7/11 is famous for being a buzz kill destination. If it weren’t for the sheer number of 7/11 on every corner, people would avoid them at all cost. But since they pretty much overwhelm the gas/ convenience market, we are forced to shop here. The store and its merchandise are never the problem, it’s the workers, who barely comprehend what you’re asking of them. 7/11 is not a high stress top tier job, but these employees some how manage to fumble anyways. This particular location wins the prize for the worst 7/11 I’ve ever entered. Congratulations. Came a long way from the Southland Ice Company. I know Joe Thompson is rolling in his grave right now.

Showed up on 7/11 ready to live my best free Slurpee life… but apparently this 7-Eleven didn’t get the memo. No free Slurpees, no explanation. Just vibes and disappointment. Guess I’ll go hydrate with my tears instead.

I am absolutely disgusted by how my child and I were treated at this 7-Eleven on July 11th — Free Slurpee Day. What was supposed to be a fun, lighthearted outing with my 7-year-old son turned into a deeply upsetting and humiliating experience, all thanks to the hostile and aggressive behavior of the older Indian man (seemed like the manager or owner). We walked in like any other customer, just wanting to participate in the event and possibly grab a few other items. Almost immediately, the man began yelling at us to get out of the store—no explanation, no conversation, just loud, aggressive shouting. My son was so scared and confused, he started bawling his eyes out right there in the store. I’ve never seen him cry like that in public, and it was absolutely heartbreaking. To make matters worse, his employees joined in, speaking rudely and even cursing in Hindi—clearly thinking we wouldn’t understand. The way we were treated was completely uncalled for, hostile, and humiliating. We weren’t even allowed to buy anything else—we were basically chased out like criminals, for doing absolutely nothing wrong. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. It was traumatic for my child, and infuriating for me as a parent. If treating families and children like this is how this location runs its business, they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope corporate takes action, because no one should have to leave a store with their kid in tears over a free Slurpee. Avoid this location at all costs.

I went to this 7-Eleven on July 11th (Free Slurpee Day) with a few of my 14-year-old friends, excited to enjoy the event like everyone else. What should’ve been a fun and simple visit turned into one of the most uncomfortable and aggressive store experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in, the older Indian man (seemed like the owner or manager) started yelling at us aggressively for no reason. We weren’t causing any trouble—we were literally just there for the free Slurpee like everyone else. He kept shouting at us to get out, speaking in a very hostile and threatening tone. At one point, I honestly felt unsafe. His body language and voice made it feel like things could escalate. To make things worse, his employees started cussing at us in Hindi—thinking we wouldn’t understand. But some of us did. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. We didn’t even get the chance to buy anything else—we were forced to leave the store by people who clearly did not want us there. Not only did they ruin a fun moment, they showed complete disrespect and discrimination toward a group of kids who did nothing wrong. This location should be ashamed of how they treated us. If this is how you handle a national promotion meant to bring people together, you don’t deserve the business. Management needs to be held accountable immediately.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the staff today. I came in on Free Slurpee Day — a well-known annual promotion by 7-Eleven — and was denied the offer for no valid reason. When I politely asked about it, the employees became aggressive, cussed me out in Hindi, and kicked me out of the store, refusing to let me purchase anything else either. This wasn’t just bad service — it was blatant discrimination and verbal abuse. There’s no excuse for treating any customer like this, especially over a small, advertised free item. I’ve never felt so humiliated inside a store. I’ll be reporting this location to corporate and filing a complaint. No one deserves to be treated this way. Shame on this store and its employees.

Nice place, usually clean, but when I went there around 1:30 am on my lunch break they were closed with a sign on the door that said "closed until 4am". The hours say 24 hours, so either they need to update them or be open 24 hours.

It is 7/11 day and i took my kid to this location to get a free slurpee and the owner was very rude to me and my 5 year old who was crying because she couldnt get a free slurpee and he kicked me out without letting me buy anything else and was yelling at me and my kid. Hate this place, very awful service. Also were talking in their native language bery hostile.

BEWARE!!!! Their vac and air machines doesn’t work. I spent $4 to find out that the machines doesn’t work. There weren’t any notices at all. When I went in to the store to ask the staff, she said the machines doesn’t work. I said why weren’t there any notices, she said they were taken and 7 Eleven is not responsible for them and is not doing refund. Staff was rude. Come on, someone intentionally take both notices on both machines. Just feel like it’s a scam. How many people have lost money there?

I stop in here periodically to gas up both the car - and for beverage refreshment. Easy, convenient - it's on one of my preferred back routes to and from work. Pull up to the pump, swipe, the fuel card, gas up the car, clean out the car - and go! The City for this address is in flux - Aldie is the old City address - but Stone Ridge is the new City that the area is transitioning to.

There was no wait, the gas fill-up was fast, the kiosk worked fine, the gas rates for supreme was reasonable, and the area was nearly deserted but seemed safe. I always consider it a win when I don't get accosted for money at gas stations. There's only one entrance in and out and to get onto the main road requires being forced to make a right and then a U-turn. If I'm in the area again, I'd choose this gas station.

This guy is a piece of shit. I am waiting patiently at the cashier while this guy sees me and proceeds to do his side task. After 3 mins of waiting, he comes over and stares at me for 30 secs then says aggressively, "Are you ready?" I love 7/11 but I this guy just ruins my day. He normally works night shifts so be ready to see a grumpy man who hates his job.

Most of the time I come here to fill up my car. It's the most convenient gas station as it is near my house. I've been coming here for the past few years and never come across any pumps being out of service. Friendly staff, clean store and good coffee!

Most 711's are very dirty, this one is very very clean. The employees are always nice and quick at what they do. The coffee is amazing in the mornings and they make sure everything looks clean.

Nice (decently) low priced gas. Clean store. Quick service. All the usual 7 Eleven stuff. Sometimes the hot stuff is a bit dry/overcooked. That's also to be expected. Good drink selection.

Meh, its 7-Eleven. Its clean and the staff is kinda friendly. Food here is blah, but when its late and everything is closed and you're hungry, beggers can't be choosers.

I'm used to 7-11 stores being dirty with poor selection. This place is clean, employees are nice, and I get in and out fast. Gas prices competitive. Turn in can get a little hairy during rush hour. And air machines seem to always be broken.
