Friday January 11th, around 11pm I had stopped at 7Eleven to get water and cigarettes, I was on the line and I had wait not too much time, when is my turn, I had noticed that the cashier, a big white guy looks upset or uncomfortable, I told him I want to pay the bottles of water and get some cigarettes, I asked for Camel Crush, he told me “no Camel Crush, no Camel Menthol” I said “ok”, I was planning to pay with my credit card and I asked him “are you ok?, you look like upset or I don’t know” he told me “you are taking too much time to decide which cigarettes and there is a line behind you, you should care about it” I told him NO, I don’t care if people must wait like I did, and I consider rude the way how he’s talking to me, he told me that I’m the rude person because I don’t care about the line and also he said “YOU ARE SO SLOW” and he had told me already twice about people on the line behind me, so I started to be “more slow” and I told him “actually I want to buy something else” he told me “why you didn’t think about about before you paid” so I just took my item and I was trying to leave the place and I said “I really hope you will have a better day tomorrow” and he responded “I’m having a better day because you are leaving now”. So, I was trying to play a simple game with this unprofessional and rude person who doesn’t have any idea what it means customer services. I recommend to the Manager to give a training about services to this guy.
