It’s my first time and I loved this place A Fall Salad is A MUST!! It tastes way better than the way it looks, I wasn’t expecting it at all!! Panfried red fresh is a whole different experience ! So good and delicious, the fish is fresh and the seasoning is just perfect Risotto was a disappointment for me, I felt like the salad and the fish raised my standards and then I got shocked by the risotto, I don’t recommend it

I’ve been here more than once and the food is always superb. Last time I was there I had the fried Haddock and the mussels with chorizo - both excellent. On another occasion I had the beef. And at lunch I had one of their rice bowls and house made mozzarella sticks, which were A M A Z I N G. And their cocktail menu was a nice surprise - I enjoyed Spray Tan and Platform shoes. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is approachable. You should try it when you’re in Fredericton.

Update: Still great. Over the years, I've eaten here several times. It is easily the best restaurant in the city. While I do prefer a fancy place where I can wear a suit and tie, I know Fredericton isn't this way. 540 Kitchen always provides incredible food and a nice atmosphere. And this is for the owners, NEVER let you server Jamie (not sure of correct spelling). Tonight, she was easily the best server I've had in Fredericton. Attentive, made sure our glasses were full, friendly and observant. Thanks for a great anniversary meal. Original: What a delicious meal. My brother's steak had a bit too much fat for his liking on it but I had one of the best pork bellies ever. The curry salmon was cooked perfectly and had just enough heat. The burger made with local beef and fries were also fantastic. Chocolate for dessert had so many flavours and textures it was light enough to eat even after all that pork belly.

Service: Dinner Tuesday night, August 20th. Male bartender was spectacular, really great service. Food: A little heavy on the raw carrots, but otherwise food was absolutely killer. Will be back. Great spot .

Great atmosphere and food presentation was great . I'd definitely go back. Staff were friendly and portions were great. I wasn't a huge fan of the steam buns. Wasn't enough flavour for me, but I have higher standards for Asian food. The ceasar salad was delicious!!! Thanks

Jordan was our server and she was so nice and friendly. We were from out of town and she educated us on the town of Fredericton. The food was great and the the drinks on point!!! Washrooms were so clean and very nice looking. We will be back.

One of the best place to eat and have a drink in Fredericton! I went with my girlfriend a few days ago and everything was perfect. We ate on the patio and our server was exemplary. Great choice of beer and they will let you try some if you are unsure on which one to take. The food is amazing and not too pricey. I definitely recommend this place :)
