I can't say enough great things about this company! I have been purchasing tickets here for as long as I can remember (at least 15 years). Prior to Covid, I was going to multiple concerts each year and 714Tickets has always taken the best care of me. Best seats for the best price and access to tickets that you don't necessarily see other places online. The staff is professional, kind, honest and thorough. I just recently purchased tickets for a show coming up in March 2023 and as usual I got amazing seats for a fair price. I have also listed tickets for sale with 714Tickets. I trust them and I know they will work hard for me to sell those tickets. Whether buying or selling tickets, I would try 714Tickets first.

A great local place to pick up some last minute tickets to some local sports events. I was able to walk in 10 minutes before the Ducks game started grab two tickets and walk right across the street to the Honda center. It was great. The staff was helpful and friendly too. Go DUCKS!

By far, hands down the best place to get your tickets. Located by the stadium, convenient to grab them on your way through the back way to park. Best customer service because they, too, love sports. Support your small business and avoid over priced tickets with insane fees.

Super fast with getting you out of there. They have good prices for local events/games. They aren’t very convenient with the location but it’s not a bad location. It’s close to the Honda stadium and Angels stadium. I have shown up late once and they were already closed but they were super accommodating and understanding.

Excellent prices for Ducks and Angels games, they must monitor stub hub pricing because it's usually in line with their prices, minus the fees. They offer tickets for more than just Ducks/Angels, but as I've never purchased anything else I can't comment on the pricing. I'm guessing it's similar.

If you're a new customer don't even try buying tickets from this place, they will send you an email saying your account didn't pass their "fraud verification" & cancel your order & hold your funds, it's now been 4 days since they did this to me & I placed a second order after their people called me & told me to place it again just to have it canceled as well & more funds being held, my funds are still being held as a pending transaction, they blame the bank but the bank says it's a problem with the merchant, their customer service is no help & they just tell you there's nothing they can do, stay away from this people. Hello Ron thanks for your respond, yes I stated I was using my wife's card which I'm an authorized user of, your customer service did told me to go in person to make the purchase but this was after they told me to make an account under my wife's name & try it again just for the order to cancel again & now I was out of another $600. Then she told me go make the purchase in person, I was already down $1200 so I don't have the money to just keep throwing like that. I called my bank & said the charge hasn't fallen off because it's a problem with the merchant, your email said I should get my funds back within 48-72 hours, it's been 4 days & nothing & all your customer service says is "just wait for it" what a way to help.

I've been using 714 tickets for years now, they are my go to when Im looking for tickets for anything. They have tickets for all types of entertainment sports, comedy, and theater. Ive never had any issues or worry that the tickets are a scam or wont be delivered. Once we had an event be cancelled and 714 gave us a full refund.

Not only is this a great site to get tickets, but the process when purchasing is even better. It's completely transparent about ticket costs, and unlike other "no service fee" ticket websites, the cost of the actual ticket is not bumped up extremely high to make up for the lack of service fees. I also received the ticket transfer the next day. Definitely going to continue to use 714Tickets for future events!

I came in here on 3/26/22 to inquire about some Angels tickets. I was immediately greeted by David, who proceeded to answer all my questions regarding tickets on certain dates and certain seating sections. David said he'd check all his suppliers and get back with me this upcoming Tuesday. David did follow up as he said he would and I really appreciated his great customer service. We had used 714 tickets at home before and were traveling on our baseball stadium tour and decided to use them for away games. We bought tickets on the 4th for July in KC and had an Issue downloading them. Even on a holiday they provided great customer service and ensured we had our tickets electronically before we got to the gate and for less than an online service ticket would have cost with fees. Shout out to Todd who helped us out on a holiday to take things right.

This is my favorite place to buy tickets. Not only do they sell sports tickets, but also events and concerts too! The best feature about 714 tickets is that THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY. THERE ARE NO ADDED FEES (except for instant download $5.00). They are located directly across the street from the Honda Center, which is also walking distance to Angeles stadium. You can pick up your tickets there! When you go into the office, the employees are friendly and helpful. They also give away freebies for coming in to pick up your tickets- like t-shirts and lanyards. You can check in on their iPad to earn $2 extra on your rewards account. Which brings me to their awesome rewards dollars system- when you purchase tickets online, you get a portion of what you spend (maybe 10% ish???) put back into your 714 account to be used towards a future ticket purchase. I bought tickets from them last year, but unknowingly made a mistake on the event. They gave me a partial credit which was appreciated. I just used the credit for an Angels game which was nice to see that they honored their commitment. I think this company is awesome to do business with since they don't load their prices with heavy fees. They are my go to ticket broker from now on.

Been using 714 Tickets for years now. Mainly for Ducks tickets. Their prices are always the best, and they really do mean "no hidden fees". Last week I had a problem with one of my tickets for the game. When we went to scan the ticket, it said it had already been scanned. We immediately walked across the street to let them know what happened, and the employee quickly resolved the situation. Ok we love this place What other place in the world will send you not only a Christmas card but a box of chocolates simply for purchasing tickets that you most likely would've purchased anyways they are very fair on their ticket prices as well as any possible fees and are always open and ready to help...would definitely recommend this for last minute or anytime tickets

Hi, Wow, there are a couple of really bad reviews for this site.... and to be honest with you, I can not figure out why. I happen to really like this place, and as the rating above states..... Yay! I'm a fan! I have been buying, on and off, tickets from 714 Tickets for quite a while now. Mostly for Anaheim Duck Hockey and Anaheim Angles Baseball tickets. As I live close to both of the stadiums and therefore these are the usually the games I find myself going to. The service I have received has always been top notch. I have called many time for last minute tickets and they have always been kind enough to hold them for me while I walk over. They will quote you tickets, prices, and locations over the phone or you can go to their website. They have an amazing website 714tickets.com where you can log on and find an up to date listing of the tickets they have to events and the price and location of the tickets. (By the way, they also have stadium parking tickets for sale for preferred parking to events). I check the listings often for last minute cheap tickets to events and have often found tickets available right before both baseball and hockey games for only $5.00 dollars. I have read some reviews on here about delivery and other fees. Just, for the record, I have never been charged these. The prices I have been quoted, over the phone, are the prices I have paid when I walked in the door to pick up the tickets. No ups, no extras. The phone number is really easy to remember..... it is the name of the business. (714) Tickets If you forget the name...... Tickets to some of your favorite sports for cheap! My friend Michelle W. gave me the link to the site to buy some tickets to an Angels game the other day. Best thing ever! The site is really easy to use - you pick your event and the day you want to go, then the site will give you a huge selection of tickets to choose from. I have only purchased tickets from here once... for the Angels game this past weekend. The Saturday night game, with the cowboy hat giveaway where they had the world record event. I tried so many other ticket sites, and the price of the tickets were a joke, but on top of that they added delivery fees (when you had to pick up the tickets) and processing fees. 714 Tickets had seats in section 501 (yeah, the highest level) for $35. They were three times the face value however they had NO fees. Other sites had the same price for the tickets - however with them it was almost $100 for two tickets. I paid $63 (Found a 10% coupon by searching google) and NO FEES! It was a little painful paying that much for seats so high up but I cant stress enough how awesome it is that there were NO FEES and we got to be in the ballpark and be part of the world record. :)

Had a horrible experience getting tickets through these guys. I have been going to them since 2016 and have never had a problem but purchased tickets to the recent angels v astros game and never got them sent electronically. I called and asked what happened and they said an email should've been sent from mlb but it may have went into the spam folder. Anyways what happened to good customer service? Now I'm out $50. I'll I wanted was a credit or my money back but they wouldn't do it. Very disappointed

I've bought tickets for various events from 714 tickets and have absolutely been satisfied with every transaction. I've bought Angels games for home games, dodger stadium, Tampa Bay stadium and most recently Fenway. I've also bought hockey tickets for both the pond and Staples center. Great seats for the lowest prices I could go find on the web. My tickets have worked all over the country and I have never had an issue with any tickets. What I do like about buying online is that if there is an issue with the tickets I bought the will notify me immediately, which is another way they provide great customer service. The only way they could improve their service would be to start a frequent buyer program. I'm just saying it would be nice.

Beware!! vivid and this company are scams. i was sold $300 tickets for the mana concert today at the forum, but the tickets are for the forum club. I have no access for the actual event. i keep calling both parties and they keep blaming each other and say they cant do anything and to call the seller. Brad from 714 tickets is now telling me that i need to deal with vivid. vivid tells me to call the seller. Is a scam. i dont see why i need tickets for a club when i can go to a damn club for free!!!!!!!!!"

We ment to purchase the maná concert tickets (that's why we paid $300 for two tickets) turns out they are tickets for the forum club only. No entrance to the concert. The website is super user friendly, the prices are the best i found online and i search for a while trying to see if anyone can beat their prices. Plus you can go pick up your tickets at their location in katella across the street from the honda center. I will be heading over there today to pick me up some tickets.

The guy was really nice kind of expensive on the ticket prices in the sense that the tickets only cost 1950 but we ended up paying $80 plus fees and everything and they couldn't even ship them to our house or anything like that or we could even pick them up at will call other than that really happy with the tickets really going to be fun at the gig and you should be able to mail them without a fee

They charge way more than face value of tickets so you are better off just buying what you need at the stadium. The app will give you tickets to the wrong date and their employees roll their eyes at you when you go in to show them the error. Their poor customer service alone is enough to avoid this place.

Did you ever walk into a store that was closed - but they forgot to lock the door - and the next thing you heard was "Sorry we're closed!"? Well, that's what I did last Saturday night. Except instead of being kicked to the curb, I was welcomed with a big hello and a big smile. The young woman who greeted me is named Brittany. To me, she was pleasant. Professional. And EXTREMELY patient while I told a looong-winded story of why I really really needed main floor tickets for the Garth Brooks concert that had already started across the street. The ad slogan for 714 Tickets is "Call Today! Go Tonight!" In my case it was "Walk in at the last minute! We'll do our best to help you!" Thank you, Brittany, for the Nordstrom-quality customer service!

I have been inconvenienced twice by this place. Their app isn't helpful and full of glitches. Went to pick up my tickets that I had on will call and wasted my lunch break just so they can tell me they emailed my tickets which they could of told me that they were going to do so when I called the day before. Left this place empty handed because they couldn't accommodate my request and all they could do for the inconvenience was a whooping $5 rewards credit toward my account.

Much appreciated gesture instead of leaving the situation the way it was. We enjoyed our time at the event but not something I would've paid that much for. Some relatives of mine had been using 714 tickets for Angel games so I thought I'd give it try and I'm glad I did! We didn't mind where the seats were, so I looked on their website for the cheapest tickets they had...Lo and behold I found some $5 tickets for a Friday night game! Sure, they were in section 505 but we didn't mind! ^_^ I tried buying the tickets through the website but the server/website kept acting up (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) and the order wasn't going through. But I called and was able to buy the same tickets with no problem (and great customer service along the way :D). The actual business is on Katella, right in front of the Honda Center. Parking and traffic can be a bit hectic but we were in and out in less than 5 mins. I would totally recommend 714 tickets to everybody! And don't fret...they ARE legit! :)

I was at 714 Tickets in Anaheim, CA on 5/6/2014. It was my first time there. I used their services for tickets to the 5/10/2014 Anaheim Duck game versus the L.A. Kings at the Staples Center. It was game #4 of the 2014 Stanley Cup Playoff series. Terri was very helpful in getting me a ticket in a section that I wanted.

This place was awesome Very convenient. They did an excellent job with finding me a seat that was great for me at a great price and found me many different options. The staff was friendly and communicated well. I will definitely be coming back.

I really recommend this pace. They have great seats for affordable prices. I personally appreciated the customer service (the owners kind of tuff but he's also a really busy guy who puts up with difficult voutures who come in every day). I went to a Tuesday night game in the club level above the bull pin. 4 tickets for only $20 a pop. Can't be that. I also went to a game about 2 weeks ago in field level 2 sections over from 3rd base, 6 tickets of only $15 a pop. Good deal.

For those of you that do not know, this place is located directly across the street from the Honda Center and very close to Angel stadium. Great location. We needed tickets about an hour before Game 2 of the Ducks playoffs. came here and bam! Tickets available and we were in. Tickets are not as cheap as craigslist or eBay but I would rather pay a few more dollars and not get scammed. Thank you 714Tickets!

I always get my ducks and angels tickets through 714. They always have great pricing and I love the option to pick up your tickets from their storefront to avoid paying the online ticket processing fee. Whenever I have to interact with staff either in their office or over the phone, they are always professional, helpful, and just have overall excellent customer service. Highly recommend getting tickets through them- I've never had a bad experience.
