Dining at 7 Mehmet was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the incredible sea views—whether you're seated inside, upstairs, on the open or covered terrace, the scenery is absolutely stunning. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, spread across two stories with thoughtfully designed spaces that enhance the overall experience. The service was top-notch: attentive, efficient, and warm without being overbearing. They even offered blankets once the evening breeze picked up—a small but thoughtful touch that really stood out. The bathrooms were spotless, reflecting the same care and attention shown throughout the restaurant. Now, the food is absolutely phenomenal. This is authentic Turkish cuisine at its finest, and I couldn’t stop ordering. Every single dish was a hit: from the lofte, lamb, and chicken to the tenderloin, and that fava bean appetizer with fried onions—each plate was beautifully prepared and packed with flavor. And the desserts? A dream. The goat milk pistachio ice cream, baked rice pudding, and pumpkin dessert were the perfect finish. They were also very accommodating of gluten-free allergies, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. Yes, it's popular for a reason, so I’d highly recommend making a reservation. From ambiance and food to service and views, everything was flawless. I’m already looking forward to going back—this is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a 5-star Turkish dining experience in Antalya.

Honestly, I am so disappointed in this place. I made a special reservation here as it was my last night in Turkey and had researched what I thought would be a fabulous dining experience with a spectacular view. Alas, I was woefully disappointed. While the restaurant itself boasts decent views, they are clouded by a perpetual cloud of smoke from everyone smoking and contaminating your food. Service was poor. The hostess had an attitude from the second we arrived and when we asked to be reseated, mere moments after first sitting, because the smoke was so intoxicating it was causing me to cough, she increased her attitude ten fold. It took us over 15 minutes to finally be served - and while the server did bring us our food, he never checked on us or asked us if we needed anything else. I wish I could say the food was good, but it was mediocre at best with nothing being seasoned. My salad still had massive, bitter stalks on the greens making it too tough and bitter to eat. If you’re looking for a nice view, you could perhaps consider this location for a sunset drink but I would highly discourage dinner or spending any meaningful amount of time here.

I went to 7 Mehmet in Antalya and had high expectations. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant itself looked very fancy. The setting suggested a fine dining experience. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. The presentation was plain and uninspired, which really clashed with the upscale atmosphere. It felt like very little thought was put into how the dishes were served. For a restaurant that looks this refined, the food should reflect the same level of care and detail. Overall, it was style over substance. Great location, but the food did not come close to justifying the prices or the reputation. I left disappointed and would not return.

For 2 people we paid aroound 120 dollars (2 main dishes 1 dessert). They also include a 10% tip (by themselves). outdoor seating was BEAUTIFUL but unfortunately it was to hot to sit outside

Nice to dine at one of the oldest restaurants in the city. Impressed that they have so many items on the menu can still execute them well. We especially enjoyed the köfte in the tomato sauce and the rice with bergamot and pineapple. It can be quite busy, and it seems like all the servers are always rushing off somewhere, so it can seem a bit frantic. The view outside is nice though especially during the evening. Glad we came!

Perched gracefully with sweeping views of the sea and lush greenery, 7 Mehmet offers a fine dining experience that beautifully marries elegance with culinary excellence. The ambiance is both refined and inviting — perfect for a memorable evening. The menu boasts a thoughtfully curated selection of juices, starters, mains, and desserts, each crafted with care. The lamb tendir was a standout — tender to the point of melting — while the beef steak was cooked to perfection and rich with flavor. Every dish was a delight. Service was impeccable; our server Mr. Mustafa was attentive, very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered helpful guidance in navigating the menu. 7 Mehmet is a true gem, where every detail speaks of quality and passion.

The location is beautiful and the food was good. We ordered the lamb chops & lamb shish & the pumpkin dessert to share. We were told the lamb shish would come with mashed potatoes and rice but when it arrived, we got fries and rice, which isn't a big deal but we weren't informed of the change. Our newly opened water bottle was dropped and smashed by our waiter but we were still charged for the full bottle. We were sat outside on the deck but there isn't a dedicated smoking section, so as a non-smoker this was a bit disappointing as the tables are quite close together and there were quite a lot of smokers around. The service was very chaotic, which is generally understandable for a busy restaurant but considering this is an upmarket restaurant, I expected more organisation from the staff and better service overall. There was no ambience considering the price. Overall this place is over hyped and I feel like your hard earned money could be spent elsewhere.

Google
TLDR; A restaurant with a view, good hostesses, and very mediocre overpriced food and service. Description I will share my impressions of visiting this restaurant with you so that you can make your own decision about it. It was relatively hot on the day of our visit (31 degrees Celsius), and the lobby was pleasantly cool, with friendly and helpful hostesses. When our table was ready, we were shown to our seats. We were not brought a menu and had to get it ourselves. No one approached us for the first fifteen minutes. My request to call a waiter to order at least some drinks to cool off from the heat outside was ignored. When the waiter finally approached us, it turned out that many items on the menu were unavailable (for example, only three of the nine soups were available). We had to adjust our order. Our order was (Tripe Soup (€10) + Fried Floured Liver (€12) + 7 Mehmet salad (€10) + Turkish Fettuccine with calmar and shrimps (€25) + Shrimp in Guvec (€35)) + 10% service fee (€8). Total €100. The food was served promptly and we didn't have to wait long. I can't say anything about the Tripe Soup (€10). I didn't like the main ingredient. Fried Floured Liver (€12). The liver was well cooked, with just the right amount of flour. Nothing memorable, but compared to the other dishes, it was a success. 7 Mehmet salad (€10). Coarsely chopped vegetables + avocado, two drops of pomegranate dressing (which are completely imperceptible in the dish) and about 1 cm of oil dressing at the bottom of the plate. The vegetables in the salad feel completely disjointed, just tomatoes, just avocado, no connecting flavor, no tasty dressing, everything floating in oil at the bottom of the plate. Turkish Fettuccine with Calmar and Shrimps (€25). A completely tasteless dish. The fettuccine is cut into small pieces and cooked properly. The creamy sauce is tasteless. The peas are of a coarse, dry, and tasteless variety—the kind usually fed to livestock. The shrimp and squid are well cooked but tasteless. The dish feels like a Lego set that failed to assemble into an interesting toy from the picture. Shrimp in Guvec (€35). Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about this dish. It was served very hot, so it was impossible to eat right away. It is impossible to say what the dish consists of, as it is served in 1.5 cm of hot oil and topped with melted cheese. Accordingly, the entire taste of the dish is melted cheese and hot oil. The shrimp were cooked well, but since they were swimming in hot oil it lost all the taste. By the time the shrimp had cooled down, the oil was still hot, so all you could taste was oil and melted cheese. We decided not to have dessert. Verdict Personally, I will never return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. When we were already disappointed with our dishes, we started looking around, and none of the dishes served at the neighboring tables made us want to try them. See the photos of the food we were serverd. They have nothing to do with the food photos on Instagram.

Yelp
7 Mehmet is massively large and there were a ton of people there, particularly business people in suits. We made a reservation and got seated right away. Our food came out relatively quickly and was pretty good. I will note, check your final bill closely because they tried to overcharge us on a dish. Additionally, there was a ton of staff hanging around but it took a while for us to get our final bill.

Yelp
Nice ambience and good food however the wine selection is very limited. Service in general was very nice. We were confused when we saw the check because the prices were higher than on the printed menu. To Be fair they told us about higher prices for the wine but it seems the food prices also increased by the time we paid. Also worth noting, after dinner we asked for a taxi and got a ride with a shuttle from the restaurant. The driver then asked for triple the regular price (we took a taxi on the way there). So overall a nice place but as a tourist you may want to double check what you're paying ...

Yelp
We tried fried calamari, grilled white grouper(grida), avocado salad and turkish pumpkin dessert Pros: 7 Mehmet succesfully transforms the traditional recipes into contemporary masterpieces, brilliant Fish is well cooked and the portion is just right The pumpkin dessert is unique and delicious The avocado salad is fresh and the olive oil dressing is top notch The service is friendly Cons: Wine selection is not rich enough Unfortunately no amuse-bouche is served

Yelp
It WAS one the best restaurants in Antalya but 7 Mehmet lost its charm because of its bad management, lousy service and unethical practices. They all have an attitude and the service is significantly bad. Checks are ALWAYS wrong as they overcharge you. They claim the menu is wrong, or a simple mistake but mistakes always happen with overcharges. They charge a bottle instead of glass for example, they claim menu is wrong when the prices don't match. Take it or leave it attitude dominates. If you think this is the best restaurant you obviously don't know Antalya. Over priced restaurant with very bad service but more importantly unethical and shady practices!!! I would stay away from this restaurant.

Yelp
Food was very goood and view very nice. I was confused about the different prices in the menue and on the check though. Even if they let me know in advance something like that gives you a bad feeling, especially when they do not really want you to take the check with you. Something like that should not be an issue in a restaurant like that.

Yelp
Well, it is most definitely well preserved, probably the very best restaurant in Antalya. They always use seasonal and best possible ingredient along with the correct cooking technique makes this place unique.
