Excellent experience! Had flight delays that had us arriving late but Giovanni got us all checked in and got us a late reservation for dinner on a Sunday night. Lovely comfortable room with an excellent shower. Breakfast was great with awesome service from Irene. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in Florence! The location is great – in the embassy district, which feels very safe and comfortable for walking around, and only about 10–15 minutes from the historic center (Santa Maria del Fiore). The hotel itself is stylish and beautifully designed – I especially liked the color scheme of the interiors. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and there’s also a bar available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable. Normally I don’t like climate control systems because they work too strongly, but here the temperature was perfectly balanced. The bathroom was spotless, and the guest cosmetics were of great quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of quality, location, and price. Highly recommend this hotel!

The 4F boutique hotel has 14 rooms tat are all different on the 4th floor of an elegant residential/professional building . We had one of the smaller rooms overlooking the river, which was very pleasant and peaceful. There is a really excellent breakfast of cold cuts that can be supplemented by cooked son request, in a lounge area open to residents throughout the day. Room service is available and laundry too (we did not use either. There is a small lift.||There is a roof terrace with pleasant views over Florence. A great place to spend a quiet time as the sun sets||The 4F is well placed. A 15 minute to the historic center, bus routes nearby, excellent restaurants nearby on both sides of the river, and near the concert hall.

Outstanding boutique hotel in the quiet diplomatic section of Florence. Very helpful and friendly staff, good sized comfortable rooms with an amazing bed and a generous delicious breakfast included. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent location in the west of Florence overlooking the river. The hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is extensive and of a high-quality. We spent six nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the visit would highly recommend.

We only stayed one night but got upgraded to a fabulous river view room. It was nothing short of stunning!! It was like staying in a private palazzo! The staff were also so friendly and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked. Hotel is really centrally located, within walking distance of all the sights. Breakfast was just sublime, with both a buffet and a menu for ordering hot food. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will be back very soon!

Our room was beyond exceptional. Well decorated, spacious, great views, and above all scrupulously clean. That said, the whole hotel was scrupulously clean. The rooftop offers many seating areas and views over Florence. The breakfast can only be described as sumptuous. Location is great, only a 20-minute very easy walk to the many must see sights; railway station; bus station and, of course meeting points if you have booked tours. Restaurants virtually on your doorstep. The managers and staff of 4F Boutique Hotel are very welcoming. You immediately feel like part of their family. We would not hesitate to book again and strongly urge those, who like to stay near the main activities but yet be far enough away so as to return to a quiet relaxing and elegant environment, to do likewise.

Loved the view of the river and comfortable room. A little longer walk to Ponte Vecchio but it’s very close to station and other restaurants places
