This building's front door is poorly designed - the handle is next to a sharp metal door frame which can (and did) cause injury. The building's super/management seemed unbothered that a guest to their building got their knuckled sliced open, and said specifically that they weren't going to make any changes. This is my third attempt at a review, which the building apparently doesn't want shared, a bad sign in itself.

Love my home! This is one of the best buildings I’ve lived and visited in my 10+ years in NY. Amazing and caring management team + great 24/7 concierges. Very close to ~10 subway lines. The amenities are fantastic, with a strong amenities/unit ratio. This building has as much well curated amenities as 300+ units. My neighbors are also friendly. You will have the delusion of not being in NY!

These folks are terribly rude. I couldn't open the door to come in and the front desk girl goes "obviously you need to push it harder" like no duh if I could push it harder I would. How about be nice when you see folks carrying luggage and hold the door. What is her job if not to help the people? I didnt require a nasty attitude from someone I didnt speak to nor ask anything of. She is a disgusting individual, if people don't like people they should consider working from home.
