We had the most wonderful night celebrating our friend’s birthday at 500 Degrees Restaurant Parramatta. From the moment we arrived, everything about the evening felt special and truly memorable. The food quality was absolutely outstanding. You can genuinely taste the care and attention that goes into every plate. Each dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, making the entire dining experience exceptional. The dessert was the perfect highlight for a birthday celebration — delicious, indulgent, and beautifully presented. It was a sweet and memorable ending to an already fantastic meal. What truly made the night exceptional was the customer service. Moon and Gayle were incredible throughout the evening. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making sure our friend’s birthday felt extra special. Their professionalism, friendly energy, and attention to detail truly elevated the celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. This is one of the best South African inspired steakhouse in Sydney I've come across. Their menu revolves around top quality melt-in-your mouth steaks & ribs that is cooked over an open flame that locks in the juicy, smokey flavour. For those after a meat feast I recommend the hanger steak & scallops and the beef skewer, both cooked deliciously and great to share with two or more people! Those who love a good appetiser, they also have an incredible selection and I recommend the oysters, slamon crudo and octopus toast, delicious! Located in the heart of Parramarra, this is a must visit!

Dani was so fabulous tonight! She provided one of the best dining experiences for our family with her attentiveness and positive energy. We had been here to dine before and both Himaya and Carmen provided excellent experiences. That’s why we keep coming back for more and the food is amazing! The cocktails are all really yummy too. All the staff are amazing and very attentive! The small things like checking on us and providing us with those ribs bibs made the dining experience so much fun. The flaming steak was so much fun too :) She considered how we had a table of 10 and went above and beyond to help accomodate for us. Dani exudes great energy with her lovely service and I’m very pleased to have her serve us today! Thank you so much Dani again for making our experience so special and my family are super pleased with everything 🩷🙏☺️

Overall amazing! Staff amazing especially Kim who took care of us throughout the evening, had to give her a tip! Got the 4 course meals and majority of it was incredible but they did get abit busy which I'm guessing put them under the pump abit and the did over cook the ribs and one of the steaks. But they very happily took care of it. Service there is beyond amazing. We will definitely be back again!!

The 4 course dining menu (not the lux) served an abundance of food. We ordered the oysters and bone marrow separately. If you're a big eater then its plenty. We were a little concerned if we were going to fit the mains. I think the steaks could be served with salad or something to make it look more presentable on the plate but they were cooked perfectly. We all enjoyed ourselves. Service was on point. Thanks for making mums 75th an enjoyable experience.

We loved our experience at 500 Degrees Restaurant. We tried the oysters, bone marrow, loaded potato skins, rib eye and the flamed T-bone. Everything was packed with flavour and cooked beautifully. Then came dessert which we devoured and it left us wanting more. Great service, luxe atmosphere, and a must-visit for steak lovers. Highly recommend!

We had the Tomahawk steak and it was cooked exactly how we asked — spot on and full of flavour. The staff were attentive and made sure we were well looked after without being over the top. We also loved how they incorporate the steakhouse theme into their cocktails — it’s a fun touch and adds to the whole experience. Overall, a great night out and we’d definitely come back!

Such a beautiful dining experience. Every course was delicious, the presentation was stunning, and the service by Gayle made the night even better. She was so helpful explaining each plate to us & recommending dishes — Truly a place worth visiting. We will definitely be back.
