wants something basic and close to the train station. Its additionally quite new. I just want those who think that this ticks all the boxes to know that there can also be some drawbacks. I often think that 'new' and 'modern' also implies clean and well 'put-together', but this hotel is the perfect example of that not allways being the case. The showerheads were dirty enough for us not wanting to shower there. The mini-refridgerator by the bed didnt seem to work at first, but I just had to uncover what turned out to be an extremely dusty backside of the fridge to plug it in. The WC had two flush buttons, the smaller one didn't work. The power outlets close enough to the bed for me to charge my phone were also placed right on the back bedboard or whatever the term is, meaning that subtle headmovement would be enough for the phone charger to pop out (atleast with the charger I had, but even with better chargers I assume noone likes to bump into a phone charger right by your pillow). The paint in the bathroom was chipping off. The TP holder was screwed into the drywall or smtn and falling out of it. The doors are very thin. I assume there is more to note here as well. Looking back at it I guess the showerheads were the only "real" problem in regards to cleanliness. Otherwise things did look clean, and very modern. The AC was a bit noisy but worked great. Nothing really to note regardig service. I guess it was OK. Though one reseptionist obviously looked at me typing my card PIN code and laughed at it or something.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Milan because of its location. We had an early morning tour the next day which left from the piazza a block away. The young woman that greeted us when we arrived was very nice and helpful. The room itself was fairly clean, but bare bones, with no pictures on the walls or other adornment. It was a good size for a two-night stay, but it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. There was also no soap in the room and my husband had to go ask for it at the front desk.

Great location right around the corner from the Milano Centrale rail station; quiet, clean rooms; excellent breakfasts at reasonable prices. The rooms could use some attention -- the shower control plate on our room had come away from the wall, the sink faucet one-handle control was sticky, and the walls of our room could have used some paint touch-up. But the bathroom bidet is a nice touch, the beds are comfortable, and the window curtains effectively blacked out the room, making sleeping in past sunrise easier.

Similar to other low ratings, this was a severely disappointing experience and if it wasn’t for the fact that this was a quick night stay on the way to our main location, we would’ve found a different hotel. It seems we were one of the ‘lucky ones’ that got a room in the newer wing, but it’s only the renovated appearance that gives it a feeling of newness. It was the type of place where I had to stop myself from looking too closely or I’d never be able to sleep. The toilet seat looked like they got it used from the dump, the shower has mold caked in ever corner, there was no hand soap, various items in the room looked like they had never been cleaned. The location to the train station is ideal and if you are someone that truly doesn’t care, this is probably fine, but this is not a 3 star hotel.

The worst hotel experience ever! Our room is on the 7th floor of the old wing. The room is so small that only one suitcase can be opened inside the room. But the worst things are: the air conditioner was not working. Only one wall light was working, others were not, the room was so dark. Then we wanted to call the reception to get help, guess what? The reception button on the phone was not working neither! We went down to reception for help, he said all rooms were full and not able to change the room for us and would change room for us tomorrow. But of course we could NOT stay in the room so dark and hot in this Milan Summer!! At last, we can change to the room in new wing, every thing is fine then. But we definitely will not return to this hotel and please consider twice before booking.

Clean, comfy and well located hotel. Nothing special really but exactly what we needed for a couple of days sight seeing in Milan. Very easy to get to from the airport and close to the station for trains to other cities.||Really nice breakfast and friendly staff

EDIT: after speaking with the front desk staff for a while they ended up switching the room for us. Make sure when booking you explicitly ask for one of their newly renovated rooms. After getting the new room everything was perfect! *********************************** Good location, friendly staff so far. Room is abysmal. I do not want to spend the next 3 days here. The door frame to the room is partially falling off the wall, literally. When I pull on the door the frame lifts from the wall! The headboard of the bed is covered in some sort of marks (ew). The walls are filthy! Watermarks all over the shower walls (hasn’t been cleaned!). Paint spilled on the floor, thick layer of dust under the window (hasn’t been cleaned in weeks probably). Not to mention near the vent as soon as you walk in the door is clearly water damaged and likely has mold.

Yelp
Do not book with this hotel in spite of its location to the train station. I booked a one-night stay for Sept 18-19 back in February. I even re-confirmed with them in August. Today, less than 10 days before our trip I received a cancellation notice along with a second email that a refund is being processed. No explanation and no apologies. Emails and phone calls were met with no response. Checked availability for my same dates and it is sold out. My guess is they sold my room for a higher price as it will be Milan Fashion Week. Absolutely shameful!

Yelp
We stayed here for a night in May 2022, and it's a very modern hotel compared to others in the area. Glass touch screens, personalized TV remote, and it's immediately next to the train station. Just keep in mind to ask the front desk to turn on the air conditioning for the room, we were pretty confused

Yelp
43 Station Hotel was our first and last night during our 12 day trip to Italy and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Conveniently located close to the Central Rail Station the hotel has undergone significant renovation and has become a clean very nice place to stay. Rooms are good size, not huge but plenty big and has a modern look. Bathroom is also good size, also renovated with new fixtures. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast room is large, a lot of tables available and the breakfast buffet was very good. Besides eggs and bacon there is an assortment of breads, sweets (pastries), various yogurts, meats cheeses etc. Also plenty of coffee from a modern cappuccino machine. The staff at the front desk were helpful and check in and out was fast and easy. 43 Station Hotel is a good choice for a clean modern hotel in Milan.

Yelp
Great place to stay. Clean, modern and newly updated. Our room was relatively large with big windows, comfy beds and a large contemporary bathroom. Breakfast was great; good and plentiful food - only complaint was watery coffee from a machine. Friendly staff, and you can check in as early as 14:00. If you have to check out early they will store bags for you for free. For the money this place is terrific and the location is primo: two minute walk to the train station and cab stand (taxi to Duomo ~ €10) or Sondrio subway stop is 5 min walk with direct train to Duomo.

Yelp
Excellent experience with 43 Station Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless clean and well stocked with everything needed. Very close to the Milano Centrale train station and several good ristorantes and grocery shops close by. I will definitely be staying again.

Yelp
Amazing new hotel. Great service and amenities. We loved the modern elements and clean and beautiful features to the rooms and building. Staff was very accommodating.
