4th St Baker

Julian is the best. He's genuine. His products have the finest ingredients and he really leans into quality vs. just dumping in a ton of sugar. His treats taste delicious because he's an exceptional baker who cares about quality. I routinely visit him on Saturdays (Pico Farmer's Market) with my family and we all enjoy a special treat. We also hired him to make cupcakes & banana bread for my daughters birthday party. They were all gobbled up in mere minutes :)

Wow, wow, WOW! I first had the absolute pleasure of experiencing 4th Street Baker’s masterpieces at the Saturday Santa Monica Farmer’s Market in Virginia Park and from the first bite I was hooked! Everything from his brownies, coffee cakes, short bread cookies have been out of this world! Making sure our pantry is stoked with his goodies has become a weekly routine for me. You can truly taste the passion he pours into each tasty treat in every bite. Cheers to you, Julian!

Our favorite baker in LA! We have bought from 4th St Baker nearly every week since we first found Julian at the farmers’ market! So delicious and a master of his craft!!! And to top it all off, Julian is lovely and a joy to see each time we go to the market. Don’t wait—go!!! (And if you need a recc, everything is amazing, but you absolutely cannot beat his Portuguese egg tart. Best I’ve ever had in the US).

Julian is the best baker in town!! Purple sweet sourdough is a bomb. It’s got the softest texture ever! We also love the olive oil cake, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and olive cookies!! You will never be disappointed!!

Julian does the best cakes I had the chance to try in Los Angeles! Everything is just so delicious (especially obsessed with the blondie and brownie)! I highly recommend stopping by if you're at the Farmer's Market, he's now always our first stop there!

I don’t often post reviews but I felt I needed to spread the word on Julian. He is a true master of his craft. Find him and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Citrus olive oil cake is my favorite but everything has been top shelf. I’m thankful he goes to our farmers market

WOW. JUST WOW. I've had the pleasure of trying the chocolate chip, oatmeal and olive cookies. I brought these to a small get together and my entire group of friends raved about them for an hour. They are absolutely incredible. A perfect buttery and crisp cookie and you definitely cannot eat just one (I polished off an entire bag in one night). I can't wait to try other sweet treats as well as that fabulous looking bread! I highly recommend 4th Street Baker!

I have tried several loaves of bread and cookies and they have all been absolutely amazing! I think my favorite flavor to date is cranberry with nuts, but the blueberry, the chocolate, and the Japanese sweet potato are all so delicious we finish the whole loaf in two days. Basically you can’t go wrong! Highly recommend!
