The IOS Store (49 Clothing)

The little ISO shop was truly suprised me. I have to admit i hate shoping in general, specialy for clothes, but this place was actualy so nice, not just your typical souvenir stop. The staff was amazing, smiling and caring, the kind that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. They have a great selection of really nice clothing, and I was especially impressed to find shirts in XXL sizes that fit perfectly which isn’t always easy to find when traveling. It’s clear they put care into the quality and style of what they offer. Now back in Canada, I wear ISO shirst! I actually have one right now as i'm writing this review... Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the area and want to get a souvenir or just nice clothes.

Love this shop! Always buy something, its good to see new designs each year, however I also think its good to bring back in my luggage, designs no longer available! Makes me smile when asked where I got the top, either on the Islands or mainland! I do have 2 favourite old ones should the owners wish to know, but not until 2023 for sale!😉

Great little shop on St Mary’s with a nice range of clothes and accessories celebrating all things Scillies. I was there for the World Pilot Gig Championships so it was crazy busy but they had good stock and the staff worked their socks off to make sure everyone got the commemorative hoodies and t-shirts they wanted. Sadly one of my purchases was faulty (only noticed once back home) but they accepted it back via post without quibble offering a quick refund to cover the item and return postage…can’t say fairer than that…great communication too. If you visit IoS you need to pop in here for some souvenir clothing!

The absolute staple of an island wardrobe. This one shop is responsible for an iconic part of any Isles of Scilly holiday trip. They do the loveliest Isles of Scilly branded clothing which is immediately recognisable to anybody else who has been and a brilliant conversation starter. Nothing but the best to say about this wonderful place.

Great service. Ordered online on 2 July, arrived on 4 July. The T shirts are very good.

Very poor customer service. Refused to sell an item at the marked price to my 13 year old son. The reasons - it would cost the ship £5 and they didn't have to. Avoid if you can, overpriced and they undervalue their customers.
