Decent hotel in a good location. The room was very clean and comfortable. They changed towels everyday and they were cleaning the room as well. We had some issues with the air conditioning but in general the room was warm and I would come back. Excellent staff. Kind receptionists, lovely staff in the restaurant, the guy with the glasses working during breakfast always smiled and made us feel welcomed. Even the cleaners were very polite. They made the experience unique.

We stayed for two nights mostly because the location is very comfortable. 2 min walk to airport transfer and 5 min to train station. But the rooms were a bit disappointing... The heating hardly worked and hot water at the shower was not hot enough. The personal was rude at check-in and gave a negative impression. The facilities were mostly missing. Water cooler was on 2nd and 4th floors, but only one worked. No tea or water in the rooms, and you can't find any in the all hotel. Overall, stay only if you must be near the train station area.

For those who can, avoid this hotel—it’s extremely filthy; they can’t even serve you with two matching wine glasses. In short, this place simply can’t be called a hotel. The floor is very dirty, the provided amenities are lacking, and there’s hardly any water in the fridge. You won’t even find any water supplied in the room. Simply put, if you can, don’t go there. The walls were damp and moldy—the room was extremely filthy.

Terrible experience! The place was incredibly dirty, the walls were crumbling, the bathroom was moldy, and the shower door was broken. The room had no basic equipment—not even a glass, let alone a kettle. The bed linen and towels smelled bad, and there were black hairs everywhere, even though I have blonde hair. We were traveling with a small child and arrived in the evening, but otherwise, we wouldn’t have stayed here at all. Everything was filthy, and it felt more like a poor-quality campsite than a hotel. We absolutely hated staying here.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! The photos are not what they show! Everything old, and the rooms smells bad! The shower is cold and there are no blankets and mattress terrible. the room is not so hot for no blanket so we were cold! Called the reception and they said that they could not do anything- the water is normally cold and the max temperature for the room is 24C remembering that we are in the winter! Could not take a shower, tried to shower my kids but they were shriveling! We had a 4 days stay but had to move hotels and they didn’t refund neither response to any of my emails Terrible experience- would never recommend

We booked this hotel due to the location as we were arriving in Milan by train, for an overnight stay on our way home, plus the reviews seemed ok. Sadly our experience did not live up to that of others. Our room was on the second floor overlooking an inner courtyard garden. The room was nice and quiet and the bathroom looked like it had been refurbished as it had a walk-in shower and modern fittings. The bedroom itself looked very worn and was in dire need of decorating, the walls were covered in black marks and the wall behind the clothes hangers had been badly repaired. The bed linen was clean but the carpet looked very grubby. If we hadn’t been so tired after a long day travelling we would have definitely asked to change rooms. However, our friend’s room was equally dismal and if anything was even worse than ours as they looked out over a car park and the bathroom hadn’t been modernised. The shower was over the bath and the grout/sealant was mouldy. |The breakfast was plentiful but was let down by the use of plastic cutlery and paper cups for our coffee and juice. |On a positive, all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, particularly on reception. They gave us an excellent recommendation for our evening meal.|I would definitely look elsewhere if we return to Milan. The worst hotel of our three week trip.

In this hotel, one of the staff stole money from the safe. When I returned to my room in the evening, I could not open the safe with my password. The password was broken. Then I called the administrator and she opened it with her key. When I counted the money, it turned out that some of it was missing. I told the administrator, but she did not care. She said that she could not help. Then I contacted the police, reported it, but unfortunately, because of my flight, I did not have time to go to the police to write a statement. Be careful in this hotel. Or better yet, look for a more reliable place. And there are big problems with cleanliness.

Very very close to the Milano Centrale Station, literally a minute or two away. It’s perfect for my small family. We love a firm pillow and bed, we got a really great sleep after it! There’s also a lovely cafe just outside for some croissants and coffee if you don’t want to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Yelp
Do not book with this hotel in spite of its location to the train station. I booked a one-night stay for Sept 18-19 back in February. I even re-confirmed with them in August. Today, less than 10 days before our trip I received a cancellation notice along with a second email that a refund is being processed. No explanation and no apologies. Emails and phone calls were met with no response. Checked availability for my same dates and it is sold out. My guess is they sold my room for a higher price as it will be Milan Fashion Week. Absolutely shameful!

Yelp
We stayed here for a night in May 2022, and it's a very modern hotel compared to others in the area. Glass touch screens, personalized TV remote, and it's immediately next to the train station. Just keep in mind to ask the front desk to turn on the air conditioning for the room, we were pretty confused

Yelp
43 Station Hotel was our first and last night during our 12 day trip to Italy and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Conveniently located close to the Central Rail Station the hotel has undergone significant renovation and has become a clean very nice place to stay. Rooms are good size, not huge but plenty big and has a modern look. Bathroom is also good size, also renovated with new fixtures. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast room is large, a lot of tables available and the breakfast buffet was very good. Besides eggs and bacon there is an assortment of breads, sweets (pastries), various yogurts, meats cheeses etc. Also plenty of coffee from a modern cappuccino machine. The staff at the front desk were helpful and check in and out was fast and easy. 43 Station Hotel is a good choice for a clean modern hotel in Milan.

Yelp
Great place to stay. Clean, modern and newly updated. Our room was relatively large with big windows, comfy beds and a large contemporary bathroom. Breakfast was great; good and plentiful food - only complaint was watery coffee from a machine. Friendly staff, and you can check in as early as 14:00. If you have to check out early they will store bags for you for free. For the money this place is terrific and the location is primo: two minute walk to the train station and cab stand (taxi to Duomo ~ €10) or Sondrio subway stop is 5 min walk with direct train to Duomo.

Yelp
Excellent experience with 43 Station Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless clean and well stocked with everything needed. Very close to the Milano Centrale train station and several good ristorantes and grocery shops close by. I will definitely be staying again.

Yelp
Amazing new hotel. Great service and amenities. We loved the modern elements and clean and beautiful features to the rooms and building. Staff was very accommodating.
