For two nights on a quick pass through it was fine. Clean and easy to reach.||A few things to note:|- virtually no service as said: a juice+ croissant+coffee breakfast took over 20 min to get fully served|- Wi-FI did connect, but did not convey any data. As there was no one there, difficult to complain (and naturally I needed it between 23-07)|- sending ID by email is a scary proposal, could also send by encrypted messages at request

I use this place whilst working in Lausanne. It’s in the perfect spot for me to hop on a bus to the IOC office. Alternatively, when the weather permits, right across is the Lake and a 20 min walk to work. The little kitchen area is great. As I don’t like eating out alone, I can cook simple meals in the room. Finally, a quick mention for the reception staff. I rarely see them as I’m out early and back late, but when I do they are super friendly and welcoming.

The reception lady gets 5 stars plus, so welcoming, so efficient, so friendly. Extraordinary! We thank her very much, it renders the stay to great value. Safe & affordable parking in front of the building is also very noteworthy and convenient - so close to the city center. The rooms are very quiet.

Overall a great option with the apart-hotel model. During our stay the internet wifi was not stable and when available very slow. There may be a problem with the configuration but on weekends there is no staff.

Breakfast service was incredibly slow. Wi-Fi was well connecting, but had NO throughput ie was useless as it did not bring even messages or email headers!

Both the hotel and the café in the basement are absolutely recommended. Directly next to the lake in a familiar environment, it is a great place to stay in Lausanne.

So it's yet another irresponsible "hotel" runner. The check-in time is quite limited and you need to get a password from them if the front desk is closed. It's not unusual if it's an apartment/airbnb. That said, the host never answer my mail after I paid the bill. When I ask questions in person, it looks like I owe them thousands of dollars. What's more, the wifi connection in my room is a joke. The shampoo looks cheap. Would recommend prepare your own. Outlets are few.

Well this was a little disappointing to be honest. We arrived as couple and there were single beds in the room, it was also our 1st wedding anniversary. I contacted them by email, as there is never anyone around to speak to, and received no response so I can safely say that there is no service available at all with this accommodation.||The space was good with a kitchenette and there was plenty of space for us and our 2 dogs. Fortunately we managed to get a parking space outside the front door as when you have 2 dogs and a lot of luggage, parking elsewhere becomes problematic.||The bathroom was a good size but there was a shower curtain around the bathroom - one of my pet hates as they harbour germs and are very unhygienic. ||No air-conditioning and we were on the first floor but I didn't expect the room to be so hot at night. A fan was provided but it was noisy and we ended up having a bad nights sleep. Leaving the window open wasn't an option as the hotel is located on a main road.||It is a good location to reach the park and lake just opposite but it was a long walk from the town centre which is uphill. ||If I stayed in Lausanne again, I would pay more to stay closer to the town centre and in a hotel or aparthotel where there is some sort of service or concierge.
