I bought a pair of Karhu shoes from this retailer with the tempting recommendation of the shopkeeper.
Used them casually in urban areas for less than a year and they’re torn so bad that I can only throw them away.
I visited the shop and asked for repair, which they just referred me to manufacturer.
Karhu denied repairing the shoes or reimbursing me.
Getting in touch with the shop and later contacting the customer service was just a disappointment.
Never again the same mistake!!
I cannot believe that a pair of shoes from Karhu, which advertises for durable and high quality shoes, get simply broken sideways!!
Anyhow, I regret that I trusted Karhu’s marketing and shopkeeper’s advice to buy this pair of shoes. It just left me a bad purchase experience.
