We had a great experience at 500 Degrees in Parramatta. Mohsin was absolutely fantastic—helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout our visit. The restaurant itself was clean, tidy, and presented very well. We ordered the set menu, and everything was top-notch. The entrees were excellent, the sirloin steaks were cooked to perfection, and the desserts were delicious. Only downside is that the toilets aren't located inside the restaurant, and parking in the area can be inconvenient. That said, the overall experience more than made up for it. We'd definitely return.

What a pleasure dining at 500 steakhouse parramatta, everything I ordered was spot on, my 250g rib eye fillet was cooked to perfection. I got the scollops and salmon crudo it was faultless. And the crispy skin Salmon was another dish to perfection. Our waiter Lockey was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to he made the dining experience amazing. Last of all the dessert the golden egg hit the spot nicely it wasn’t to sweet it was just perfect, those flavours of the mango, chocolate and white chocolate worked so well together. I will definitely be returning to try some of their fabulous other dishes. The price was reasonable also. 10/10 from the service to the food.

Ordered a dry-aged 30-day T-bone, pork ribs with wings, butter candle, and bone marrow. The dry-aged T-bone was $99 and the quality was extremely poor. It tasted like a piece of Chinese salted meat — honestly, I’m not exaggerating. Even a $10 steak from a random diner would taste better than this. Hands down the worst “premium” steak I’ve ever had. All the other dishes were okay. One thing worth praising is the staff — they were friendly, full of smiles, and genuinely attentive to customers’ needs. The two stars are purely for the staff. Steak gets zero stars. 26 Jun I want to reiterate that I have nothing against you or your restaurant — I think you’re doing a great job overall, and your staff were genuinely lovely. However, the steak I had really didn’t feel right, especially considering it was priced at $100. I’ve sent an email to your info@ address with more detailed feedback regarding my experience. I’d appreciate it if you could take a moment to review it. I understand you mentioned giving your restaurant another try. I’m open to that and would appreciate any suggestions or feedback you might have. Looking forward to hearing from you.

We visited 500 degrees to celebrate my dad’s birthday and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The food was amazing, so was the service and atmosphere. I definitely recommend the wagyu carpaccio. The only downside is the time limit on a table, we were rushed towards the end and we barely finished our dessert before they asked us to pay & leave. We understand it wasn’t our servers fault, definitely something the restaurant should maybe rethink, especially with how much money people pay for their food.

I went to 500 Degrees Steakhouse in Parramatta last night to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was absolutely impeccable – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the night feel really special. The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. From start to finish, everything was spot on. A fantastic atmosphere, excellent service, and incredible food – I highly recommend 500 Degrees Steakhouse for any special occasion or just a great night out!

Great place, amazing service, and tasty food. I really enjoyed the unique flavours, especially the butter candle! My friends and I enjoyed our dinner. The best part of the night were the beautifully plated desserts that tasted absolutely divine. Thank you for making my best friend birthday dinner amazing.

First time at 500 Degrees and won't be the last! The food was divine and the steak...best I've had in a long time. Cooked to perfection with a lovely crust on the outside. The vegetables were very tasty and the capsicum relish with the asparagus was to die for! The rosemary potatoes, although yum, were a little bit soggy and could have done with a bit more crunch. Saying that though, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal and it was a great place to have a team work lunch. Oh...and a great wine selection too 🍷

We were there on a Friday night for dinner and it was quite busy. We were looked after by Danni and she was great. She knew the menu back to front, was attentive and made some great suggestions on pairings for our meal. The scotch fillet was delicious, and the bone marrow was phenomenal! Overall was a great meal and wonderful atmosphere.
