Truly a service-driven hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond - welcoming us with warm towels, welcome drinks, and helping with our bags until the moment we left. The restaurant was top tier. Every interaction was filled with genuine friendliness, even when we ordered room service at midnight. The food and cocktails were outstanding, breakfast was delicious, and the mimosas were the perfect touch. The best part? You can walk straight into the mall from the hotel!! Super safe and convenient. A stay that truly exceeded expectations! We will be back 🌟

My wife and I spent 9 nights at the hotel from 17/5 to 26/5/2025. The staff are an example to all hotels around the world. Nothing was too much trouble for them, kind, efficient and proud to be a part of the hotel team. From April at the front door as we arrived to Penny, Ivy and the team in the restaurant, all team members should be congratulated. The room was spotless, the food was first class and the service was excellent. I would recommend 54 on Bath to anyone travelling the Johannesburg.

From the moment we stepped out of the car that brought us from the airport to the hotel, we were treated to the best customer service that I have experienced in 40 years of staying in some of the best hotels in the world. From April the doorman, to the reception desk team we could not have received a better welcome. April then brought our luggage to the room and spent time explaining all of the facilities to make sure that we maximized our enjoyment.|The staff in the restaurant were first class as was the food, the housekeeping staff were kind and thoughtful as well as highly efficient. |We stayed for 9 days so we got a really good idea of the consistency of service and the standard did not waiver. On our last night we sat in the lounge and enjoyed a concert from the wonderful and extremely talented piano player with some vocal support from the reception team, it was a highlight.|Thank you and well done.|Mike Reeves.

I had a wonderful stay at 54 on Bath. The hotel graciously upgraded me to a suite with a great view of central Johannesburg. The suite had a huge sitting area and enormous bathroom. I highly recommend the breakfast, with fruit, pastries, and cooked to order items. The hotel is in a great area with many restaurants and bars and a nice mall and very close to Gautrain. The staff were very attentive and kind. Thank you 54 on Bath.

54 on Bath is a beautiful boutique hotel with large, lovely rooms, plenty of amenities, great food, and amazing staff. I experienced their care and generosity when I experienced a medical emergency. Thank you Madeleine & staff for you exceptional care of us for our extended stay! Highly recommend!

Our tour group spent a night at 54 on Bath in June '25. The hotel is fabulous. Unfortunately, my sister had a medical emergency the morning we were leaving and the hotel staff was so helpful and caring. We had to stay another 2 nights and the hotel was very accommodating and the staff made sure we had whatever we needed and were always checking on us to make sure we were OK. Not enough words to describe how great they were!!

What an amazing experience at Level 4 Restaurant - High Tea hosted by Dermologica, this Women's Day! Friendly staff & ambiance was brilliant! Food & Drinks were delicious! And my word, the pianist...Kudos to him! He is exceptionally talented!

This hotel was chosen for us by Trailfinders for an overnight stop before flying to our next stop. We weren't sure what to expect but it was a lovely stay. Great rooms, comfy beds, helpful staff and the best breakfast of our entire African trip by a mile!|Jo'burg wouldn't be my choice for a vacation, but if you need to stay somewhere safe come here.
