46a | apart'hôtel

This was my second time staying at "46a | apart'hôtel". I really enjoyed it there. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need: a tea kettle, a Nespresso machine, cutlery, utensils, pans and pots. There is a fridge and a stove so cooking is easy (beleive me it is much cheaper to cook yourself than to go to the restaurant in Lausanne). The hotel has their own gym and sauna, which is (together with the closeness to the lake) yet another advantage. With all the above being said, I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Lausanne.

The hotel is positioned in the affordable segment and it delivers on its promise. Staff has been incredibly friendly. Self-checkin during outside hours. Well equipped kitchenette with regular Nespresso machines (pic may show pro version). Self-laundry available in neighbouring building. Rooms could be noisy but I was lucky enough to have a room in top floor and to quiet rear side, which was good location. The restaurant got closed, which did not affect me. Short walking distance to the lake and walkable to Ouchy passing by IMD. A bit of a walk into oldtown but also public transport will do their job. Thank you hotel 46a for 3 weeks of hospitality.

Really good value, especially in a town that charges €8 for a baguette! Very clean rooms, very quiet and easy to access. Olga was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to everyone who doesn't want to pay the silly prices in central Lausanne!

Very nice apartment. Easy to get there and beautiful view. Great for a family.

Easy to find, great location down by the lake. One bed apartment was clean, well stocked - everything worked. Staff were friendly and responsive. Met all of my needs for two night stay.

I use this place whilst working in Lausanne. It’s in the perfect spot for me to hop on a bus to the IOC office. Alternatively, when the weather permits, right across is the Lake and a 20 min walk to work. The little kitchen area is great. As I don’t like eating out alone, I can cook simple meals in the room. Finally, a quick mention for the reception staff. I rarely see them as I’m out early and back late, but when I do they are super friendly and welcoming.

Nice 3-star hotel, it was clean and the room got what I expected with iron, coffee maschine og nice beds. Also a clean and relatively spacious fitness room.

For two nights on a quick pass through it was fine. Clean and easy to reach.||A few things to note:|- virtually no service as said: a juice+ croissant+coffee breakfast took over 20 min to get fully served|- Wi-FI did connect, but did not convey any data. As there was no one there, difficult to complain (and naturally I needed it between 23-07)|- sending ID by email is a scary proposal, could also send by encrypted messages at request
