Great location - maybe a little noisy for some overlooking the street- Apt no.11 The Green wall room. No air con - Fan is supplied super quiet. Huge room comfy bed. Bath & shower good kitchen. The entrance is the Brown Door (Czech House) opposite Rasta Koala. The music from the Chimney Cake shop below sounds like a disco bar ! We had ear plugs that helped. Fat Cat is great for drinks food & burgers - breakfast also.

Location is perfect, just in the walking area of old town, only 3mins away from the old town square, very convenient, shops and nice restaurants are plenty ard it. The room is good with full kitchen amenities and the heaters warm the room during winter, which is very nice.

Our apartment was on top floor but the lift worked well. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with second toilet in laundry room. Good sized beds. Lovely and warm and quiet. Exceptionally clean. Amazing location - minutes walk from Astronomical Clock. Only negative - strange aroma as you walk into the flat. Could do with a broom and a clothes drying rack if being fussy!

Our apartment, „Baron“ was spacious and cozy. What struck us both after the check in was the absolute cleanliness. The House, right in the middle of the old town is beautiful and well maintained. When you go out, you find yourself instantly in the middle of city life. Perhaps, besides a toaster, the apartment and the kitchen were equipped with everything necessary. The reception was very friendly and helpful.

"Perfect stay in the heart of Old Town!" We loved our stay here! The apartment is right in the middle of everything — all the main sights are just a short walk away. The room was beautiful and very comfortable for our family with two daughters. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. The apartment was spotless — towels, linens, everything fresh and clean — and the kitchen had everything we needed. Every morning, the sweet smell of pastries from downstairs made our day even better! The only small downside was the early morning noise from garbage trucks on the street, but that’s part of staying in the lively Old Town charm.

The room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location on Karluv was ideal. We felt safe and secure while also right in the middle of all the excitement of the city. What would have made it 100% was if the appliances-the microwave and the washing machine-would have come with instructions on how to use. Otherwise, very satisfied with the room, service and location! We had a wonderful time in Prague.

These apartments have a great location. One end of the street opens onto the famous Charles Bridge, the other end onto the Old Town Square and the famous clock. It is in the peak tourist area! It is also a pedestrian zone, so you need to drag your cases some 200 metres from where there taxi drops you off by the Charles bridge. Then you find the building numbers are out of sync with the other side of the road because of the footprint of some large churches and the road has some odd corners to prove it is left over from the Middle Ages. The doorway you seek is opposite the ‘Fat Cat Bar’, and next to a shop selling those decadent ‘chimney’ cakes. Surprisingly, very little street noise makes it to the apartment, so you will sleep well. We didn’t see the owners at all, but the instructions they sent were clear once we found the place. We felt the room was better described as a bed-sit rather than apartment. We were hoping to find a washing machine, and an extra suitcase stand would have been helpful. A carton of milk in the fridge would have been a nice touch. And one last bonus point on location, the little general store across the road, next to the cannabis shop, will store suitcases, for a moderate fee of course. So five stars for location.

Nice hotel with very delicious breakfast. Everything was near the hotel. At the second day there wasn’t hot water. Night was very loud because on street people play music. But everything was very good
