It is not a HOTEL. It is hugely overpriced Bed and Breakfast. On our arriving to Rome we were left outside at 10pm with no response on email or telephone calls. Yes, in front of that big door. Luckily for us the next door hotel "SOFIA" had accomodation for one night. Boys helped us as well with our bags. The 66 Imperial INN manager contacted us next day to apologise and send instruction how to get in. It worked with no problem.
Pluses- nice convenient location..
Minuses- pretty poor box breakfast, extremely run down kitchen area with sink full of dirty dishes, not mush soundproof- you can hear easily people talking next room to you as well, we had a family with screaming kids for two nights. Not many power points and no USB charges as well. Shower is tiny, water pressure water pretty low, may be because it is level four high..
Service is from 9 to 12.
